The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) is one of seven two-year colleges within the City University of New York (CUNY) system. Founded in 1963, BMCC originally offered business-oriented and liberal arts degrees for those intending to enter the business world or transfer to a four-year college. Its original campus was scattered all over midtown Manhattan, utilizing office space wherever available. In the mid-1970s CUNY began scouting for suitable property on which to erect a new campus of its own. The current campus has been in use since 1983. Currently, with an enrollment of over 26,000 students, BMCC grants associate's degrees in a wide variety of vocational, business, health, science, and continuing education fields.
Advertising itself to potential students under the motto, "Start Here. Go Anywhere," its student body is nearly two-thirds female and boasts a median age of 24 with attending students hailing from over 100 different countries, and a faculty of nearly 1,000 full-time and adjunct professors. Another 10,000 students are enrolled in BMCC's distance education programs.
Devin Graham (born July 29, 1983) is an American videographer who produces adventure and extreme sport videos on YouTube under the name devinsupertramp. His channel has more than 3.6 million subscribers and over 678 million total views.
Devin first began making films of his stunts snowboarding at an early age. After breaking his back and legs snowboarding, he shifted his focus to being behind the camera. Graham studied film making at Brigham Young University with the original intent on working on feature films After seeing the successes of YouTube videos, specifically one made on a cellphone that amassed over 2 million views, Devin opted to focus on making videos of his own rather than completing his degree.
Graham mostly produces, films, and edits his videos on his own. In a number of occasions, Graham has stated that he's worked with his room-mate Jeff Harmon, others for sound, and cameramen if required. In Logan, Utah, he recruited 30 fan volunteers to help him shoot a snowball fight after making a public appeal on Facebook.

BMCC vs BMPC4k | In the Raw 2.4k Comparison of raw and ProRes on Blackmagic Production camera. Comparison of raw and ProRes on Blackmagic Cinema camera. Comparison of raw between the two cameras. Comparison of ProRes between the two cameras. IMPORTANT UPDATE: In more recent testing - Oct 2015 - ProRes on the BMPC4k looks the same as Raw, when it comes out of the camera. In the video above, we see the leaves in the sun clip when recording ProRes. It seems this is no longer the case, due to a firmware tweak, I'd guess. Excellent news. Vimeo members, please download the 2.4k original ProRes file via the download button. It's impossible to see noise levels in the re-compressed Vimeo file. Shot at native ISOs because it was raw. First tests with the Dji Ronin and BMCC 2.5k, Metabones Speedbooster, Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8, and Genus Eclipse w/ Hoya UV/IR cut. Some tweaks need to be made to the tilt motor as there's a little vibrating when walking but other than that I'm extremely pleased with the quality of stabilization! Song: Lia Ices - Thousand Eyes

Established on Sept. 20, 2011, The New Community College at CUNY is New York City's first new community college in nearly 40 years. Overlooking the vibrant Bryant Park, the college will open with its first class of 300 students in August 2012.
According to an analysis by RentCafe, New York City has the nation’s largest number of high-income earners living in rental housing. There are more renters with an income of more than $150,000 living just in Brooklyn than in the entire city of Los Angeles -- the borough has seen its number of high-income renter households double since 2011. But which neighborhoods are seeing the largest influx of affluent renters? RentCafe used Census data from 2015 to compile an analysis for DNAinfo, which breaks down the growth of wealthy renters between 2011 and 2015 by ZIP code. The results reveal some surprising spots that are becoming increasingly popular with high-income renters -- and, perhaps less surprisingly, one borough that has seen almost no change whatsoever. To see the top five neighborho...

You will always be the one that I adore,
Mean so much to me, but dreams you were before,
Its you Emily that makes me write this song,
Your eyes are open wide but still so much to see,
All that's new to you, seems so old to me,
Now I'm far away, a minute seems so long,
Its just another day without you,
Its just another day when I'm not there,
I'm gonna find a way to be so close to you,
You don't know how much I care,
Its just another day without you,
Its just another day when I'm not there,
I'm gonna give my love, my heart, my soul to you,
All this I'll give to you I swear,
I longing to hold you, feel you in my arms,
Never let you go, far from me for long,
Girl I promise you, my feelings are so strong,
Eyes are open wide but still so much to see,
All that's new to you seems so old to me,
When I'm far away, a minute seems so long,
Its just another day without you,
Its just another day that I'm not there,
I'm gonna give my love, my heart, my soul to you,
All this I'll give to you I swear,
If only you could read what's on my mind,
See right thorough my eyes,
You sooner realize,
Its just another day without you,
Its just another day that I'm not there,
I'm gonna give my love, my heart, my soul to you,
All this I'll give to you I swear,
Its just another day without you,
Its just another day when I'm not there,
I'm gonna find a way to be so close to you,
