In searching for the next step, a girl sees a sign: a simple beginning. She enters with a strong direction, but there is an undercurrent present, a want and desire in her for more. We are not only one mind, one piece, one body; instead endless connections and thoughts make up our workings. The girl finds herself in a beautiful mechanised environment, and she is struck by the flow and perfection of process. Grunting, binging, snickering and ringing – all the parts in the space move – clicking, bending, clashing, thumping – it doesn’t matter where we exist, repetition is always a constant presence. Despite appearing familiar, she realises no two moments are identical. The mechanism is beautiful, it's awkward and it's continuous – just like the girl’s need. She steps into the flow, and is propelled forward, immediately gaining momentum and light. There can be only true beauty in this chaos. She is alive, she is moving, thrust in to the fray, caught up in the breathing dimension, spun in to a synchronised movement, and lifted up. Suddenly, she pauses. A stillness and reflection settles in the scene. Breathless with a new sense of calm, a feeling of nothing, of openness, spreads across the scene. The girl is still, but inside nothing has truly stopped, and a sense of every moment being continuous, being connected, tingles through her. Just like a swing, like a mechanical part, the pause at the top is really about momentum, about that moment before the thrust begins again. Time is always moving, we are always building, growing into a taller wiser being. Sometimes it feels like we are part of a continuous machine, but the machine is beautiful and only leads to a better place. Everything is unfinished, we as humans are unfinished, all is above. The launch ad was presented in San Francisco when the city recently was confirmed as the location of the next race in 2013. Because the new sailing boats are still on the drawing boards, we had to build them from scratch in a computer environment, and liaise with America's Cup to make sure every single detail was exactly like the boat designers intended. But that was just one of the challenges, together with showing these extreme sailing boats racing outside San Francisco harbor, with Golden Gate and Alcatraz and the yet-to-be-built race village as the backdrop. SYNOPSIS.
In searching for the next step, a girl sees a sign: a simple beginning. She enters with a strong direction, but there is an undercurrent present, a want and desire in her for more. We are not only one mind, one piece, one body; instead endless connections and thoughts make up our workings.
The girl finds herself in a beautiful mechanised environment, and she is struck by the flow and perfection of process. Grunting, binging, snickering and ringing – all the parts in the space move – clicking, bending, clashing, thumping – it doesn’t matter where we exist, repetition is always a constant presence. Despite appearing familiar, she realises no two moments are identical. The mechanism is beautiful, it's awkward and it's continuous – just like the girl’s need.
She steps into the flow, and is propelled forward, immediately gaining momentum and light. There can be only true beauty in this chaos. She is alive, she is moving, thrust in to the fray, caught up in the breathing dimension, spun in to a synchronised movement, and lifted up.
Suddenly, she pauses. A stillness and reflection settles in the scene. Breathless with a new sense of calm, a feeling of nothing, of openness, spreads across the scene. The girl is still, but inside nothing has truly stopped, and a sense of every moment being continuous, being connected, tingles through her. Just like a swing, like a mechanical part, the pause at the top is really about momentum, about that moment before the thrust begins again.
Time is always moving, we are always building, growing into a taller wiser being. Sometimes it feels like we are part of a continuous machine, but the machine is beautiful and only leads to a better place. Everything is unfinished, we as humans are unfinished, all is above.

Visual Art has been commissioned to create a launch teaser for the 34th America's Cup in 2013, one of the world's most prestigious sporting events. The launch ad was presented in San Francisco when the city recently was confirmed as the location of the next race in 2013.
Because the new sailing boats are still on the drawing boards, we had to build them from scratch in a computer environment, and liaise with America's Cup to make sure every single detail was exactly like the boat designers intended. But that was just one of the challenges, together with showing these extreme sailing boats racing outside San Francisco harbor, with Golden Gate and Alcatraz and the yet-to-be-built race village as the backdrop. A large team of 3D artists worked on making the concept come to life, and we were all struck by the beauty and incredible power of these sailing boats.

In this short movie fashion designer Micahel Sontag shares his thoughts on fashion, draping the fabric and the "process".
Fashion designer Michael Sontag doesn’t sketch, draw or otherwise put his ideas down on paper before getting to work on his designs. Instead he intuitively and very much hands-on starts draping the fabric directly on the model like a sculptor working with steel, glass or stone.
It’s his hands that are doing the work, directly manipulating the raw materials. The shapes are born directly from underneath his hands moving over a body and I imagine that it’s this approach that leads to the fluidity, intimacy and movement of his pieces.
Looking through his past collection I’m struck by the undeniable singularity and focus of his vision. It’s an understated and quietly luxurious woman, always in movement where the colors and textures always are at the forefront.
There are no wild prints or frills - just the fluidity of a luxurious fabric and it’s interaction with a moving body underneath, very much like dance...

In this short movie fashion designer Micahel Sontag shares his thoughts on fashion, draping the fabric and the "process".

http://www.visualart.se Visual Art has been commissioned to create a launch teaser for the 34th America's Cup in 2013, one of the world's most prestigious sporting events. The launch ad was presented in San Francisco when the city recently was confirmed as the location of the next race in 2013. Because the new sailing boats are still on the drawing boards, we had to build them from scratch in a computer environment, and liaise with America's Cup to make sure every single detail was exactly like the boat designers intended. But that was just one of the challenges, together with showing these extreme sailing boats racing outside San Francisco harbor, with Golden Gate and Alcatraz and the yet-to-be-built race village as the backdrop. SYNOPSIS.
In searching for the next step, a girl sees a sign: a simple beginning. She enters with a strong direction, but there is an undercurrent present, a want and desire in her for more. We are not only one mind, one piece, one body; instead endless connections and thoughts make up our workings.
The girl finds herself in a beautiful mechanised environment, and she is struck by the flow and perfection of process. Grunting, binging, snickering and ringing – all the parts in the space move – clicking, bending, clashing, thumping – it doesn’t matter where we exist, repetition is always a constant presence. Despite appearing familiar, she realises no two moments are identical. The mechanism is beautiful, it's awkward and it's continuous – just like the girl’s need.
She steps into the flow, and is propelled forward, immediately gaining momentum and light. There can be only true beauty in this chaos. She is alive, she is moving, thrust in to the fray, caught up in the breathing dimension, spun in to a synchronised movement, and lifted up.
Suddenly, she pauses. A stillness and reflection settles in the scene. Breathless with a new sense of calm, a feeling of nothing, of openness, spreads across the scene. The girl is still, but inside nothing has truly stopped, and a sense of every moment being continuous, being connected, tingles through her. Just like a swing, like a mechanical part, the pause at the top is really about momentum, about that moment before the thrust begins again.
Time is always moving, we are always building, growing into a taller wiser being. Sometimes it feels like we are part of a continuous machine, but the machine is beautiful and only leads to a better place. Everything is unfinished, we as humans are unfinished, all is above.

SYNOPSIS.
In searching for the next step, a girl sees a sign: a simple beginning. She enters with a strong direction, but there is an undercurrent present, a want and desire in her for more. We are not only one mind, one piece, one body; instead endless connections and thoughts make up our workings.
The girl finds herself in a beautiful mechanised environment, and she is struck by the flow and perfection of process. Grunting, binging, snickering and ringing – all the parts in the space move – clicking, bending, clashing, thumping – it doesn’t matter where we exist, repetition is always a constant presence. Despite appearing familiar, she realises no two moments are identical. The mechanism is beautiful, it's awkward and it's continuous – just like the girl’s need.
She steps into the flow, and is propelled forward, immediately gaining momentum and light. There can be only true beauty in this chaos. She is alive, she is moving, thrust in to the fray, caught up in the breathing dimension, spun in to a synchronised movement, and lifted up.
Suddenly, she pauses. A stillness and reflection settles in the scene. Breathless with a new sense of calm, a feeling of nothing, of openness, spreads across the scene. The girl is still, but inside nothing has truly stopped, and a sense of every moment being continuous, being connected, tingles through her. Just like a swing, like a mechanical part, the pause at the top is really about momentum, about that moment before the thrust begins again.
Time is always moving, we are always building, growing into a taller wiser being. Sometimes it feels like we are part of a continuous machine, but the machine is beautiful and only leads to a better place. Everything is unfinished, we as humans are unfinished, all is above.

Visual Art has been commissioned to create a launch teaser for the 34th America's Cup in 2013, one of the world's most prestigious sporting events. The launch ad was presented in San Francisco when the city recently was confirmed as the location of the next race in 2013.
Because the new sailing boats are still on the drawing boards, we had to build them from scratch in a computer environment, and liaise with America's Cup to make sure every single detail was exactly like the boat designers intended. But that was just one of the challenges, together with showing these extreme sailing boats racing outside San Francisco harbor, with Golden Gate and Alcatraz and the yet-to-be-built race village as the backdrop. A large team of 3D artists worked on making the concept come to life, and we were all struck by the beauty and incredible power of these sailing boats.

In this short movie fashion designer Micahel Sontag shares his thoughts on fashion, draping the fabric and the "process".
Fashion designer Michael Sontag doesn’t sketch, draw or otherwise put his ideas down on paper before getting to work on his designs. Instead he intuitively and very much hands-on starts draping the fabric directly on the model like a sculptor working with steel, glass or stone.
It’s his hands that are doing the work, directly manipulating the raw materials. The shapes are born directly from underneath his hands moving over a body and I imagine that it’s this approach that leads to the fluidity, intimacy and movement of his pieces.
Looking through his past collection I’m struck by the undeniable singularity and focus of his vision. It’s an understated and quietly luxurious woman, always in movement where the colors and textures always are at the forefront.
There are no wild prints or frills - just the fluidity of a luxurious fabric and it’s interaction with a moving body underneath, very much like dance...

Parties were held deep in the mystic forests during summer and attracted a fresh new crowd, enthusiastic for these innovative sounds. Among this crowd were two freshly graduated computer engineers who were struck with a profound fascination for this new music.
This enchantment led to the inception of the now infamous musical unit 'Logic Bomb', formed by Jonas Pettersson and Johan Krafft, in 1998. They released their highly thought debut album 'Headware', produced together with fellow Swede, Jonas Bergvall, on Spiral Trax in the year of 2000. Following up on the phenomenal success of 'Headware', their second album 'Unlimited' was released on leading English label TIP World in 2002. After years of silence, things were cooking once again in the bomb-lab, utilizing their highest quality, bleeding edge, digital technology married with the finest analog circuitry of the past they have crafted an album that was both classic and contemporary for that time. Logic Bomb were set to blow up the scene in 2007 with the album Sonic Algebra.
