Robert, Rob, Bob or Bobby Evans may refer to:
The name Robert is a Germanic given name, from Proto-Germanic *χrōþi- "fame" and *berχta- "bright". Compare Old Dutch Robrecht and Old High German Hrodebert (a compound of hruod "fame, glory" and berht "bright"). It is also in use as a surname.
After becoming widely used in Continental Europe it entered England in its Old French form Robert, where an Old English cognate form (Hrēodbēorht, Hrodberht, Hrēodbēorð, Hrœdbœrð, Hrœdberð) had existed before the Norman Conquest. The feminine version is Roberta. The Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish form is Roberto.
Similar to the name, Richard, "Robert" is also a common name in many Germanic languages, including English, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Icelandic. It can be used as a French, Hungarian, Finnish, and Estonian name as well.
Robert, and also the name Joseph, were in the top 10 most given boys' names in the US for 47 years, from 1925 to 1972.
In Italy during the Second World War, the form of the name, Roberto, briefly acquired a new meaning derived from, and referring to the Rome-Berlin-Tokyo Axis.
Evans may refer to:
Robert Ascroft , JP. MP, (1847 – 19 June 1899) was a prominent Lancashire solicitor and an English politician. He was one of the two Members of Parliament for Oldham between 1895 and his death, as a member of the Conservative Party.
John Joseph "Jack" Nicholson (born April 22, 1937) is an American actor and filmmaker, having performed for nearly 60 years. He is known for playing a wide range of starring or supporting roles, including satirical comedy, romance and dark portrayals of excitable and psychopathic characters. In many of his films he played the "eternal outsider, the sardonic drifter", and someone who rebels against the social structure.
Nicholson's 12 Academy Award nominations make him the most nominated male actor in the Academy's history. Nicholson has won the Academy Award for Best Actor twice, one for the drama One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) and the other for the romantic comedy As Good as It Gets (1997). He also won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for the comedy-drama Terms of Endearment (1983). Nicholson is one of three male actors to win three Academy Awards.
Nicholson is one of only two actors to be nominated for an Academy Award for acting in every decade from the 1960s to the 2000s; the other is Michael Caine. He has won six Golden Globe Awards, and received the Kennedy Center Honor in 2001. In 1994, he became one of the youngest actors to be awarded the American Film Institute's Life Achievement Award.

Marcus and Rob answer open-line questions from the audience. Rob, better known as The Donut Man, grew up in the Presbyterian Church. And when my parents divorced, when he was 6, they stopped going to church. When he was 19, he was “born again” in a charismatic Pentecostal group. In 1982, his brother-in-law took a picture of him peeking through a doughnut for the cover of his first album, it was called “Musical Donuts.” The Donut Man grew from there. Disunity among Protestants and Rob’s discovery of St. Thomas Aquinas were major factors in his coming Home to the Catholic Church. We Are All Creators of This Reality! We have forgotten the divinity that is inside all of us. We are able of achieving miracles but our educational system teaches that matter is the highest there is, but we know better know don't we? Everything is energy, every emotion or situation is purely energy, we don't have senses to sense emotions, but what we do sense is energy. Ancient civilizations were very well aware of this, and they were master in harnessing and directing energy to they're will. We must reclaim this knowledge. We are not the victims of this reality, we are the creators of it. We must remember that nature's natural state is abundance! When something is lacking in the natural world the eco-system will be out of balance and will not thrive but try to survive. This is humanity ri...
