This video represents some of the most common dangerous situations at the Nürburgring, like:
- Standing at dangerous places on track
- Overtaking on the wrong side (during TF)
- Ignoring yellow flags
- Debris on track
Keep in mind that it is illegal to overtake on the right during Touristenfahrten.
There is no trophy at the end of a TF lap, so there is no need for laprecord attemps.
Always be aware about other (slower or less experienced) drivers around you. (Bikers, check your mirrors too!)
If your car breaks down or if you crash, make sure to get behind the safety barrier as soon as possible.
If it is not safe to get out of the car, stay in the car until the marshalls arrive.

In June 2016, the P1 LM was launched at Goodwood Festival of Speed, where it became the fastest road car to tackle the Goodwood Hill.
Over the past eleven months, as the five P1 LM production cars have been built, the identical prototype XP1LM road car has been testing. During the final phases at Nurburgring Nordschleife, XP1LM achieved a fastest lap of 6.43.2. After setting this new lap record, the car then drove directly from Nurburgring back home to the UK.
This project is the latest collaboration between Lanzante and Kenny Brack. Kenny Brack is known for his 1999 Indianapolis 500 win, 1998 Indy racing champion, and recent gold medal at the 2009 rally-x during the x-games. Lanzante first became globally synonymous with the McLaren name when it ran the semi-works Mclaren F1 GTR that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995.
The project also received support from McLaren, and Pirelli who made a specific size and compound road legal Trofeo tyre for the P1 LM.
The P1 LM road car is intended to be the quickest, rarest, and last of the P1 variants. All five P1 LM's are sold, and will be used in the USA, Japan, UAE and the UK.
Lanzante and Kenny Brack shall be allowing journalists to experience the P1 LM production car at the 2017 Goodwood Festival of speed, where they will also host a live talk about their Nürburgring achievements.

Nürburgring
Nürburgring is a 150,000-capacity motorsports complex located in the village of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It features a Grand Prix race track built in 1984, and a much longer old "North loop" track which was built in the 1920s around the village and medieval castle of Nürburg in the Eifel mountains. The north loop is 20.8 km (12.9 mi) long and has more than 300 metres (1,000 feet) of elevation change from its lowest to highest points. Jackie Stewart nicknamed the old track "The Green Hell".
Originally, the track featured four configurations: the 28.265 km (17.563 mi)-long Gesamtstrecke ("Whole Course"), which in turn consisted of the 22.810 km (14.173 mi) Nordschleife ("North Loop"), and the 7.747 km (4.814 mi) Südschleife ("South Loop"). There also was a 2.281 km (1.417 mi) warm-up loop called Zielschleife ("Finish Loop") or Betonschleife ("Concrete Loop"), around the pit area.
Between 1982 and 1983 the start/finish area was demolished to create a new GP-Strecke, and this is used for all major and international racing events. However, the shortened Nordschleife is still in use for racing, testing and public access.

Main Street
Main Street is a generic phrase used to denote a primary retail street of a village, town or small city in many parts of the world. It is usually a focal point for shops and retailers in the central business district, and is most often used in reference to retailing and socializing.
The term is commonly used in Ireland, Scotland, the United States, Canada, and less often in Australia and New Zealand. In most of the United Kingdom the common description is High Street. However, the term "Main Street" is sometimes used in the UK, for instance, in the village of Sutton Cheney. In Jamaica the term is Front Street. In some parts of the south west of England the equivalent used is Fore Street.
In some larger cities, there may be several Main Streets, each relating to a specific neighborhood or formerly separate city, rather than the city as a whole. In many larger U.S. cities "Main Street" is a U.S. Highway; "Main Street of America" branding was used to promote U.S. Route 66 in its heyday.

800 metres
The 800 metres, or 800 meters (US spelling), is a common track running event. It is the shortest common middle-distance running event. The 800 metres is run over two laps of the track (400 metre track) and has been an Olympic event since the first games in 1896. During indoor track season the event is usually run on a 200-metre track, therefore requiring four laps.
The event was derived from the imperial measurement of a half a mile, a traditional English racing distance. Imperial racing distances were common in the United States. American high schools (in the name of the NFHS) were the last to convert to metric distances in 1980, following the NCAA's conversion in 1976. Countries associated to the English system converted to metric distances after the 1966 Commonwealth Games. 800 m is 4.67 m less than half a mile.
The event combines aerobic endurance with anaerobic conditioning and sprint speed. Both the aerobic and anaerobic systems are being taxed to a high extent, thus the 800 metre athlete is required to combine training between both systems.

This video represents some of the most common dangerous situations at the Nürburgring, like: - Standing at dangerous places on track - Overtaking on the wrong side (during TF) - Ignoring yellow flags - Debris on track Keep in mind that it is illegal to overtake on the right during Touristenfahrten. There is no trophy at the end of a TF lap, so there is no need for laprecord attemps. Always be aware about other (slower or less experienced) drivers around you. (Bikers, check your mirrors too!) If your car breaks down or if you crash, make sure to get behind the safety barrier as soon as possible. If it is not safe to get out of the car, stay in the car until the marshalls arrive. 7:03McLaren P1 LM sets record at the Nürburgring
McLaren P1 LM sets record at the NürburgringMcLaren P1 LM sets record at the Nürburgring
In June 2016, the P1 LM was launched at Goodwood Festival of Speed, where it became the fastest road car to tackle the Goodwood Hill. Over the past eleven months, as the five P1 LM production cars have been built, the identical prototype XP1LM road car has been testing. During the final phases at Nurburgring Nordschleife, XP1LM achieved a fastest lap of 6.43.2. After setting this new lap record, the car then drove directly from Nurburgring back home to the UK. This project is the latest collaboration between Lanzante and Kenny Brack. Kenny Brack is known for his 1999 Indianapolis 500 win, 1998 Indy racing champion, and recent gold medal at the 2009 rally-x during the x-games. Lanzante first became globally synonymous with the McLaren name when it ran the semi-works Mclaren F1 GTR that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995. The project also received support from McLaren, and Pirelli who made a specific size and compound road legal Trofeo tyre for the P1 LM. The P1 LM road car is intended to be the quickest, rarest, and last of the P1 variants. All five P1 LM's are sold, and will be used in the USA, Japan, UAE and the UK. Lanzante and Kenny Brack shall be allowing journalists to experience the P1 LM production car at the 2017 Goodwood Festival of speed, where they will also host a live talk about their Nürburgring achievements. Dangerous Situations at the Nürburgring - Bad Driving, Collisions and Unsafe Situations Nordschleife

- Overtaking on the wrong side (during TF)
- Ignoring yellow flags
- Debris on track
Keep in mind that it is illegal to overtake on the right during Touristenfahrten.
There is no trophy at the end of a TF lap, so there is no need for laprecord attemps.
Always be aware about other (slower or less experienced) drivers around you. (Bikers, check your mirrors too!)
If your car breaks down or if you crash, make sure to get behind the safety barrier as soon as possible.
If it is not safe to get out of the car, stay in the car until the marshalls arrive.

In June 2016, the P1 LM was launched at Goodwood Festival of Speed, where it became the fastest road car to tackle the Goodwood Hill.
Over the past eleven months, as the five P1 LM production cars have been built, the identical prototype XP1LM road car has been testing. During the final phases at Nurburgring Nordschleife, XP1LM achieved a fastest lap of 6.43.2. After setting this new lap record, the car then drove directly from Nurburgring back home to the UK.
This project is the latest collaboration between Lanzante and Kenny Brack. Kenny Brack is known for his 1999 Indianapolis 500 win, 1998 Indy racing champion, and recent gold medal at the 2009 rally-x during the x-games. Lanzante first became globally synonymous with the McLaren name when it ran the semi-works Mclaren F1 GTR that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995.
The project also received support from McLaren, and Pirelli who made a specific size and compound road legal Trofeo tyre for the P1 LM.
The P1 LM road car is intended to be the quickest, rarest, and last of the P1 variants. All five P1 LM's are sold, and will be used in the USA, Japan, UAE and the UK.

Driving the Nürburgring - Planning/Experiencing the trip of a lifetime!
In this video I review our trip to Germany from a few years ago. We flew to Frankfurt from the States - and rented a car to drive up to Nürburg. We stayed at the Hotel Zur Burg. We rented our race car from RSR Nürburg - and they took care of all of the details in regards to getting onto the Ring itself. I didn't get any video from the car - because at the time there was a ban on video taping laps of the ring - but I have included some interior/exterior shots of the car on track. Yesterday i drove to the Nürburgring with a friend of mine where i did a touristenfahrten lap in my BMW and watched others driving touristenfahrten on the Nürburgring. In this vlog i will be talking about my trip to the Nürburgring, the best places to be as a spectator, how my car handled on the track and just some random things. Nurburgring - What Does it Cost?
A roundup of how much a weekend at the Nurburgring can cost. I started travelling on Saturday morning and got home on Monday night - thats 2 nights away. My maths was not great :) The price you pay for adding up, applying an exchange rate and driving at the same time! The money I paid would have been the same even if I went with a second person (although I would have spent slightly more on food of course...). Every cost could have been split with a second person (on a ferry you pay per car, not per person) so going away in one car with a friend would be even better value.

In this video I review our trip to Germany from a few years ago.
We flew to Frankfurt from the States - and rented a car to drive up to Nürburg.
We stayed at the Hotel Zur Burg.
We rented our race car from RSR Nürburg - and they took care of all of the details in regards to getting onto the Ring itself.
I didn't get any video from the car - because at the time there was a ban on video taping laps of the ring - but I have included some interior/exterior shots of the car on track.
After we finished up the track laps - we returned the race car and continued on our trip.

A roundup of how much a weekend at the Nurburgring can cost. I started travelling on Saturday morning and got home on Monday night - thats 2 nights away.
My maths was not great :) The price you pay for adding up, applying an exchange rate and driving at the same time!
The money I paid would have been the same even if I went with a second person (although I would have spent slightly more on food of course...). Every cost could have been split with a second person (on a ferry you pay per car, not per person) so going away in one car with a friend would be even better value.

Nosotros salimos desde el aeropuerto de Madrid (España) y fuimos al aeropuerto del Colonia (Alemania) y cojimos el vuelo con Ryanair que tiene un vuelo a las 20:20 todos los dias (desde Madrid) el vuelo tarda aproximadamente 2horas y 20 minos mas o menos
EL HOTEL:
Nosotros lo reservamos antes de salir y escojimos este hotel atraves de booking

Nosotros reservamos un Renault twingo que mirando nos pareció la mejor opción teniendo en cuenta que era la primera vez que íbamos al circuito y que las franquicias de los seguros si tienes un accidente son bastante altas desde 4000€ del twingo hasta los 150000€ del Mclaren mas los daños que le ocasiones al circuito en caso de accidente que corren por tu cuenta.Nosotros alquilamos con http://www.rsrnurburg.com/ por su variedad y porque tienen gente alli que habla en castellano que teniendo en cuenta que estas en Alemania se agradece la verdad.Y recordar estas en un circuito pero no estas compitiendo por eso disfrutar de la experiencia y no tengas ningún accidente por el bien de vuestro bolsillo.

The arts-and-crafts chain Hobby Lobby was ordered to pay a $3 million fine over a federal case that was centered around smuggled Iraqi antiquities on Wednesday, according to NBC News.
