It may refer to a location in Canada:
The Battle of Fredericksburg was fought December 11–15, 1862, in and around Fredericksburg, Virginia, between General Robert E. Lee's Confederate Army of Northern Virginia and the Union Army of the Potomac, commanded by Major General Ambrose Burnside. The Union Army's futile frontal attacks on December 13 against entrenched Confederate defenders on the heights behind the city is remembered as one of the most one-sided battles of the American Civil War, with Union casualties more than twice as heavy as those suffered by the Confederates.
Burnside's plan was to cross the Rappahannock River at Fredericksburg in mid-November and race to the Confederate capital of Richmond before Lee's army could stop him. Bureaucratic delays prevented Burnside from receiving the necessary pontoon bridges in time and Lee moved his army to block the crossings. When the Union army was finally able to build its bridges and cross under fire, urban combat in the city resulted on December 11–12. Union troops prepared to assault Confederate defensive positions south of the city and on a strongly fortified ridge just west of the city known as Marye's Heights.

Civil war may also refer to:
Generally, a battle "is a conceptual component in the hierarchy of combat in warfare between two or more armed forces, or combatants. A war sometimes consists of many battles. Battles generally are well defined in duration, area, and force commitment.
Wars and military campaigns are guided by strategy, whereas battles take place on a level of planning and execution known as operational mobility. German strategist Carl von Clausewitz stated that "the employment of battles ... to achieve the object of war" was the essence of strategy.
The definition of a battle cannot be arrived at solely through the names of historical battles, many of which are misnomers. The word battle is a loanword in English from the Old French bataille, first attested in 1297, from Late Latin battualia, meaning "exercise of soldiers and gladiators in fighting and fencing", from Late Latin (taken from Germanic) battuere "beat", from which the English word battery is also derived via Middle English batri, and comes from the staged battles in the Colosseum in Rome that may have numbered 10,000 individuals.
The battle of Fredericksburg is regarded as the second most devastating defeat for the Union Army in the early part of the civil war.

Awaken the Dawn 2011 Encountering Jesus and mobilizing the end time prayer and missions movement. Much of this generation is drifting on the tides of humanism and lawlessness. Meanwhile, God’s remedy is an unprecedented revelation of Jesus. We believe that we are in the beginning stages of the final prayer and missions movement – the revelation of Jesus in all His brilliance in and through the church, culminating in Jesus being revealed in the clouds for every eye to see. At Awaken the Dawn 2011, our goal is to encounter Jesus and to mobilize a prayer and missions movement that will release a third great awakening – an awakening that will not end. There are four primary expressions, which will be as banners over this final awakening. Awaken the Dawn 2011 will focus on the convergence of t...
Slow motion of the Ruby Throated Hummingbird in the Texas Hill Country. Shot with a HMC150. I found that the best shutter speed for hummingbirds is 1/250th because there's a strobing effect at that speed that makes the wings appear to almost stand still or move very slowly.
