Steven Tyler (born Steven Victor Tallarico; March 26, 1948) is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and former television music competition judge, best known as the lead singer of the Boston-based rock band Aerosmith, in which he also plays the harmonica, and occasional piano and percussion. He is known as the "Demon of Screamin'" due to his high screams and his wide vocal range. He is also known for his on-stage acrobatics. During his high-energy performances, Tyler usually dresses in bright, colorful outfits with his trademark scarves hanging from his microphone stand.
2006 (MMVI) was a common year starting on Sunday (dominical letter A) of the Gregorian calendar, the 2006th year of the Common Era (CE) and Anno Domini (AD) designations, the 6th year of the 3rd millennium, the 6th year of the 21st century, and the 7th year of the 2000s decade.
2006 was designated as:
The Tonight Show is an American late-night talk show broadcast from the Rockefeller Center in New York City and airing on NBC since 1954. It is the world's longest-running talk show, and the longest running, regularly scheduled entertainment program in the United States. It is the third-longest-running show on NBC, after only the news-and-talk shows Today and Meet the Press.
Over the course of more than 60 years, The Tonight Show has undergone only minor title changes. It aired under the name Tonight for several of its early years, eventually settling on The Tonight Show after the seating of long-time host Johnny Carson in 1962. In later decades, network programmers, advertisers, and the show's announcers would refer to the show by including the name of the host; for example, it is currently announced as The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In 1957, the show briefly tried a more news-style format. It has otherwise remained a talk show throughout its run.
The Tonight Show began broadcasting in 1954. It has had six official hosts, beginning with Steve Allen (1954–57), followed by Jack Paar (1957–62), Johnny Carson (1962–92), Jay Leno (1992–2009, 2010–14), Conan O'Brien (2009–10), and Jimmy Fallon (2014–present). It has had several recurring guest hosts, a practice especially common during the Paar and Carson eras.
James Thomas "Jimmy" Fallon (born September 19, 1974) is an American comedian, television host, actor, singer, writer, and producer. He is known for his work in television as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and as the host of late-night talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He was born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and raised in Saugerties, New York. He grew up with an interest in comedy and music, moving to Los Angeles at 21 to pursue stand-up opportunities.
He was commissioned to join NBC's Saturday Night Live as a cast member in 1998, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Fallon remained on SNL for six years between 1998 and 2004, co-hosting the program's Weekend Update segment and becoming a celebrity in the process. He left the program for the film industry, starring in films such as Taxi (2004) and Fever Pitch (2005). Following his film career, Fallon returned to television as the host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on NBC in 2009, where he became well known for his emphasis on music and games. He transitioned from that program to become the sixth host of the long-running The Tonight Show in 2014.
Jerry Reed Hubbard (March 20, 1937 – September 1, 2008), known professionally as Jerry Reed, was an American country music singer, guitarist, and songwriter, as well as an actor who appeared in more than a dozen films. His signature songs included “Guitar Man,” “U.S. Male,” “A Thing Called Love,” “Alabama Wild Man,” “Amos Moses,” “When You're Hot, You're Hot” (which garnered a Grammy Award for Best Male Country Vocal Performance), “Ko-Ko Joe,” “Lord, Mr. Ford,” “East Bound and Down” (the theme song for the 1977 blockbuster Smokey and the Bandit, in which Reed co-starred), “The Bird,” and “She Got the Goldmine (I Got the Shaft).”
Reed was born in Atlanta, Georgia, the second child of Robert and Cynthia Hubbard. Reed’s grandparents lived in Rockmart, and he would visit them from time to time. He was quoted as saying as a small child, while running around strumming his guitar, “I am gonna be a star. I’m gonna go to Nashville and be a star.” Reed’s parents separated four months after his birth, and he and his sister spent seven years in foster homes or orphanages. Reed was reunited with his mother and stepfather in 1944. Music and impromptu performances helped ease the stressful times the new family was under.

Malcolm Holcombe is one of a kind, something you can't say about too many artists these days. Raised in Weaverville, North Carolina, Holcombe's put out a string of compelling albums in the last decade and become a much talked about performer in the process. The great writer, Thomas Wolfe, was born in Asheville, not far from Holcombe's birthplace; whereas Wolfe once strode the nocturnal avenues of New York City, intoxicated and bellowing that he "wrote 10,000 words today!," Holcombe is more apt to give you ten words, leave you to flesh out his clues with your own imagination. He invites you into his songs that way, tossing broken bits of mirror on the table, so you catch elusive characters in stride, see shadows in the silver cracks. With a voice that carries rust, bent nails and wood smoke...

Still singing just as powerfully as over 40 years ago, Steven Tyler has created a looong, glorious tenure fronting the legendary rock 'n' roll group Aerosmith since its formative years. Globally renowned for his primal scream and over 4 octaves of vocal range, Steven's durable vocal cords have held up over decades of unrelenting beating. His two biggest apparent singing influences, James Brown and Paul McCartney, can clearly be heard in his singing, yet Steven's an outright original. Steven has a bright tenor which has - over the years - developed an abiding rasp (due to his demanding singing style) and adjusted to the screaming. Starting with a crystal clear tone and a tendency to use a throaty blues placement, the 'classic voice of Tyler' we all know started coming to its place in the m...

Steven Tyler-Aerosmith
I looked at you, you looked at me,
I knew it then, but you couldn't see it,
And now you've come around.
I walk away, you stay behind,
But I've got the memories to remind me,
Of how you used to...
Hold me so tight, be by my side,
And make it alright...
Love gives, and love takes,
Yeah it'll keep you up in the middle of night
And catch you when you're falling
Love is, what love makes,
If you let it go it'll always come back,
When it hears you calling,
LOVE LIVES...
I know you're there, you always were,
There'll be an end to all this hurting,
But how many tears will fall?
Before you're back into my arms
So I can tell you I've been dying
Without you...
Too many nights, are passing us by,
But we'll make it by, yeah..
Love gives, and love takes,
Yeah it'll keep you up in the middle of night
And catch you when you're falling
Love is, what love makes,
If you let it go it'll always come back,
When it hears you calling.
Love lifts you up and lets you fly
And makes you think you'll never die,
And it's just like livin' in heaven
And you'll never ever wanna come down...
'Cause love is, what love makes,
And true love, never breaks.
'Cause Love gives, and love takes,
It'll keep you up in the middle of night,
And catch you when you're falling
Love is, what love makes,
If you let it go it'll always come back,
When it hears you...
Love gives, and love takes,
Yeah it'll keep you up in the middle of night.
And catch you when you're falling
Love is, what love makes,
Yeah if you let it go it'll always come back,
When it hears you calling,
LOVE LIVES...
