Auto show
An auto show, also known as a motor show or car show, is a public exhibition of current automobile models, debuts, concept cars, or out-of-production classics. It is attended by automotive industry representatives, dealers, auto journalists and car enthusiasts. Most auto shows occur once or twice a year. They are important to car manufacturers and local dealers as a public relations exercise, as they advertising new products and promote auto brands. The five most prestigious auto shows, sometimes called the "Big Five", are generally considered to be held in Frankfurt, Geneva, Detroit, Paris and Tokyo.
History
There are other auto/car shows that occur on a more frequent basis, almost weekly. It is not known if there is a regularly accepted term for these more frequent, informal "car rallies" or "car enthusiasts events". Some meeting events have themes, such as classic cars, hot rods, etc. These events are more localized, typically consisting of car enthusiasts who meet to socialize and enjoy their enthusiasm with other car owners.

Mantorp Park
Mantorp Park is a motor racing circuit near the town of Mantorp in Mjölby Municipality, Sweden. The circuit was built in 1969 with finance from BP Sweden as a permanent road course and a drag strip. Mantorp Park is capable of four different layouts, but today only the short (1.950 km/1.212 mile) and long (3.125 km/1.942 mile) tracks are used.
The European Formula Two Championship visited from 1971 until 1973, and again in 1981 and 1982. Today it mainly hosts club events, dragracing, a driving school and rounds of the Swedish Formula Three Championship and the Swedish Touring Car Championship.
Mantorp Park was the first European drag racing circuit to adopt the new 301.75 m drag strip (about 3/16 mile, or 1,000 feet) format adopted by the NHRA in July 2008.

Western Australia
Western Australia (abbreviated as WA) is a state occupying the entire western third of Australia. It is bounded by the Indian Ocean to the north and west, the Great Australian Bight and Southern Ocean to the south, the Northern Territory to the north-east and South Australia to the south-east. Western Australia is Australia's largest state with a total land area of 2,529,875 square kilometres (976,790 sq mi), and the second-largest country subdivision in the world – however, a significant part of it is sparsely populated. The state has about 2.6 million inhabitants, around 11% of the national total. 92% of the population lives in the south-west corner of the state.
The first European visitor to Western Australia was the Dutch explorer Dirk Hartog, who visited the Western Australian coast in 1616. The New South Wales colonial government established a convict-supported military garrison at King George III Sound, at present-day Albany, in 1826, which was followed by the establishment of the Swan River Colony in 1829, including the site of the present-day capital, Perth. York was the first inland settlement in Western Australia. Situated 97 kilometres east of Perth, it was settled on 16 September 1831.

Superior Media - Gatebil Festival @ Mantorp Park 2011
The people that have visit a Gatebil Festival event will never forget it and will never stop loving it. It's the most awesome thing you can experience i terms of motorsport events here in Europe. To understand what it is you have to be there and experience it yourself. It is a weekend with lot's of action by crazy drivers, from Sweden, Norway and Finland. The festival has through the years given us a lot of entertaining teams and drivers, who sometimes go as far as to Formula Drift (Fredric Aasbo and Kenneth Moen). For those who couldn't be there we did our best to capture all the action and the lifestyle around Gatebil Festival and make a killer video to share to everyone. This Gatebil Festival was held on June 17th-19th in Sweden. And as usual in Sweden, at the track Mantorp Park. Man...

Superior Media - Action Meet 2011 @ Mantorp Park
Action Meet 2011 was held on the Swedish track Mantorp Park as usual. The event is held by the Swedish magazine Bilsport and is a yearly event here in Sweden. This year the event contained 1/4mile dragracing, Pro-Int drifting, Auto-x and Show and Shine, all this in only one day. We tried to capture as much action as we could and we hope you like what we ended up with. I wish the song used in the final part would translate well to English, but we couldn’t help to throw in some carefree humour into the mix as well there. Hot Chicks of Occupy Wall Street
A lot of fantastic media has been created about the "Occupy" movement. I was watching one video in particular and commented to a friend, "Wow, seeing all those super smart hot chicks at the protest makes me want to be there." He replied, "Hmmm... Yeah, let's go with that." We instantly went to Tumblr and made http://hotchicksofoccupywallstreet.tumblr.com. Our original ideas were admittedly sophomoric: Pics of hot chicks being all protesty, videos of hot chicks beating drums in slow-mo, etc. But when we arrived at Zuccotti Park in New York City, it evolved into something more. There was a vibrant energy in the air, a warmth of community and family, and the voices we heard were so hopeful and passionate. A lot of fantastic media has been created about the "Occupy" movement. I was watching one video in particular and commented to a friend, "Wow, seeing all those super smart hot chicks at the protest makes me want to be there." He replied, "Hmmm... Yeah, let's go with that."
We instantly went to Tumblr and made http://hotchicksofoccupywallstreet.tumblr.com. Our original ideas were admittedly sophomoric: Pics of hot chicks being all protesty, videos of hot chicks beating drums in slow-mo, etc. But when we arrived at Zuccotti Park in New York City, it evolved into something more.
There was a vibrant energy in the air, a warmth of community and family, and the voices we heard were so hopeful and passionate. Pretty faces were making signs, giving speeches, organizing crowds, handing out food, singing, dancing, debating, hugging and marching.
It made me want to pack my bags and pitch a tent on Wall Street. And it's in the light that we created this video.
And we hope it makes you want to be there too.
EDIT: Apparently a lot of controversy has erupted online from people passionately opining (among many things) that this is sexist, offensive, and dangerously objectifies women. It was not my intent to do that and I think the spirit of the video, and the voices within, are honorable and inspiring.
However, if you disagree with me, I encourage you to use that as an excuse to create constructive discussions about the issues you have. Because, to be honest, any excuse is a good excuse to bring up the topic of women’s rights.

Content Warning: This educational episode contains game footage of a graphic sexual nature.
This episode explores the numerous ways in which the Women as Reward trope manifests in video games. The trope occurs when women or women’s bodies are employed as rewards for player actions, a pattern which frames female bodies and sexuality as collectible or consumable and positions women as status symbols designed to validate the masculinity of presumed straight male players. We then discuss how this trope both reflects and reinforces the pervasive, socially constructed mentality of male entitlement that operates in the background of our culture.
