Superhit Hindi Movie Hanan (2004)
Synopsis: In a remote village in India a man called Pagla (madman) serves the Mahapoojary and two disciples of a Devi Maa Bhagwati temple. One day a wealthy man brings a mentally challenged young woman named Pagli (madwoman) to serve in the temple to atone for the death of his abused wife. Pagla and Pagli both decide to get married, incurring the ire of the entire village. The Panchayat is asked to intervene and they decide to keep the two separate, which is not acceptable to both, and they run away to Bombay. Upon arrival, they are met there by Police Inspector Pardesi who sees tremendous potential in them for making some money for himself. He arranges to house them in an under-construction sky-caper, makes a temporary temple for them, and arranges for devotees to line-up, pay large sums of money and get their blessings. Pardesi, the devotees, pimps and others witness that whenever Pagla bangs the drum something happens to Pagli and she acts as though possessed, makes predictions, conjures miracles, death and destruction to enemies. What Pardesi does not know is that Pagla is just an alias for Shamsher Singh, a dreaded bandit, wanted for several murders, who may be abusing Pagli's sixth sense, and pretending to be a madman to elude the police.

Alhamdulillah berkat mengandalkan Allah, beliau bisa sampai sekarang. Menyampaikan ilmunya buat kita semua, semoga Allah memberkahi Ust. Hanan dan keluarganya.

memuliakan orang tua termasuk hal yang harus sering dibahas kepada mereka yang berniat untuk berhijrah. Karena hal ini banyak dilupakan oleh kita sendiri. Kita seringkali lupa bahwa pasti disaat sebelum berhijrah, kita banyak melakukan kesalahan kepada orang tua, jangankan memuliakan mereka, bahkan meminimalisir luka di hati orang tua kita saja kita belum sanggup. Kita terlalu sering untuk membangkang apa yang diperintahkan orang tua terhadap kita. Dan apabila kita benar-benar berniat untuk berhijrah, maka yang pertama kali kita lakukan adalah memperbaiki akhlak kita terhadap kedua orang tua, dengan begitu maka secara otomatis kita akan merasa jadi lebih dekat dengan sang pencipta Allah dan semakin ke sini kita akan semakin sadar juga bahwa sesungguhnya ridhonya orang tua itu juga menjadi kunci ridhonya Allah kepada kita. Karena dengan semakin baik hubungan kita sama Allah, maka kita juga akan merasa hubungan kita sama yang lain juga akan semakin baik, terutama sama orang tua.
Dalam surat Al-Isra ayat 23-24, Allah berfirman
وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا ۚ إِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَوْ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُلْ لَهُمَا أُفٍّ وَلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَهُمَا قَوْلًا كَرِيمًا
“Dan Rabb-mu telah memerintahkan kepada manusia janganlah ia beribadah melainkan hanya kepadaNya dan hendaklah berbuat baik kepada kedua orang tua dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dan jika salah satu dari keduanya atau kedua-duanya telah berusia lanjut disisimu maka janganlah katakan kepada keduanya ‘ah’ dan janganlah kamu membentak keduanya”. [Al-Isra : 23]

This is Egyptian bellydancer Hanan. She has the most beautiful, relaxed, fluid technique. This is a real golden oldie converted from a VHS cassette and, back then every bellydancer worth her salt seemed to own one of these tapes. Back in the 'old days', watching videos of Egyptian dancers was how we learnt. The dance tapes were often sold through a local ME bakery, butcher or deli - well that's where I bought all my VHS tapes LOL. Depending on the copy you had, the tape may - or may not - have featured Hanan, Nelly Fouad, Mona al Said and Nagwa Fouad.

This is Egyptian bellydancer Hanan. She has the most beautiful, relaxed, fluid technique. This is a real golden oldie converted from a VHS cassette and, back then every bellydancer worth her salt seemed to own one of these tapes. Back in the 'old days', watching videos of Egyptian dancers was how we learnt. The dance tapes were often sold through a local ME bakery, butcher or deli - well that's where I bought all my VHS tapes LOL. Depending on the copy you had, the tape may - or may not - have featured Hanan, Nelly Fouad, Mona al Said and Nagwa Fouad. -

Plot: Hanan works as a secretary for Mamdouh, the respected singer who is also good friends with her family. Hanan tries to discourage him from going away because they love each other. However, Mohsen leaves the country which breaks his father's heart as well as Hanan's who later discovers that she's pregnant with his child. Fearing that her pregnancy would cause a scandal, she tries to commit suicide but Mamdouh rescues her just in time. When he learns about her dilemma he decides to marry her and father her unborn child despite the age difference between them. After Mamdouh and Hanan wed they realize their feelings towards each other have turned into love.

Hanan (1979) حنان
The dancer in this scene is Hanan, a popular Egyptian bellydancer from the 70s (not to be confused with actress and former ballerina Hanan Turk). The music is 'Fi youm wa leyla' (A day and a night) originally sung by Warda al Jazairia. This scene is from the 1979 Egyptian film 'Khalli Balak Min Geranak' (Watch Out for Your Neighbours خلي بالك من جيرانك) which starred Adel Imam and Lebleba playing newly weds Ahmed and Nawal. They move into a new apartment only to find that not only is the building lift (elevator) not working, but the apartment is devoid of furniture and they have to share the empty space with their eccentric neighbour, played by Fouad al Mohandes.

Superhit Hindi Movie Hanan (2004)
Synopsis: In a remote village in India a man called Pagla (madman) serves the Mahapoojary and two disciples of a Devi Maa Bhagwati temple. One day a wealthy man brings a mentally challenged young woman named Pagli (madwoman) to serve in the temple to atone for the death of his abused wife. Pagla and Pagli both decide to get married, incurring the ire of the entire village. The Panchayat is asked to intervene and they decide to keep the two separate, which is not acceptable to both, and they run away to Bombay. Upon arrival, they are met there by Police Inspector Pardesi who sees tremendous potential in them for making some money for himself. He arranges to house them in an under-construction sky-caper, makes a temporary temple for them, and arranges for devotees to line-up, pay large sums of money and get their blessings. Pardesi, the devotees, pimps and others witness that whenever Pagla bangs the drum something happens to Pagli and she acts as though possessed, makes predictions, conjures miracles, death and destruction to enemies. What Pardesi does not know is that Pagla is just an alias for Shamsher Singh, a dreaded bandit, wanted for several murders, who may be abusing Pagli's sixth sense, and pretending to be a madman to elude the police.

Pernah punya mimpi yang kita pikir gak pernah terwujud gak sih? atau minmal ketika kita ada masalah siapa yang kita andalkan?
Sudahkah kita menempatkan Alloh sebagai satu-satunya tempat untuk curhat..??
Untuk itu, Yuk simak kajian dari Ust. Hanan, yang juga menceritakan bagaimana perjuangan beliau ketika kuliah di Mesir yang ketika pertama berangkat tidak bawa apa-apa, tidak ada biaya buat kuliah, dan belum ada beasiswa. Alhamdulillah berkat mengandalkan Allah, beliau bisa sampai sekarang. Menyampaikan ilmunya buat kita semua, semoga Allah memberkahi Ust. Hanan dan keluarganya.
Maaf rekamannya di mulai gak dari awal. Tapi semoga amanat yang disampaikan tidak berkurang.

memuliakan orang tua termasuk hal yang harus sering dibahas kepada mereka yang berniat untuk berhijrah. Karena hal ini banyak dilupakan oleh kita sendiri. Kita seringkali lupa bahwa pasti disaat sebelum berhijrah, kita banyak melakukan kesalahan kepada orang tua, jangankan memuliakan mereka, bahkan meminimalisir luka di hati orang tua kita saja kita belum sanggup. Kita terlalu sering untuk membangkang apa yang diperintahkan orang tua terhadap kita. Dan apabila kita benar-benar berniat untuk berhijrah, maka yang pertama kali kita lakukan adalah memperbaiki akhlak kita terhadap kedua orang tua, dengan begitu maka secara otomatis kita akan merasa jadi lebih dekat dengan sang pencipta Allah dan semakin ke sini kita akan semakin sadar juga bahwa sesungguhnya ridhonya orang tua itu juga menjadi kunci ridhonya Allah kepada kita. Karena dengan semakin baik hubungan kita sama Allah, maka kita juga akan merasa hubungan kita sama yang lain juga akan semakin baik, terutama sama orang tua.
Dalam surat Al-Isra ayat 23-24, Allah berfirman
وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا ۚ إِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَوْ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُلْ لَهُمَا أُفٍّ وَلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَهُمَا قَوْلًا كَرِيمًا
“Dan Rabb-mu telah memerintahkan kepada manusia janganlah ia beribadah melainkan hanya kepadaNya dan hendaklah berbuat baik kepada kedua orang tua dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dan jika salah satu dari keduanya atau kedua-duanya telah berusia lanjut disisimu maka janganlah katakan kepada keduanya ‘ah’ dan janganlah kamu membentak keduanya”. [Al-Isra : 23]

Kita seringkali lupa bahwa pasti disaat sebelum berhijrah, kita banyak melakukan kesalahan kepada orang tua, jangankan memuliakan mereka, bahkan meminimalisir luka di hati orang tua kita saja kita belum sanggup. This is Egyptian bellydancer Hanan. She has the most beautiful, relaxed, fluid technique. This is a real golden oldie converted from a VHS cassette and, back then every bellydancer worth her salt seemed to own one of these tapes. Back in the 'old days', watching videos of Egyptian dancers was how we learnt. The dance tapes were often sold through a local ME bakery, butcher or deli - well that's where I bought all my VHS tapes LOL. Depending on the copy you had, the tape may - or may not - have featured Hanan, Nelly Fouad, Mona al Said and Nagwa Fouad.

This scene is from the 1979 Egyptian film 'Khalli Balak Min Geranak' (Watch Out for Your Neighbours خلي بالك من جيرانك) which starred Adel Imam and Lebleba playing newly weds Ahmed and Nawal. They move into a new apartment only to find that not only is the building lift (elevator) not working, but the apartment is devoid of furniture and they have to share the empty space with their eccentric neighbour, played by Fouad al Mohandes.

Superhit Hindi Movie Hanan (2004)
Synopsis: In a remote village in India a man called Pagla (madman) serves the Mahapoojary and two disciples of a Devi Maa Bhagwati temple. One day a wealthy man brings a mentally challenged young woman named Pagli (madwoman) to serve in the temple to atone for the death of his abused wife. Pagla and Pagli both decide to get married, incurring the ire of the entire village. The Panchayat is asked to intervene and they decide to keep the two separate, which is not acceptable to both, and they run away to Bombay. Upon arrival, they are met there by Police Inspector Pardesi who sees tremendous potential in them for making some money for himself. He arranges to house them in an under-construction sky-caper, makes a temporary temple for them, and arranges for devotees to line-up, pay large sums of money and get their blessings. Pardesi, the devotees, pimps and others witness that whenever Pagla bangs the drum something happens to Pagli and she acts as though possessed, makes predictions, conjures miracles, death and destruction to enemies. What Pardesi does not know is that Pagla is just an alias for Shamsher Singh, a dreaded bandit, wanted for several murders, who may be abusing Pagli's sixth sense, and pretending to be a madman to elude the police.

Judul Aslinya "Break the Impossible"
Pernah punya mimpi yang kita pikir gak pernah terwujud gak sih? atau minmal ketika kita ada masalah siapa yang kita andalkan?
Sudahkah kita menempatkan Alloh sebagai satu-satunya tempat untuk curhat..??
Untuk itu, Yuk simak kajian dari Ust. Hanan, yang juga menceritakan bagaimana perjuangan beliau ketika kuliah di Mesir yang ketika pertama berangkat tidak bawa apa-apa, tidak ada biaya buat kuliah, dan belum ada beasiswa. Alhamdulillah berkat mengandalkan Allah, beliau bisa sampai sekarang. Menyampaikan ilmunya buat kita semua, semoga Allah memberkahi Ust. Hanan dan keluarganya.
Maaf rekamannya di mulai gak dari awal. Tapi semoga amanat yang disampaikan tidak berkurang.

memuliakan orang tua termasuk hal yang harus sering dibahas kepada mereka yang berniat untuk berhijrah. Karena hal ini banyak dilupakan oleh kita sendiri. Kita seringkali lupa bahwa pasti disaat sebelum berhijrah, kita banyak melakukan kesalahan kepada orang tua, jangankan memuliakan mereka, bahkan meminimalisir luka di hati orang tua kita saja kita belum sanggup. Kita terlalu sering untuk membangkang apa yang diperintahkan orang tua terhadap kita. Dan apabila kita benar-benar berniat untuk berhijrah, maka yang pertama kali kita lakukan adalah memperbaiki akhlak kita terhadap kedua orang tua, dengan begitu maka secara otomatis kita akan merasa jadi lebih dekat dengan sang pencipta Allah dan semakin ke sini kita akan semakin sadar juga bahwa sesungguhnya ridhonya orang tua itu juga menjadi kunci ridhonya Allah kepada kita. Karena dengan semakin baik hubungan kita sama Allah, maka kita juga akan merasa hubungan kita sama yang lain juga akan semakin baik, terutama sama orang tua.
Dalam surat Al-Isra ayat 23-24, Allah berfirman
وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا ۚ إِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَوْ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُلْ لَهُمَا أُفٍّ وَلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَهُمَا قَوْلًا كَرِيمًا
“Dan Rabb-mu telah memerintahkan kepada manusia janganlah ia beribadah melainkan hanya kepadaNya dan hendaklah berbuat baik kepada kedua orang tua dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dan jika salah satu dari keduanya atau kedua-duanya telah berusia lanjut disisimu maka janganlah katakan kepada keduanya ‘ah’ dan janganlah kamu membentak keduanya”. [Al-Isra : 23]

memuliakan orang tua termasuk hal yang harus sering dibahas kepada mereka yang berniat untuk berhijrah. Karena hal ini banyak dilupakan oleh kita sendiri. Kita seringkali lupa bahwa pasti disaat sebelum berhijrah, kita banyak melakukan kesalahan kepada orang tua, jangankan memuliakan mereka, bahkan meminimalisir luka di hati orang tua kita saja kita belum sanggup. Kita terlalu sering untuk membangkang apa yang diperintahkan orang tua terhadap kita. Dan apabila kita benar-benar berniat untuk berhijrah, maka yang pertama kali kita lakukan adalah memperbaiki akhlak kita terhadap kedua orang tua, dengan begitu maka secara otomatis kita akan merasa jadi lebih dekat dengan sang pencipta Allah dan semakin ke sini kita akan semakin sadar juga bahwa sesungguhnya ridhonya orang tua itu juga menjadi kunci ridhonya Allah kepada kita. This is Egyptian bellydancer Hanan. She has the most beautiful, relaxed, fluid technique. This is a real golden oldie converted from a VHS cassette and, back then every bellydancer worth her salt seemed to own one of these tapes. Back in the 'old days', watching videos of Egyptian dancers was how we learnt. The dance tapes were often sold through a local ME bakery, butcher or deli - well that's where I bought all my VHS tapes LOL. Depending on the copy you had, the tape may - or may not - have featured Hanan, Nelly Fouad, Mona al Said and Nagwa Fouad.

The dancer in this scene is Hanan, a popular Egyptian bellydancer from the 70s (not to be confused with actress and former ballerina Hanan Turk). The music is 'Fi youm wa leyla' (A day and a night) originally sung by Warda al Jazairia.
This scene is from the 1979 Egyptian film 'Khalli Balak Min Geranak' (Watch Out for Your Neighbours خلي بالك من جيرانك) which starred Adel Imam and Lebleba playing newly weds Ahmed and Nawal. They move into a new apartment only to find that not only is the building lift (elevator) not working, but the apartment is devoid of furniture and they have to share the empty space with their eccentric neighbour, played by Fouad al Mohandes.
