George Paul Blagden (born 28 December 1989) is an English stage and film actor. He is best known for his role as Athelstan in the television series Vikings. He also played Grantaire in the 2012 film adaptation of Les Misérables and is currently portraying Louis XIV in the French-produced television series drama Versailles.
Blagden began singing at age 13, performing in various choirs and his own rock band. He attended the Oundle School with a Drama scholarship and appeared in the school's Stahl Theatre in such roles as The Baker in Into the Woods and Marc in 'Art'. Also while at Oundle, Blagden became a member of the National Youth Theatre and was selected as one of four students to participate in a masterclass with Sir Ian McKellen. Following his graduation, he studied Acting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, from which he graduated in 2011.
In 2011, Blagden received his first acting role as Andy in the feature film After the Dark, which was released in 2014. He has since appeared in Wrath of the Titans, Les Misérables, and Vikings. Blagden will star in the upcoming drama series Versailles, as the lead character Louis XIV.

Alexander Vlahos (born 30 July 1988) is a Welsh actor best known for playing Mordred in the BBC One television series Merlin, and for his role in The Indian Doctor as Tom Evans.
Vlahos is from Llantrisant in Wales. He is the son of a Greek father and a Welsh mother and speaks Welsh and English. He trained in acting at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff, graduating in 2009.
He first appeared in the BBC Wales drama, Crash, in 2009 portraying Dylan. The following year, he appeared in the daytime medical soap opera Doctors in a week-long storyline entitled Master Of The Universe, in which he played the lead role of Lewis Cutler. The episodes were then nominated for 'Best Single Episode' and 'Spectacular Scene of the Year' at the British Soap Awards in 2010. Also in 2010, he appeared in both Pen Talar and The Indian Doctor, and the film Bright Lights.
In 2012, he earned the role of Private Keenan in Privates, a mini-television series about conscripts in the National Service set in the 1960s, for which he shaved his hair. He also played the part of Mordred in series five of Merlin, a role originally played by Asa Butterfield in the first two series.
Louis XIV (5 September 1638 – 1 September 1715), known as Louis the Great (Louis le Grand) or the Sun King (le Roi-Soleil), was a monarch of the House of Bourbon who ruled as King of France from 1643 until his death. His reign of 72 years and 110 days is the longest of any monarch of a major country in European history.
Louis began his personal rule of France in 1661 after the death of his chief minister, the Italian Cardinal Mazarin. An adherent of the concept of the divine right of kings, which advocates the divine origin of monarchical rule, Louis continued his predecessors' work of creating a centralized state governed from the capital. He sought to eliminate the remnants of feudalism persisting in parts of France and, by compelling many members of the nobility to inhabit his lavish Palace of Versailles (formerly a hunting lodge belonging to Louis's father), succeeded in pacifying the aristocracy, many members of which had participated in the Fronde rebellion during Louis's minority. By these means he became one of the most powerful French monarchs and consolidated a system of absolute monarchical rule in France that endured until the French Revolution.
BBC Breakfast is a national British morning television news programme simulcast on BBC One and BBC News. It is presented live from MediaCityUK and contains a mixture of news, sport, weather, business and feature items. The programme is broadcast seven days a week, every week of the year, including weekends and public holidays.
Adam Bullimore is the editor. He had been the deputy editor for five years. Alison Ford, previously the UK Editor for BBC Newsgathering, was the editor of the programme until her death in July 2013. Her appointment followed the departure of David Kermode to 5 News.
Breakfast Time was the first BBC breakfast programme, with Ron Neil as producer. It was conceived in response to the plans of the commercial television company TV-am to introduce a breakfast television show. Breakfast Time's first broadcast was on 17 January 1983, featuring multiple presenters: Frank Bough, Selina Scott, Nick Ross and Russell Grant. The atmosphere of the set was intended to encourage a relaxed informality; a set that mimicked a living-room rather than a studio, with red leather sofas, and Bough and Ross wearing jumpers and open-necked shirts. This allowed for an unconventional mix of authoritative and highbrow news and informative and entertainment features that made the show dominate the new genre and trounce the anticipated threat by the star-name commercial TV rival. So, a senior government minister might be subjected to intense questioning while sitting on the red sofa, to be then included in the presentation of a food cooking demonstration. Breakfast Time lasted 150 minutes, initially being transmitted between 6.30 am and 9 am—moving to a 6.50 am to 9.20 am slot on 18 February 1985.
