يوما عن آخر، تسوء الأوضاع الإنسانية في اليمن بارتفاع أعداد ضحايا مرض الكوليرا المتفشي في البلاد وعسرة وصول مواد الإغاثة الإنسانية.. ولا يخفف من هذا الواقع الكارثي الشق الميداني المشتعل، فلا تزال طائرات التحالف العربي تقصد أهدافا تعتقد أنها تتبع الحوثيين، ولا يزال الحوثيون يقاتلون ويقصفون بالصواريخ الباليستية والقوة النارية التقليدية.. بين الواقعين الإنساني والميداني سقط آلاف المدنيين قتلى، وعشرات الآلاف مرضى، ولا حل في الأفق.
يحمل المبعوث الأممي اسماعيل ولد الشيخ أحمد مبادرة جديدة اليوم لإدراة ميناء الحديدة، سبيلا إلى إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية والتخفيف من حدة الصراع، ولا تفتئ المنظمات الدولية تحذر من كارثية التأخر في مساعدة اليمنيين.. فمن يتحمل المسؤولية الأولى عما آلت إليه الأمور في اليمن؟ وهل يتنازل طرفا النزاع حتى يغاث اليمنيون؟ وهل للمبادرة الأممية الجديدة من أفق؟ نناقش هذه المحاور وغيرها، لكن نبقى مع هذا التقرير عن الوضع الإنساني في اليمن.

اليمن الكبرى، أو اليمن التاريخية : تلك الأرض هى ثاني اكبر دولة في شبة الجزيرة العربية ولديها أكثر من 200 جزيرة في البحر الأحمر وبحر العرب أكبرها جزيرتي سقطرى وحنيش
سميت اليمن بهذا الاسم لعدة أسباب فوجد في الكتابات السبأية القديمة ذكر اليمن بلفظ (يمنات)، وكذلك لأنها بلاد اليُمن والبركة، أي بلاد الخير الكثير الذي لاينقطع، وأيضاً بلاد البركة لأنها اشتهرت بإنتاج جميع المواد التي تستخدم في الطقوس الدينية القديمة مثل البخور واللبان ... وغيرها قبل وبعد بناء الكعبة المشرفة، وأضيف سبب آخر هو وقوعها يمين الكعبة المشرفة. وقيل سمي نسبة إلى يمن بن قحطان وقالوا أن قحطان أبو اليمن وقالوا كذلك أن قحطان هذا نفسه اسمه يمن. ومنهم من قال أن كل العرب كانوا بمكة فتيامن بنو يقطن في رواية وبنو يمن في رواية أخرى فسميت اليمن على ذلك
• ذكرت اليمن في الكثير من الكتب القديمة والتاريخية، منها التوراة، وكتب التاريخ الإغريقي، والروماني ... ووصفت باليمن السعيد، و لم توصف أي أرض في الدنيا بهذا الوصف غيرها، لتمتعها بوفرة في المياه والخضرة ، ولطبيعتها الخلابة، ولأرضها الخصبة التي باركها الله ، ولأنها أرض لمعظم الأنبياء، وأنصار الأنبياء ، ولتعدد حضاراتها المهمة في تاريخ البشرية ، ولدورها وبيوتها وقصورها الفخمة، ولجسارة وقوة شعبها الذي صنع من الجبال قصوراً شامخاً، ومدرجات زراعية في قمم الجبال الشاهقة.
• تعتبر اليمن - بحسب الكتب التاريخية المختلفة، وبحسب ما توصل له العلم مؤخراً – الموطن الأول للجنس البشري على الأرض، ونقطة التجمع والانطلاق الأولى للهجرات البشرية .
• وتعتبر اليمن أرض العرب الأولى ، والشعب اليمني هو أصل الجنس العربي، واليمنيون هم أول من تكلم باللسان العربي، فقبائل اليمن الشهيرة ( عاد، وثمود، وطسم، و جديس، وجرهم، والعمالقة، و أُميم .. وغيرها) هي قبائل العرب القديمة التي انتشرت في الجزيرة العربية، والعراق، والشام، ومصر، وشمال إفريقيا، والقرن الأفريقي ..وغيرها وظهر منها العرب العاربة قبائل قحطان والعرب ( المستعربة ) قبائل عدنان ، ومن يعتقد أن عدنان مستعرب فهو خاطئ لأن عدنان يعود إلى قبائل العرب القديمة التي قدمت من اليمن، لذلك فإن عدنان عربي يمني، وبالتالي فإن نبي الله إبراهيم عليه السلام عربي وليس أعجمي، وبالتالي فإن الرسول محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام عربياً وليس له أي أصل أعجمي ، بعكس ما قاله عدد من المؤرخين الذين نسبوا الرسول لنبي الله إبراهيم الذي وصفوه بالأعجمي.

Yemen (
i/ˈjɛmən/; Arabic: اليَمَن al-Yaman), officially known as the Republic of Yemen (الجمهورية اليمنية al-Jumhūrīyah al-Yamanīyah), is an Arab country in Western Asia, occupying the southwestern to the southern end of the Arabian Peninsula. Yemen is the second largest country in the peninsula, occupying 527,970 km2 (203,850 sq mi). The coastline stretches for about 2,000 km (1,200 mi). It is bordered by Saudi Arabia to the north, the Red Sea to the west, the Gulf of Aden and Arabian Sea to the south, and Oman to the east. Although Yemen's constitutionally stated capital is the city of Sana'a, the city has been under rebel control since February 2015. Because of this, Yemen's capital has been temporarily relocated to the port city of Aden, on the southern coast. Yemen's territory includes more than 200 islands; the largest of these is Socotra.
Yemen was the home of the Sabaeans (biblical Sheba), a trading state that flourished for over a thousand years and probably also included parts of modern-day Ethiopia and Eritrea. In 275 AD, the region came under the rule of the later Jewish influenced Himyarite Kingdom. Christianity arrived in the 4th century AD whereas Judaism and local paganism were already established. Islam spread quickly in the 7th century and Yemenite troops were crucial in the expansion of the early Islamic conquests. Administration of Yemen has long been notoriously difficult. Several dynasties emerged from the 9th to 16th century, the Rasulid being the strongest and most prosperous. The country was divided between the Ottoman and British empires in the early 20th century. The Zaydi Mutawakkilite Kingdom of Yemen was established after World War I in North Yemen before the creation of Yemen Arab Republic in 1962. South Yemen remained a British protectorate until 1967. The two Yemeni states united to form the modern republic of Yemen in 1990.

• ذكرت اليمن في الكثير من الكتب القديمة والتاريخية، منها التوراة، وكتب التاريخ الإغريقي، والروماني ... ووصفت باليمن السعيد، و لم توصف أي أرض في الدنيا بهذا الوصف غيرها، لتمتعها بوفرة في المياه والخضرة ، ولطبيعتها الخلابة، ولأرضها الخصبة التي باركها الله ، ولأنها أرض لمعظم الأنبياء، وأنصار الأنبياء ، ولتعدد حضاراتها المهمة في تاريخ البشرية ، ولدورها وبيوتها وقصورها الفخمة، ولجسارة وقوة شعبها الذي صنع من الجبال قصوراً شامخاً، ومدرجات زراعية في قمم الجبال الشاهقة.
• تعتبر اليمن - بحسب الكتب التاريخية المختلفة، وبحسب ما توصل له العلم مؤخراً – الموطن الأول للجنس البشري على الأرض، ونقطة التجمع والانطلاق الأولى للهجرات البشرية .
• وتعتبر اليمن أرض العرب الأولى ، والشعب اليمني هو أصل الجنس العربي، واليمنيون هم أول من تكلم باللسان العربي، فقبائل اليمن الشهيرة ( عاد، وثمود، وطسم، و جديس، وجرهم، والعمالقة، و أُميم .. وغيرها) هي قبائل العرب القديمة التي انتشرت في الجزيرة العربية، والعراق، والشام، ومصر، وشمال إفريقيا، والقرن الأفريقي ..وغيرها وظهر منها العرب العاربة قبائل قحطان والعرب ( المستعربة ) قبائل عدنان ، ومن يعتقد أن عدنان مستعرب فهو خاطئ لأن عدنان يعود إلى قبائل العرب القديمة التي قدمت من اليمن، لذلك فإن عدنان عربي يمني، وبالتالي فإن نبي الله إبراهيم عليه السلام عربي وليس أعجمي، وبالتالي فإن الرسول محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام عربياً وليس له أي أصل أعجمي ، بعكس ما قاله عدد من المؤرخين الذين نسبوا الرسول لنبي الله إبراهيم الذي وصفوه بالأعجمي.

• ذكرت اليمن في الكثير من الكتب القديمة والتاريخية، منها التوراة، وكتب التاريخ الإغريقي، والروماني ... ووصفت باليمن السعيد، و لم توصف أي أرض في الدنيا بهذا الوصف غيرها، لتمتعها بوفرة في المياه والخضرة ، ولطبيعتها الخلابة، ولأرضها الخصبة التي باركها الله ، ولأنها أرض لمعظم الأنبياء، وأنصار الأنبياء ، ولتعدد حضاراتها المهمة في تاريخ البشرية ، ولدورها وبيوتها وقصورها الفخمة، ولجسارة وقوة شعبها الذي صنع من الجبال قصوراً شامخاً، ومدرجات زراعية في قمم الجبال الشاهقة.
• تعتبر اليمن - بحسب الكتب التاريخية المختلفة، وبحسب ما توصل له العلم مؤخراً – الموطن الأول للجنس البشري على الأرض، ونقطة التجمع والانطلاق الأولى للهجرات البشرية .
• وتعتبر اليمن أرض العرب الأولى ، والشعب اليمني هو أصل الجنس العربي، واليمنيون هم أول من تكلم باللسان العربي، فقبائل اليمن الشهيرة ( عاد، وثمود، وطسم، و جديس، وجرهم، والعمالقة، و أُميم .. وغيرها) هي قبائل العرب القديمة التي انتشرت في الجزيرة العربية، والعراق، والشام، ومصر، وشمال إفريقيا، والقرن الأفريقي ..وغيرها وظهر منها العرب العاربة قبائل قحطان والعرب ( المستعربة ) قبائل عدنان ، ومن يعتقد أن عدنان مستعرب فهو خاطئ لأن عدنان يعود إلى قبائل العرب القديمة التي قدمت من اليمن، لذلك فإن عدنان عربي يمني، وبالتالي فإن نبي الله إبراهيم عليه السلام عربي وليس أعجمي، وبالتالي فإن الرسول محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام عربياً وليس له أي أصل أعجمي ، بعكس ما قاله عدد من المؤرخين الذين نسبوا الرسول لنبي الله إبراهيم الذي وصفوه بالأعجمي.

Women are rarely to be seen in Yemen’s marketplaces and, when they are, they are hidden from male glances by a protective veil. Islam still plays an important role in the daily cultural life of the people, including the traditional market places that are almost exclusively a male domain. The Republic Of Yemen covers a large part of the southwest of the Arabian Peninsula and contains several fascinating historical sites. East of Sanaa on the ancient Frankincense route, is the town of Marib that was once the residence of the legendary Queen Of Saba and in the extreme north is the town of Sadah, a region known for its powerful tribes. In the centre of the Djebel Harraz is the picturesque mountain village of Manakhah. Due to its location it was once a strategic point on the ancient trading route between the sea and the highlands. The breathtaking architecture of its buildings still testifies to the former prosperity of a village that today is well known for its popular market. Al Hudaydah was once the most important Turkish harbour on the Red Sea. The city was a commercial rival of the British occupied city of Aden to the south which, during colonial times, was of great importance in securing a sea route to India. In addition to the recent modernisation of the harbour the fishing industry still plays an important role and the fertile coastal waters of the Red Sea still ensure a good catch. To the south of Al Hudaydah is the legendary old harbour of Al Mokha, the former centre of the country’s coffee trade from which the world renowned Mocha coffee derived its name. Despite their present poverty the people here are a proud race and the ancient name of the Yemen, Arabia Felix, or “Arabia The Content”, is still a thing of the present.

They Barbecue camel meat and play in the beach near Sultan Qaboos's palace in Salalah.
Then they travel to the Yemen's border and look at the view.
Genies had to share one bed cos the reservations were made under the name of one genie (which we were not sure of which one)
The next day they go to Valley Darbat and do fishing
and then the next day they go to the Yemen's side again and then they leave towards UAE
Oman was beautiful, but there were more camels than humans there LOL and seeing a female there was a very very rare sight.

Due to all the negative media coverage in the middle east, countries in the area are heavily affected by the dwindling number of tourists. I took this opportunity to visit Egypt, Jordan and Turkey for 2 months. This video is the first part of the video where I spent 10 days in Egypt traveling alone from Cairo, Aswan to Luxor.
Even though, the number of tourists in Egypt has gone down considerably after the revolution, the country still hold one of the most historic sites and ruins of an Ancient civilization the ruled the area, the Ancient Egypt. After all, this is the only Egypt we have in the world, so don't let the media stop you from coming to this place.
