AFTER a year of waiting, the most anticipated date on the tennis calendar is here.
Wimbledon has finally returned and Andy Murray bids to retain his title.
Here’s everything you need to know about how, where and when you can watch all the action from SW19.
When is Wimbledon on TV?
BBC is the host broadcaster, as well as UK rights holder, acting for 40 international networks.
Their coverage will be comprehensive, with hours of airtime dedicated to the championships across TV, radio and online.
The tournament started on Monday, July 3 and finishes on Saturday, July 15 (women’s final) and Sunday, July 16 (men’s final).
Every match will be available to watch on TV or online.
BBC ONE
- Daily programme, usually the action from Centre Court, from 1.45pm to 6pm

BBC TWO
- Daily programme from 11.30am to 8.30pm
- BBC Two also has a nightly highlights show, Today at Wimbledon, from 8.30-9.30pm
BBC RED BUTTON

Some matches may be extended to the 11pm curfew if they have been delayed by rain.
Wimbledon legends Boris Becker, John McEnroe, Billie Jean King and Martina Navratilova will be just some of the experts in the studio.
As ever, Sue Barker will be hosting the coverage.
How can I watch Wimbledon online?
The BBC Sport website and app also have coverage of every match - with 15 live HD streams available on the site.
Alternatively you can follow all the action with our comprehensive live blog.
Can I listen to Wimbledon on the radio?
BBC Radio 5Live will have hundreds of hours of programmes, as well as a couple of specials.
If you still fancy getting tickets...
Be prepared to wait in long queues - especially if you want tickets at Centre Court, No 1 or No 2.
Those tickets will cost extra on top of a grounds ticket, with prices starting at £25.
Tickets for the final four days - the semi-finals and finals - have already been issued and won't be available.
For the rest of the tournament a grounds ticket will gain you access to the whole site bar the main three courts.
Meaning you can watch on Murray Mound or at any of the smaller courts.
