Poland (Polish: Polska [ˈpɔlska]), officially the Republic of Poland (Polish: Rzeczpospolita Polska, listen ), is a country in Central Europe, bordered by Germany to the west; the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south; Ukraine and Belarus to the east; and the Baltic Sea, Kaliningrad Oblast (a Russian exclave) and Lithuania to the north. The total area of Poland is 312,679 square kilometres (120,726 sq mi), making it the 71st largest country in the world and the 9th largest in Europe. With a population of over 38.5 million people, Poland is the 34th most populous country in the world, the 8th most populous country in Europe and the sixth most populous member of the European Union, as well as the most populous post-communist member of the European Union. Poland is a unitary state divided into 16 administrative subdivisions.
The establishment of a Polish state can be traced back to 966, when Mieszko I, ruler of a territory roughly coextensive with that of present-day Poland, converted to Christianity. The Kingdom of Poland was founded in 1025, and in 1569 it cemented a longstanding political association with the Grand Duchy of Lithuania by signing the Union of Lublin. This union formed the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, one of the largest and most populous countries of 16th and 17th-century Europe. The Commonwealth ceased to exist in the years 1772–1795, when its territory was partitioned among Prussia, the Russian Empire, and Austria. Poland regained its independence (as the Second Polish Republic) at the end of World War I, in 1918.
Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans it is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental or social challenges. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its broader sense in its 1948 constitution as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." This definition has been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value and because of the problem created by use of the word "complete" Other definitions have been proposed, among which a recent definition that correlates health and personal satisfaction. Classification systems such as the WHO Family of International Classifications, including the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), are commonly used to define and measure the components of health. Health is that balanced condition of the living organism in which the integral, harmonious performance of the vital functions tends to the preservation of the organism and the normal development of the individual.
Public health refers to "the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting health through organized efforts and informed choices of society, organizations, public and private, communities and individuals." It is concerned with threats to health based on population health analysis. The population in question can be as small as a handful of people, or as large as all the inhabitants of several continents (for instance, in the case of a pandemic). The dimensions of health can encompass "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity", as defined by the United Nations' World Health Organization. Public health incorporates the interdisciplinary approaches of epidemiology, biostatistics and health services. Environmental health, community health, behavioral health, health economics, public policy, insurance medicine and occupational safety and health are other important subfields.
The focus of public health intervention is to improve health and quality of life through prevention and treatment of disease and other physical and mental health conditions. This is done through surveillance of cases and health indicators, and through promotion of healthy behaviors. Examples of common public health measures include promotion of hand washing, breastfeeding, delivery of vaccinations, and distribution of condoms to control the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

Health care in Poland is delivered through a publicly funded health care system, which is free for all the citizens of Poland provided they fall into the "insured" category. However, private healthcare use is very extensive in Poland. Patients who are uninsured have to pay the full cost of medical services. According to Article 68 of the Polish Constitution everyone has a right to have access to health care. Citizens are granted equal access to the publicly funded healthcare system. In particular, the government is obliged to provide free healthcare to young children, pregnant women, disabled people and to the elderly. According to a study conducted by Stratega Poland in 2013, 65% of Polish citizens and 91% of pregnant women also used private healthcare. This video is targeted to blind u...
Health Care in Poland from "International Health Care Systems". The Polish health system relies on the principle of solidarity: the National Health Fund covers the cost of the health services required by a person in case of illness regardless of the amount of social tax paid by that person. The fundamental role of primary health care is disease prevention, treatment, assistance, coordination and the integration of different services. Currently, the whole population is covered by a network of primary care physicians. In 2010, Poland had 2.1 practising physicians per 1000 inhabitants, well below the European Union average. Furthermore, the number of practising nurses per 1000 inhabitants in the country, i.e. 4.9 was also below the EU average. Health and medical care costs account for about 7...

https://www.expedia.com/Warsaw.d178317.Destination-Travel-Guides For centuries Warsaw has been a center of refinement and knowledge. Its strategic position has also made it one of the most invaded countries in Europe. Shaped by history’s defining events, World War Two, and the closing of the Iron Curtain, Warsaw is a survivor, and has risen from the ashes of war and the shackles of Communism. Its true heart is its Old Town, the site of the Warsaw Uprising, one of the most heroic resistance actions ever seen against the nazis. After the war much of it, such as the opulent Royal Castle, was painstakingly rebuilt. One of the few statues not destroyed by the German army, is the mermaid Syrena, the symbol and protector of Warsaw. Visit St Johns Cathedral and St Anne’s Church, whose interio...

Warsaw - Poland Travel Guide, Tourism, Vacation World Travel https://www.youtube.com/user/World1Tube Warsaw - Poland Travel Guide, Tourism http://goo.gl/HmkEIN Warsaw is a large and sprawling city of more than 1.7 million people that is split into somewhat uneven halves by the Wisła (Vistula) River. Most everything of interest to visitors is on the western side of the river around the modern financial district. Its centrepiece is the landmark Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki), a Socialist-Realist confection which can be seen from virtually anywhere in the city. The epicentre of Warsaw for visitors is the so-called Royal Route (Trakt Królewski), which runs north-south from the New and Old Towns, past the fashionable shops of Nowy Świat, the palaces that survived the war...

When I arrived on planet health
In the state of being well
So I altered my self conscious messes
And body images
I visited the food pyramid
In the desert of vitamins
I found a desired heart rate
And a mouth to resuscitate
I am feeling great tonight
I am feeling great tonight
I am feeling great tonight
I am feeling great tonight
I was trained in diversity
In the garden of puberty
Where they Heimlich maneuvered me
And they showed me how to make a baby
I found my friends in the forest of loves
Where we just said no to drugs
Our intercourse was well protected
We made love with each others' eyes
We're feeling great tonight
We're feeling great tonight
We're feeling great tonight
We're feeling great tonight
Then I found out where you're sent
When you're sick and sad and old
They kick you off of planet health
Into a universe of cold
Stop drop and roll
Just stop drop and roll
Stop drop and roll
Gotta stop and put out the fire
Stop drop and roll
Just stop drop and roll
Stop drop and roll
Gotta stop and put out the fire
Feeling great tonight
I am feeling great tonight
I am feeling great tonight
