Throwbacks is the final album recorded by Nat & Alex Wolff under the name "The Naked Brothers Band" and the soundtrack to the third and final season of the show of the same name. Under the working title "Songs of Season 3," due to post-production problems, it was originally cancelled, until it was announced on September 19, 2013 to be released as a Nat & Alex Wolff album instead of a Naked Brothers Band album on October 15, 2013, under the title Throwbacks. One song that was recorded for the intended Season 3 soundtrack, "Face in the Hall", which later appeared in the iCarly soundtrack, will not be in the Throwbacks album.
Nat Wolff developed a lot while writing the soundtrack. He had developed a lot as a song[-writer] since the band's second album, which was released earlier the same year. Many songs from the album had a sense that the writer(s) were inspired by old artists, such as the track "The World (As We Know It Today)" was a modern version of Billy Joel's song We Didn't Start the Fire. The song "Yes We Can" (which features Natasha Bedingfield and Leon Thomas III) was inspired by the presidency of Barack Obama.

The Atlanta Steam is a women's American football team of the Legends Football League based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Steam is the league's 14th team and plays its games at the Arena at Gwinnett Center in suburban Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Although the Steam (along with the San Diego Seduction, Las Vegas Sin and Miami Caliente) were to be the four teams added to the LFL for its inaugural season in 2008, the league never played that season, and by the time the league did begin play in 2009, Atlanta was not among the teams.
LFL's Atlanta franchise originally began as the proposed St. Louis Saints. The team name was selected by fans in a vote. Team tryouts took place on June 24, 2012 at the Vetta Sports Club Soccerdome. Among the people trying out was former soccer player and 2006 Atlantic 10 Conference Rookie of the Year and 2008 St. Louis University leading scorer Julia Brandenburg. After negotiations to use the Family Arena fell through, the LFL suspended the Saints indefinitely, and was replaced by a new Atlanta team. In its first game, the Steam was shutout by the Jacksonville Breeze, 48–0.
Chicago Bliss is one of two teams that were introduced to the Legends Football League in 2004 (the other being Dallas Desire).
Being defeated by New York Euphoria in the Eastern Final (one of the Semi-Finals which included a Skill Test, a 3-on-2 match and a dance competition) at Lingerie Bowl II in 2005 and again at Lingerie Bowl III in 2006, the team never reached the Final.
On September 4, 2009, the Chicago Bliss defeated the Miami Caliente 29-19 in the first ever game of the LFL at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. In February 2010, the Bliss finally reached the championship game at Lingerie Bowl VII but lost to the Los Angeles Temptation.
For the 2015 season, the Bliss are moving back to Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois.
The Chicago Bliss opened its season on Friday, September 4, 2009 at the Sears Centre and defeated the Miami Caliente 29-19. The Bliss Head Coach is Keith Hac, coach of the Indoor Football League's Chicago Slaughter. The Bliss Offensive Coordinator is Rasche Hill, a former member of the National Football League Jacksonville Jaguars and the Chicago Slaughter. The Bliss Defensive Coordinator is DeJuan Alfonzo, a former member of the Chicago Rush and Chicago Slaughter.

Watch what you say to me
don't let her speak condescendingly yes I know she played
she wasn't worthy of your suffering
you've got to pay
you've still got to pay
suddenly you understand
I wasn't crying for no reason yes I know she played you
she wasn't worthy of your suffering
you've got to pay
you've still got to pay
focus on who you are
don't let her ruin why you've come so far yes I know she
played you
she wasn't worthy of your suffering
you've got to pay
