ZZ Top /ˈziːziːtɒp/ is an American rock band that formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas. The band comprises guitarist and lead vocalist Billy Gibbons (the band's leader, main lyricist, and musical arranger), bassist and co-lead vocalist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard. One of the few major label recording groups to have held the same lineup for more than 40 years, ZZ Top has been praised by critics and fellow musicians alike for their technical mastery. Of the group, music writer Cub Koda said, "As genuine roots musicians, they have few peers; Gibbons is one of America's finest blues guitarists working in the arena rock idiom [...] while Hill and Beard provide the ultimate rhythm section support."
Since the release of the band's debut album in January 1971, ZZ Top has become known for its strong blues roots and humorous lyrical motifs, relying heavily on double entendres and innuendo. ZZ Top's musical style has changed over the years, beginning with blues-inspired rock on their early albums, then incorporating new wave, punk rock, and dance-rock, with heavy use of synthesizers. The band has had global album sales in excess of 50 million as of 2014.

No matter how distinctive it may seem at first, greetings in Balinese are not that difficult after all.
One of my funniest youtube comments was from a bule "hey! I loved your Sundanese swear word video! Now I know what my wife has been saying to me all this time!" So this one is for those bule spouses out there in Bali! Also a big thank you to Grup Gedebong Goyang who made Ubud an especially funny place for me to visit! You can find them on youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/buruubud . They are quite famous here in Bali and do many off air performances. Till next week! Sok, subscribe! Btw, if you guys liked my shirt I got it from http://www.reginagarde.com who is also in Bali. Cheers!
Pottery making like so many hand crafts was always part of the local Balinese culture, a skill passed down from generation to,generation, in the towns and villages across this fabled island. Watch the expert hands of a Balinese potter create an intricate bowl, which often was sold at the local market, and a treasured gift for the few tourists who ventured into this land of artisans. Enjoy exploring old Bali...... Useful Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balinese_art
Kecak (pronounced [ˈketʃaʔ], alternate spellings: Ketjak and Ketjack) is a form of Balinese dance and music drama, originated in the 1930s Bali and is performed primarily by men, although a few women's kecak groups exist as of 2006. Also known as the Ramayana Monkey Chant, the piece, performed by a circle of 150 or more performers wearing checked cloth around their waists, percussively chanting "cak" and throwing up their arms, depicts a battle from the Ramayana where the monkey-like Vanara helped Prince Rama fight the evil King Ravana. However, Kecak has roots in sanghyang, a trance-inducing exorcism dance.
Deep in the South of Texas
not so long ago,
there on a crowded island
in the Gulf of Mexico
it didn't take too much money,
man, but it sure was nice.
You could dance all night if you felt all right,
drinking whiskey and throwing dice.
And everybody knows
it was hard to leave.
And everybody knows
it was down at the Balinese.
Yeah, I remember Ruby,
she always dressed in red
wearing skintight pants, Lord, and how she could dance
with a rag wrapped around her head.
And everybody knows
it was hard to leave.
And everybody knows
it was down at the Balinese.
And everybody knows
it was hard to leave.
And everybody knows
it was down at the Balinese,
it was down at the Balinese,
