First Woman Detained Under Cyber Crimes Act

Federal Investigation Agency FIA on Saturday arrested a woman in Sialkot on charges of blackmailing a man on social media.
The woman was booked under Cyber Crimes Act.
According to the complaint lodged with the FIA, Sadia Mirza, a resident of Sialkot, allegedly blackmailed a London-based person through popular social networking website Facebook.
Acting on the complaint, FIA officials conducted a raid in Sialkot and detained the accused.
She was later shifted to Lahore for interrogation.
The accused's neighbours told that she had been living alone as her parents had passed away

Crimes Act (with its variations) is a stock short title used for legislation in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, relating to the criminal law (including both substantive and procedural aspects of that law). It tends to be used for Acts which consolidate or codify the whole of the criminal law.
The Bill for an Act with this short title may have been known as a Crimes Bill during its passage through Parliament.
Crimes Acts may be a generic name either for legislation bearing that short title or for all legislation which relates to the criminal law.

The woman was booked under Cyber Crimes Act.
According to the complaint lodged with the FIA, Sadia Mirza, a resident of Sialkot, allegedly blackmailed a London-based person through popular social networking website Facebook.
Acting on the complaint, FIA officials conducted a raid in Sialkot and detained the accused.
She was later shifted to Lahore for interrogation.
The accused's neighbours told that she had been living alone as her parents had passed away

Kreps is a Member of the National College for DUI Defense and is also Certified per NHTSA Guidelines to Administer the same Standardized Field Sobriety Tests that you were asked to perform on the side of the road. Mr. Kreps is also certified per NHTSA Guidelines as a Field Sobriety Test Instructor.

Federal Investigation Agency FIA on Saturday arrested a woman in Sialkot on charges of blackmailing a man on social media.
The woman was booked under Cyber Crimes Act.
According to the complaint lodged with the FIA, Sadia Mirza, a resident of Sialkot, allegedly blackmailed a London-based person through popular social networking website Facebook.
Acting on the complaint, FIA officials conducted a raid in Sialkot and detained the accused.
She was later shifted to Lahore for interrogation.
The accused's neighbours told that she had been living alone as her parents had passed away

In recent years, that perception has been further fed by cases of Chinese students falling victims to violent crimes ...
