Samsung is bringing back the Galaxy Note FE(7R) also known as the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 and the recent rumors suggest that the handset could be launched on July 30. It's being said that Samsung is having a hard time to meet the deadline for production... that is, Samsung can’t make 450,000 units in time for the previously rumored July 7th release date.

Aside from the production issues, there's a different problem for the delay. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ are doing extremely well in south korea and samsung is afraid that the note fe might affect the sales once it comes out, espessially since it's expected to be cheaper.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note 8 may be introduced at the end of August or in early September and I think you should better by that device instead of the Galaxy Note FE(7R) because the Note FE will cost around $620 and it makes sense to buy the Note 8 for couple of hundred more.
The Galaxy Note FE or refurbished Note 7 will be identical to the original Note 7 except the battery and bixby support.

Samsung Galaxy Note series
Samsung Galaxy Note is a series of Android-based high-end smartphones and high-end tablets developed and marketed by Samsung Electronics. The line is primarily oriented towards pen computing; all Galaxy Note models ship with a stylus pen and incorporate a pressure-sensitive Wacom digitizer. All Galaxy Note models also include software features that are oriented towards the stylus and the devices' large screens, such as note-taking and digital scrapbooking apps, and split-screen multitasking.
The Galaxy Note smartphones have been considered the first commercially successful examples of "phablets"—a class of smartphone with large screens that are intended to straddle the functionality of a traditional tablet with that of a phone. Samsung sold over 50 million Galaxy Note devices between September 2011 and October 2013. 10 million units of the Galaxy Note 3 have been sold within its first 2 months, 30 million were of the Note II, while the original Galaxy Note sold around 10 million units worldwide.

Samsung Galaxy
Samsung Galaxy (stylized as Samsung GALAXY or SAMSUNG Galaxy) is a series of mobile computing devices designed, manufactured and marketed by Samsung Electronics. The product line includes the Galaxy S series of high-end smartphones, the Galaxy Tab series of tablets, the Galaxy Note series of tablets and phablets with the added functionality of a stylus and the first version of the Galaxy Gear smartwatch, with later versions dropping the Galaxy branding.
Samsung Galaxy devices have traditionally used the Android operating system produced by the Open Handset Alliance led by Google, usually with a custom user interface called TouchWiz. This tradition was broken at CES 2016 with the announcement of the first Galaxy-branded Windows 10 device, the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is an 8-inch Android-based tablet computer produced and marketed by Samsung Electronics. It belongs to the second generation of the Samsung Galaxy Note series tablets, which also includes a 10.1-inch model, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. It was announced on 23 February 2013, and launched in the US on 11 April 2013. Unlike the 10.1 inch tablet, the Galaxy Note 8.0 is a new size category in the Note series and making its debut at this generation of Note Tablets which like its phablet siblings, also sports Samsung's S-Pen stylus. It is also Samsung's first 8-inch tablet which was followed later on by the release of its lower-end sibling, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.
History
The Galaxy Note 8.0 was announced on 23 February 2013. It was shown along with the Galaxy S4 at the 2013 Mobile World Conference. Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Note 8.0 would be released in the US on 11 April, with a price of $399.99 for the 16GB model.

Galaxy
A galaxy is a gravitationally bound system of stars, stellar remnants, interstellar gas, dust, and dark matter. The word galaxy is derived from the Greek galaxias (γαλαξίας), literally "milky", a reference to the Milky Way. Previously, as of May 2015, EGS-zs8-1 was the most distant known galaxy, estimated to have a light travel distance of 13.1 billion light-years away and to have 15% of the mass of the Milky Way.

Unfinished business is the worst and a couple things have consistently hovered over my conscience over the past few years. The first being a bundle of beautiful footage sitting unused on a hard drive (from a scrapped music video o' mine) - the second being the way I ended a rather delightful little summer rendezvous. Both contain content recorded during completely different chapters (even cities) of my life yet for some reason, when I connected the two, all felt right in the world and I'd even argue it was almost as if they were waiting on the other to be a complete(d) piece. That piece is now viewable in the form of a short titled “Note to Self." All I will say as a disclaimer is that what it lacks in length I hope it makes up for in honesty, heart and vulnerability as it’s filled from start to finish with a good deal of mine. -

Note to Self
Unfinished business is the worst and a couple things have consistently hovered over my conscience over the past few years. The first being a bundle of beautiful footage sitting unused on a hard drive (from a scrapped music video o' mine) - the second being the way I ended a rather delightful little summer rendezvous. Both contain content recorded during completely different chapters (even cities) of my life yet for some reason, when I connected the two, all felt right in the world and I'd even argue it was almost as if they were waiting on the other to be a complete(d) piece. A few shots of knocked out just after picking up the 4K video shooting Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I had just 15 minutes before all the light had gone. Not a lot of time but I wanted to see what the image looked like! As you can see...it's not bad! BUT...what is the point of 4K video in a phone? Is there really a need for such a feature? What's the image like to work with? Is it more useful that the 120fps feature of the iPhone 5S? Paper Note ~ Tangible Paper Waveform
Paper Note allows you to record a message, the sound is analyzed to be transformed into a tangible waveform made from paper. We programmed Paper Note using Processing and used a laser cutter to create each slice of the waveform. Each message consists of around 450 paper disks. This project was part of the Generative Design module at CIID. Thanks to CIID faculty Davide Gauthier, Joshua Noble and Marcin Ignac for their assistance in this project. Unfinished business is the worst and a couple things have consistently hovered over my conscience over the past few years. The first being a bundle of beautiful footage sitting unused on a hard drive (from a scrapped music video o' mine) - the second being the way I ended a rather delightful little summer rendezvous. Both contain content recorded during completely different chapters (even cities) of my life yet for some reason, when I connected the two, all felt right in the world and I'd even argue it was almost as if they were waiting on the other to be a complete(d) piece. That piece is now viewable in the form of a short titled “Note to Self."
All I will say as a disclaimer is that what it lacks in length I hope it makes up for in honesty, heart and vulnerability as it’s filled from start to finish with a good deal of mine.

A few shots of knocked out just after picking up the 4K video shooting Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I had just 15 minutes before all the light had gone. Not a lot of time but I wanted to see what the image looked like!
As you can see...it's not bad! BUT...what is the point of 4K video in a phone? Is there really a need for such a feature? What's the image like to work with? Is it more useful that the 120fps feature of the iPhone 5S?

Paper Note allows you to record a message, the sound is analyzed to be transformed into a tangible waveform made from paper.
We programmed Paper Note using Processing and used a laser cutter to create each slice of the waveform. Each message consists of around 450 paper disks.

Unfinished business is the worst and a couple things have consistently hovered over my conscience over the past few years. The first being a bundle of beautiful footage sitting unused on a hard drive (from a scrapped music video o' mine) - the second being the way I ended a rather delightful little summer rendezvous. Both contain content recorded during completely different chapters (even cities) of my life yet for some reason, when I connected the two, all felt right in the world and I'd even argue it was almost as if they were waiting on the other to be a complete(d) piece. A few shots of knocked out just after picking up the 4K video shooting Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I had just 15 minutes before all the light had gone. Not a lot of time but I wanted to see what the image looked like! As you can see...it's not bad! BUT...what is the point of 4K video in a phone? Is there really a need for such a feature? What's the image like to work with? Is it more useful that the 120fps feature of the iPhone 5S? Paper Note ~ Tangible Paper Waveform
Paper Note allows you to record a message, the sound is analyzed to be transformed into a tangible waveform made from paper. We programmed Paper Note using Processing and used a laser cutter to create each slice of the waveform. Each message consists of around 450 paper disks. This project was part of the Generative Design module at CIID. Thanks to CIID faculty Davide Gauthier, Joshua Noble and Marcin Ignac for their assistance in this project. Samsung is bringing back the Galaxy Note FE(7R) also known as the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 and the recent rumors suggest that the handset could be launched on July 30. It's being said that Samsung is having a hard time to meet the deadline for production... that is, Samsung can’t make 450,000 units in time for the previously rumored July 7th release date.

Aside from the production issues, there's a different problem for the delay. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ are doing extremely well in south korea and samsung is afraid that the note fe might affect the sales once it comes out, espessially since it's expected to be cheaper.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note 8 may be introduced at the end of August or in early September and I think you should better by that device instead of the Galaxy Note FE(7R) because the Note FE will cost around $620 and it makes sense to buy the Note 8 for couple of hundred more.
The Galaxy Note FE or refurbished Note 7 will be identical to the original Note 7 except the battery and bixby support.

Unfinished business is the worst and a couple things have consistently hovered over my conscience over the past few years. The first being a bundle of beautiful footage sitting unused on a hard drive (from a scrapped music video o' mine) - the second being the way I ended a rather delightful little summer rendezvous. Both contain content recorded during completely different chapters (even cities) of my life yet for some reason, when I connected the two, all felt right in the world and I'd even argue it was almost as if they were waiting on the other to be a complete(d) piece. That piece is now viewable in the form of a short titled “Note to Self."
All I will say as a disclaimer is that what it lacks in length I hope it makes up for in honesty, heart and vulnerability as it’s filled from start to finish with a good deal of mine.

A few shots of knocked out just after picking up the 4K video shooting Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I had just 15 minutes before all the light had gone. Not a lot of time but I wanted to see what the image looked like!
As you can see...it's not bad! BUT...what is the point of 4K video in a phone? Is there really a need for such a feature? What's the image like to work with? Is it more useful that the 120fps feature of the iPhone 5S?
