Private, mysterious and some say sinister, 79 year-old Bernie Ecclestone criss-crosses the globe in his private jet mixing with celebrities, statesmen and sporting heroes. Ecclestone's success has not just been to create a multi-billion pound global business but to resist repeated attempts to snatch the glittering prize from his control. Ecclestone has never before revealed how he graduated from selling second-hand cars in London's notorious Warren Street to become the major player he is today. He has finally decided to reveal his secrets: the deals, the marriages, the disasters and the successes on race tracks, in Downing Street, in casinos, on yachts and in the air. Surprisingly, he is telling his life's story to Tom Bower, described by Ecclestone as 'The Undertaker' - the man who buries...

Tom Bower, one of the busiest character actors of the last four decades, reminds us of how at one time the Studio bosses actually nurtured the Film Industry... Including the Members of the Screen Actors Guild. Today the Studios only nurture themselves and their corporate partners. The insidious salary compression and elimination of residuals is now a blatant reality.

I walk straight now but with a sway
Please consider where I’ve been
I’m burning oxycotins now
Instead of heroin
Please consider where I’ve been
Please consider where I’ve been
I ain’t got nothing and I can’t have both
Please consider where I’ve been
When I was a young man and married man
I’d tell you don’t ever tie that knot
But now I’m old and my girl left home
I ain’t happy with what I got
Please consider where I’ve been
Please consider where I’ve been
I ain’t got nothing and I can’t have both
Please consider where I’ve been
[2x]
I got a Cadillac appetite
And a chitling income true
And sure as shit, I’ll drink my fill
Before the evening’s through
Please consider where I’ve been
Please consider where I’ve been
I ain’t got nothing and I can’t have both
Please consider where I’ve been
Well, my girl got me like tile work
And laid me the first time right
So she could walk all over me
For the rest of her damn life
Please consider where I’ve been
Please consider where I’ve been
I ain’t got nothing and I can’t have both
Please consider where I’ve been
