"River" by James Lee Stanley, from his 1973 debut, eponymous album. Appearing on this album you will find session drummer extraordinaire Russ Kunkle, and James' friends John Batdorf and Mark Rodney. For you Star Trek fans, James played a regular Bajoran Security Deputy on DS9, as well as appearing as various Klingons, Romulans, Vulcans, Bajoran civilians, Cardassians and "other unnamed aliens" on DS9 and Voyager. I love his music, best, though. I hope you enjoy it, too.
Some of the photos that accompany this song are images lifted from the Interwebz, including some pictures of the highest uninterrupted water falls on the planet - Angel Falls in Canaima National Park, Venezuala. Others are my personal photos taken at Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. These lakes cascade into one another, falling from 2,087 ft to 1,650 ft (636 to 503m), with the lowest lake serving as the source of the Korana River. If you have never been there, try to visit someday.

The following is a list of characters who first appeared in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks between 1995 and 1996, by order of first appearance.Hollyoaks is a long running Channel 4 soap opera in the United Kingdom. 1995 was the first year for the show and saw the introduction of many original characters. This period also saw the introduction of families such as the Cunningham family, the Osborne family, the Benson family and Andersen family.
Kurt Benson
Kurt Benson is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, played by Jeremy Edwards. He was one of seven original teen characters created for the show. He debuted on-screen during the episode airing on 23 October 1995 and was the first character seen on screen. He was created by Phil Redmond. He stayed on the show until he left in 1999 when he and girlfriend Ruth Osborne split up. The character was later killed off screen in a jet ski accident.
Ollie Benson
Oliver "Ollie" Benson is a fictional character on the long-running Channel 4 British television soap opera Hollyoaks. He was played by actor Paul Leyshon between 1995-1997 and appeared from the first ever episode and left in 1997 when the character died in a road accident. Ollie was the youngest of Benson children and the brother of Kurt Benson and Lucy Benson.

James Lee Stanley
James Lee Stanley (born April 30, 1946) is an American folk singer-songwriter.
Biography
Stanley was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania of Italian, German, Cherokee Indian, Scotch/Irish and English heritage. He said in a 2002 interview that as a child he was "shy, bright, blessed ...[with a] strict father gentle mother ...[and] three beautiful sisters." Stanley's uncle taught him to play the ukulele at an early age, and at sixteen he got his first recording contract and in 1970 did his first Los Angeles recording session through his friend Cass Elliot of The Mamas & the Papas. Stanley and Elliott remained friends until her death. About his early attempts at songwriting, Stanley said "The Producer told me to write songs, so I did. They were terrible."
Stanley spent time in the United States Air Force during the late 1960s as a Chinese linguist and from 1969 to 1972 studied music at Los Angeles City College and Cal State-Northridge. Upon graduation, Stanley began working as a songwriter for producer Bones Howe, a relationship which led Stanley to a recording contract with Wooden Nickel Records, a Chicago label distributed by RCA.

"River" by James Lee Stanley, from his 1973 debut, eponymous album. Appearing on this album you will find session drummer extraordinaire Russ Kunkle, and James' friends John Batdorf and Mark Rodney. For you Star Trek fans, James played a regular Bajoran Security Deputy on DS9, as well as appearing as various Klingons, Romulans, Vulcans, Bajoran civilians, Cardassians and "other unnamed aliens" on DS9 and Voyager. I love his music, best, though. I hope you enjoy it, too.
Some of the photos that accompany this song are images lifted from the Interwebz, including some pictures of the highest uninterrupted water falls on the planet - Angel Falls in Canaima National Park, Venezuala. Others are my personal photos taken at Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. These lakes cascade into one another, falling from 2,087 ft to 1,650 ft (636 to 503m), with the lowest lake serving as the source of the Korana River. If you have never been there, try to visit someday.
