IRON CINEMA – Every Monday we connect you with Generation Iron director Vlad Yudin. When I started digging deep into the current state of bodybuilding to embark on Generation Iron 2 - I knew we had to dive deeper into steroids. Generation Iron
Generation Iron is a 2013 documentary film which follows the world's leading bodybuilders as they train and compete for the coveted Mr. Olympia title. The film gives front row access to the lives of the top seven bodybuilders in the sport, including Phil Heath, Kai Greene, Branch Warren and Dennis Wolf. Mickey Rourke narrates the film, with appearances by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno and Jay Cutler.

Generation Iron chronicles seven top bodybuilders as they train to compete in the 2012 Mr. Olympia.

Generation Iron was released on September 20, 2013 on 53 screens across the US. The film expanded to reach over 100 theaters in various areas of the country. The release of the film coincided with the 2013 Mr. Olympia which was held on September 28, 2013 at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updated lately, I have been very busy in the last few weeks, and I couldn't find the time to complete my new sheet.
But today, I finally managed to complete it! Here's my piano cover of Unravel - the opening song of Tokyo Ghoul!
There are countless piano covers of Unravel on youtube already, but only very few of them are full versions and until today, I couldn't find a piano sheet of the full version yet - that's why I decided to make a full piano cover. I might be a bit late to the party, but better late than never.
Anyway, unravel.
I am pretty sure it's been a while since I made a transcription with such a high difficulty level. It belongs to my top 3 most difficult transcriptions I ever made, right after "My Dearest" and "Kuusou Mesorogiwi", mainly because of the very fast speed and the fast jumps in the left hand.
This piece also requires very good hand coordination, because there are many complicated rhythms in this sheet.
It took me longer than usual to learn this piece, but I think it's worth the effort, especially the "guitar-riffs" in the beginning sounds great on the grand piano.
Another fun fact: This is one of my few transcriptions, which is 99,9% completely true to the original song. I decided to not add any 'original material' because the song is amazing enough on its own.
Well then, that would be everything from me!
My next upload will be Kancolle related!

Alright, are you ready to go on a self-guided Amsterdam food tour? Let's go! We'll begin with Cafe d'Oude West. This traditional Dutch cafe is located on the corner of Rozengracht overlooking the canals. The terrace is a great place to have a spend the morning and enjoy a koffie verkeerd (Dutch latte which translates into “wrong coffee” as it is filled with more milk than coffee) as well as some poffertjes.
Poffertjes are mini Dutch pancakes that are made from buckwheat flour and cooked in a cast iron skillet. They are fluffy, spongy, sweet, and typically covered in powdered sugar and butter. It is best to eat your poffertjes with stroop which is a Dutch pancake syrup made from brown sugar that is very thick and tastes like molasses. Also, I should note that when you order a coffee (koffie) or tea (thee) in Amsterdam, this will typically be accompanied by a speculoos cookie. Speculoos tastes similar to American gingerbread as it is filled with holiday spices such as ginger, white pepper, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Next we take a trip to a Dutch restaurant called Tijger & de Vis where they specialize in all things fish! Here, you can order a plate of battered & deep fried cod (called kibbling) as well as some fried mackerel (called Mackerel). These dishes were both extraordinarily amazing! This seafood shop only carries the freshest fish and everything is cooked to order. They also have an array of prepared dishes that you can take on-the-go. Don't miss eating at this place if you're ever in Amsterdam, it's top notch!
After this seafood feast, we stroll on over to Café Papeneiland. This historic brown bar was once used as an underground tunnel system for persecuted Catholics and it was also visited by former President Clinton. The story goes that President Clinton stopped by for a slice of appeltaart and liked it so much that he took an entire apple pie with him! Words elude me when it comes to describing how magnificent and perfect this Dutch apple pie really is.
From the flakey yet thick buttery crust, to the scrumptious thinly sliced apple pieces, to the mountain of whipped cream...this dessert is just heavenly! Make sure to try some of the local Dutch beers on tap which pairs nicely with your sweet treat.

Its true heart is its Old Town, the site of the Warsaw Uprising, one of the most heroic resistance actions ever seen against the nazis. After the war much of it, such as the opulent Royal Castle, was painstakingly rebuilt.
One of the few statues not destroyed by the German army, is the mermaid Syrena, the symbol and protector of Warsaw.
Visit St Johns Cathedral and St Anne’s Church, whose interior miraculously survived the war.
The Warsaw Museum, is the keeping place of the city’s dramatic stories.
Warsaw University served as military barracks while education was mostly outlawed, but an underground “secret university” of more than 3000 students emerged.
The POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews was once the infamous Warsaw ghetto, where over 400,000 were incarcerated in just less than one and a half square miles. Nearby, the Warsaw Uprising Monument and the Warsaw Rising Museum pay tribute to one of the bravest chapters of the city’s history.
Visit the Palace of Culture and Science, a gift to the Polish people from Stalin.
Stroll along the Royal Route, a path once used by Polish Kings, today a popular tourist walk, studded with historical sites.
Along Nowy Swiat Street, pass the monument to Polish astronomer, Nicolaus Copernicus. Closer to the river is the Copernicus Science Centre.

So Hello from London! Time for a new destination. This is a city that I haven't visited in almost 4 years. So we're both very excited to be in London. And we're going to be making a little video guide. Actually a really big video guide because we plan on showing you 50 different things to do around London.
Our first stop was Trafalgar Square. This square leads to a lot of central attractions, so it's a nice place to people watch, get your bearings, and plan out where you want to go in the city.
The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the Thames. It offers a bird's eye view of the city.
Buckingham Palace has served as the official London residence for Britain's sovereigns since 1837. The State Rooms at Buckingham Palace are open to visitors every year.
The Palace of Westminster, also known as the Houses of Parliament, is the meeting place of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The Palace along with Big Ben are two of the top London attractions that dot the city-scape.
The Tower of London sits on the north bank of the River Thames.
And that's a wrap for London! Like with any mega city, it's impossible to cover all the sights and attractions you can enjoy here, but hopefully this video will give you an idea of what London has to offer.
