Khan Academy is a non-profit educational organization created in 2006 by educator Salman Khan with the aim of providing a free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere. The organization produces short lectures in the form of YouTube videos. In addition to micro lectures, the organization's website features practice exercises and tools for educators. All resources are available for free to anyone around the world. The main language of the website is English, but the content is also available in other languages.
The founder of the organization, Salman Khan, was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States to immigrant parents from Bangladesh and India. After earning three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (a BS in mathematics, a BS in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MEng in electrical engineering and computer science), he pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School.
In late 2004, Khan began tutoring his cousin Nadia who needed help with math using Yahoo!'s Doodle notepad. When other relatives and friends sought similar help, he decided that it would be more practical to distribute the tutorials on YouTube. The videos' popularity and the testimonials of appreciative students prompted Khan to quit his job in finance as a hedge fund analyst at Connective Capital Management in 2009, and focus on the tutorials (then released under the moniker "Khan Academy") full-time.
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is a nucleoside triphosphate used in cells as a coenzyme often called the "molecular unit of currency" of intracellular energy transfer.
ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism. It is one of the end products of photophosphorylation, cellular respiration, and fermentation and used by enzymes and structural proteins in many cellular processes, including biosynthetic reactions, motility, and cell division. One molecule of ATP contains three phosphate groups, and it is produced by a wide variety of enzymes, including ATP synthase, from adenosine diphosphate (ADP) or adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and various phosphate group donors. Substrate-level phosphorylation, oxidative phosphorylation in cellular respiration, and photophosphorylation in photosynthesis are three major mechanisms of ATP biosynthesis.
Metabolic processes that use ATP as an energy source convert it back into its precursors. ATP is therefore continuously recycled in organisms: the human body, which on average contains only 250 grams (8.8 oz) of ATP, turns over its own body weight equivalent in ATP each day.
Wikipedia (i/ˌwɪkᵻˈpiːdiə/ or
i/ˌwɪkiˈpiːdiə/ WIK-i-PEE-dee-ə) is a free-access, free-content Internet encyclopedia, supported and hosted by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation. Those who can access the site can edit most of its articles. Wikipedia is ranked among the ten most popular websites, and constitutes the Internet's largest and most popular general reference work.
Jimmy Wales and Larry Sanger launched Wikipedia on January 15, 2001. Sanger coined its name, a portmanteau of wiki and encyclopedia. Initially only in English, Wikipedia quickly became multilingual as it developed similar versions in other languages, which differ in content and in editing practices. The English Wikipedia is now one of 291 Wikipedia editions and is the largest with 5,081,662 articles (having reached 5,000,000 articles in November 2015). There is a grand total, including all Wikipedias, of over 38 million articles in over 250 different languages. As of February 2014, it had 18 billion page views and nearly 500 million unique visitors each month.

Paul Andersen explains the structure, function and importance of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). He begins by describing the specific structure of the molecule and its three main parts: adenine, ribose sugar, and phosphate groups. He explains how energy can be stored in ATP and released through hydrolysis to ADP and Pi. He shows how the molecule is created in cellular respiration and photosynthesis. He also explains how it is used throughout the cell. He finishes with a brief discussion of LUCA and how elements of ATP can be found in other parts of the cell (including RNA, DNA). Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is a really important short-term energy storage compound in cells. ATP contains three phosphates and when it is converted to Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) a phosphate is removed and energy is released that cells can use for processes like movement, synthesis and active transport. Cells use ATP continuously, so after it is broken down it needs to be 'put back together'. This is why we the ATP Cycle is needed. To produce ATP from ADP + P energy is needed. This energy comes from cellular respiration (Aerobic Respiration or Fermentation). Find out more about Cellular Respiration by watching 'What is Aerobic Respiration' & 'What is Fermentation'. This was done during my time at TX MOTIONMEDIA / TXVFX in 2013 http://www.tx.co.za https://vimeo.com/user13130278 We started this project out as a pitch but after making a really nice high res tennis ball asset we decided to do our own internal version and get a bit more creative.. The 3D was done by myself and Clinton Ford. Theo Le-Roux Preis did the final grade and composite. I handled the modeling, fracturing, rigid body sim, texturing, shading, lighting & rendering. Clinton did the modeling of the hairs using paintFX, dust simulation, ball animation and folicle simulation for the text in the second shot. Ontop of the awesome grade and edit, Theo added some extra animated overlays using Plexus and particular. This was done using Maya, Mentalray & V-ray.. http://linchpin-cg.com/port...

Feel too good to go to work today
I need a little more time so I can stay this way
Let's go for a ride on the circle line
Couldn't you use a day in the sunshine
Mustn't let your bank payments get behind
The bills may pile up, I just brush them off my mind
I can't let debt collectors bother me
Because I feel too good
I feel so good that you just can't bring me down
I can't remember when I felt so high
My mind is on vacation and I don't know why
Wouldn't you like to go for a country drive
Doesn't it make you feel good to be alive
Luncheon by the roadside will do just fine
I left the water running
It just must have slipped my mind
Can't let the little things bother me
Because I feel too good
I feel so good that you just can't bring me down
Someone's bound to bring you down
There's a strange speaking man on the front lawn
Making rude noises and gestures
It's just the neighbor's got something on his mind
Feel too good
I can't let frenchie start to bother me
Because I feel too good
