TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ticket Price: Buy your ticket for only $5 (or multiples to INCREASE your chances and gain extra bonus tickets) and by doing so, not only will you be in the draw for your choice of any one of these four great prizes; you’ll be assisting the people in Australia's rural regions … during their challenging times of drought, crippling debt and misfortune.
Ticket Delivery: Upon completion of your details and payment details, your ticket will be immediately ready to print, or sent to your email address.
Refund and Exchange Policy: If unsatisfied with your purchase of ticket, for any “genuine” reason, deemed genuine by the judges, simply email us at ceo@gulfhorizons.org with your details and we will provide for a full and immediate refund. This can be a cancellation of your card transaction if purchased online, or by BPay to your account, or by cheque from our office. There are no exchanges for tickets to substitute other numbers, favourite numbers or lucky numbers. The prize is as listed and no exchanges for the prize for other models. No substitutions for cash or other goods
Delivery Policy: Delivery of the prize is subject to availability of the retail dealer of the prize, but in any case, we anticipate within a maximum of 30 days to 45 days from the raffle prize drawer. Prize can be collected from the dealer. You will be notified immediately if you are the winner and the process to receive your prize. If from a remote area, we could arrange delivery.
If overseas, we will not import from Australia, but will arrange the same prize to be delivered or made available to you from your nearest prize distributor in your country, to your country’s specifications and compliance.
Privacy Policy: We will not release your information to any third party, agent or other group. All information regarding your name and details, or card details remain with Gulf Horizons Foundation and will never be used outside this organisation. We reserve the right to inform you of other upcoming raffles, art unions or other prize drawers. Your name will be entered to receive our eNewsletter and this can be cancelled at any time.
