Station identification (ident, network ID or channel ID) is the practice of radio or television stations or networks identifying themselves on-air, typically by means of a call sign or brand name (sometimes known, particularly in the United States, as a "sounder" or "stinger", more generally as a station or network ID). This may be to satisfy requirements of licensing authorities, a form of branding or a combination of both. As such, it is closely related to production logos used in television and cinema, alike.
Station identification used to be done regularly by an announcer at the halfway point during the presentation of a television program, or in between programs.
Idents are known as a montage in Thailand, and as an interlude in Cambodia and Vietnam.
Station IDs in the Philippines differ from the original concept. Instead of a way to identify television networks, these are presented in the form of music videos that represent the season in which the ident is aired during, which consist of tag-init (summer season), tag-ulan (rainy season), and Pasko (Christmas season). Station IDs in the Philippines runs for three to six minutes depending on the television station. The longest station ID is "Thank You Ang Babait Ninyo", which was used by ABS-CBN as a Christmas ID in 2014, lasting for ten minutes and 36 seconds. However, ABS-CBN, alongside some networks (i.e. UNTV, RPN, IBC, and PTV), also releases CGI-animated station IDs, not yearly but sporadically.

Christmas in Our Hearts is the seventh studio album and the first Christmas album by Filipino singer-songwriter and businessman Jose Mari Chan. It was released in November 1990 by Universal Records. The album sold over 600,000 units in the Philippines in 2006, certifying Double Diamond by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI). It is considered to be the first OPM album to surpass the Diamond status. It is currently the biggest-selling album in the Philippines, selling more than 800,000 copies to date.
The album also features cover versions of "A Christmas Carol", "This Beautiful Day" and "Christmas Children" from the 1970 musical Scrooge.
The album has been re-released as a 25th Anniversary Edition on iTunes, Spotify and Spinnr on October 30, 2015.
According to Chan, the title track and first single of the album, Christmas in Our Hearts, was originally an arrangement titled Ang Tubig ay Buhay ("Water is Life"), based on a poem written by Chari Cruz-Zarate. He set the words to music, intending to make it a silver jubilee song for the Assumption High School Class of 1963. He described Ang Tubig ay Buhay as a very beautiful poem, which is why he found it easy to compose a tune for it:
1991 (MCMXCI) was a common year starting on Tuesday (dominical letter F) of the Gregorian calendar, the 1991st year of the Common Era (CE) and Anno Domini (AD) designations, the 991st year of the 2nd millennium, the 91st year of the 20th century, and the 2nd year of the 1990s decade.
It was the year that is usually considered the final year of the Cold War that had begun in the late 1940s. During the year, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics collapsed into fifteen sovereign republics. India also abandoned its policies of socialism and autarky and began extensive neoliberal changes to its economy in July 1991 which would increase the GDP but also economic inequality over the next two decades. A U.N.-authorized coalition force from thirty-four nations fought against Iraq, which had invaded Kuwait in the previous year, 1990. The conflict would be called the Gulf War and would mark the beginning of a since-constant American military presence in the Middle East. The clash between Serbia and the other Yugoslav republics would lead into the beginning of the Yugoslav Wars, which ran through the rest of the decade.
Red Dwarf is a British comedy which primarily comprises ten series (the ninth being a mini-series) of a television science fiction sitcom that aired on BBC Two between 1988 and 1993 and from 1997 to 1999, and on Dave in 2009 and 2012, gaining a cult following. In May 2015, it was announced that Series XI and XII will film back-to-back later in 2015 and will air exclusively on the Dave channel in 2016 and 2017.
The series was created by Rob Grant and Doug Naylor. In addition to the television episodes, there are four novels, two pilot episodes for an American version of the show, a radio version produced for BBC Radio 7, tie-in books, magazines and other merchandise.
Despite the pastiche of science fiction used as a backdrop, Red Dwarf is primarily a character-driven comedy, with off-the-wall science fiction elements used as complementary plot devices. In the early episodes, a recurring source of comedy was the Odd Couple-style relationship between the two central characters of the show, who have an intense dislike for each other and are trapped together deep in space. The main characters are Dave Lister, the last known human alive, and Arnold Rimmer, a hologram of Lister's dead bunkmate. The other regular characters are Cat, a lifeform which evolved from the descendants of Lister's pregnant pet cat Frankenstein; Holly, Red Dwarf's computer; Kryten, a service mechanoid; and, as of Series VII to Back to Earth, Kristine Kochanski, an alternative-reality version of Lister's long-lost love.

Brandspank was recently commissioned by Viacom to write and produce 6 fresh channel idents for Comedy Central New Zealand. The objective was to provide some brand spots that specifically cater to Comedy Centrals local NZ audience.. "As Comedy Central is an international brand our challenge was to tell some jokes that had a sense of native NZ authorship without leaning on the Kiwiana cliche's we're all so used to" said Logan Bradley, lead Creative and Director on the project. "The cliche's are there, but not how you'd expect them." Each sequence produced in painstaking stop motion animation by Brandspank.
A collection with most of the idents and promos from The Simpsons FXX Episode Marathon. I wasn't so sure about this collection because some animation are only a rehash of old Simpson's drawing or they don't really feature new animation. Infact I've left out some spots for this reason. I'm not even sure I've found all idents too. Enjoy anyway :) This was part of my project The Simpsons Big Fat Commercial Collection.

Cries in the night, apparations in your mind.
Flight through your dreams full of hate and fear.
Victim in an endless war.
On the escape from the real truth.
Your eyes are full of fear,
your cries die away in the wind.
When the night comes and the light goes down
and the darkness rises you will die.
Pain in your dreams, tortures in your life.
Run away, helpless through the night.
