Goals
Following the Mozilla Manifesto, Romanian community will define goals, objectives with more concise & Region specific milestones to spread the word, enlarge regional communities and make the ecosystem even better.
The goals can be found below and are supposed to be achieved in a specific time frame (next 6 months):
- Define why Mozilla Romania is unique with respect to each region, language and members.
- Actively recruit new contributors - Both Technical, Creative & Evangelists.
- Organize both national level & local event's.
- Ensure that Firefox and Thunderbird are localized
- Build infrastructure which will foster collaboration of all Romanian communities and work centrally.
- Launch new version of website community

Online meetings
Every other week, on Wednesdays we have a meeting on IRC #romania channel which is organized for status updates on different on-going projects and followed by discussions/brainstorms.

We recommend using Etherpad to take notes, since it allows everyone in a session to brain-dump their thoughts into it in real-time. It's really cool.
