The Bargate was built c. 1180, constructed of stone and flint. Alterations were made to the building around 1290, when large drum towers were added to the north side, with arrow slit windows. A two-storey extension was made to the south side towards the end of the 13th century, with four windows lighting the upstairs room. Work was also carried out to the interior of the upper room during the 13th century, when the stone fireplaces were installed. The embattled north front was added to the building around 1400. A survey of the town's guns in 1468 reported that the Bargate held two breach loader guns and a brass muzzle loader. At some point in the 16th century the Court leet of southampton started to meet in the bargate. In 1605, the city's curfew and alarm bell was added to the southwest corner of the building. In the middle of the four windows is a statue of George III in Roman dress, which in 1809 replaced a wooden statue of Queen Anne. The statue was a gift to the town from John Petty, 2nd Marquess of Lansdowne.
The room above the gate itself has known several uses. It was originally used as the city's guildhall, until the 1770s. It was at this point that the city began to grow to the north of the gate. Also during the 18th century, five panels containing painted shields and the sundial were added to the building.
Additional archways were added in 1764 and 1774. In 1765, a passage was cut through the eastern side of the arch for pedestrians. A further passage through the western side was added later.
The bargate continued to be the site of meetings of southampton's court leet until 1856. Following the establishment of Southampton's police force in February 1836, the upper room was used as a prison but by 1899, the increase in road traffic and the introduction of trams led to proposals for its demolition. It was reprieved at a subsequent council meeting but the issue arose again in 1914 and 1923. The Bargate was however eventually separated from the adjoining town walls in the 1930s using a scheme previously suggested in 1900. Around this time Portland cement was used in works on the bargate. This was later to cause problems as it trapped water within the structure damaging the stones. The monument again served as the police headquarters for the city during the Second World War.[18] In 1951 a museum of local history was opened in the Bargate as part of celebrations to mark the Festival of Britain. The museum later closed.
Between 2006 and 2012, following refurbishment funded by the South East England Development Agency, the upper room served as The Bargate Monument Gallery, during which time 42 exhibitions featuring the work of over 250 artists were staged here.
In 2016 the Portland cement mortar that had been used on the structure in the 1930s was removed and replaced with lime mortar. At the same time the parapet was waterproofed to prevent further water entering the structure.

Make a simple wind vane, and you'll soon be able to amaze others with your ability to forecast weather.
Step 1: Write the directions
Write the four directions -- east, west, north and south -- equally spaced along the outer edges of an inverted paper plate.
Tip
Make the project personal by decorating the plate with crayons.
Step 2: Cut shapes
Use scissors to cut an arrow point and an arrow tail from poster board, making each about 2 inches in length.
Tip
Cut the shapes from a Styrofoam plate if poster board is unavailable.
Step 3: Make slits in straw
Make small slits at each end of the straw using scissors.
Step 4: Place the shapes
Place one of the poster board shapes into a slit at each end of the straw to create an arrow. This will later point to the direction the wind is blowing.
Step 5: Insert pin
Insert a straight pin through the center of the straw, and then into the eraser tip of the pencil, making sure to leave ample space for spinning at the upper and lower sides of the straw.
Step 6: Set pencil
Set the pencil by pushing its point through the center of the paper plate, and then sticking it into a lump of modeling clay serving as a base.
Tip
Test the wind vane by gently blowing it.
Step 7: Place on second plate
Place the structure on a second paper plate, and then glue the plates together with the clay mound inside.
Step 8: Move outdoors
Move the wind vane outdoors after the glue dries, and then align the directions using a compass. Watch the arrow go to work! By learning what type of weather is associated with wind directions in your area, it's a breeze to forecast conditions.

Click on a vertice on the crotch and click "View", then "View Selected" to zoom in.
We have to choose where the slit will be.
When decided, click "Knife" on the left tool bar. Just below the 3D view area, there are options for this tool that appear. The option we are most concerned with is Ctrl: midpoint snap. This automatically cuts an edge in the middle.
Choose where the cut will begin. Bring the green square down to the first edge and press "ctrl". You will notice that the green square goes to the middle of that line. Press the left mouse button and the first part of the cut is made.
Go down, and upward like I have. Press the space bar, then the first cut is made.
Make another similar cut in the middle of the cut you just made. Then another similar cut between the outer and inner cut. Then another in the centre. I will show you.
You can zoom in with the mouse scroll wheel if you need a closer view.
Move to a view inside the model. Press "A" if you want to deselect the orange lines.
Select the inner vertices along the middle line of the cuts you just made.
Shift+clicking will allow you to select or deselect multiple vertices.
Click the blue arrow and pull it upward.
Drag the green arrow to make it more symetrical.
Make a cut along both sides of this new raised ridge. Remember to hold Ctrl along each line to cut it in half.
Next, select the initial middle vertices.
Press Ctrl with the (+) key. This is used to select the next group of vertices around your selection.
Shift click the two end vertices to deselect them. Then press CTRL and + again.
Deselect both end vertices again.
Now we have to shape the slit to be rounded. Drag the blue arrow up. Drag the green arrow a bit to make the lines more straight.
Continue on in this fashion till the outer edge is reached.
When the final edge is adjusted then you may go back and smooth some more.
When finished, you may keep as is or you can click on the "Smooth Vertex" tool on the left toolbar to see if it makes the shape better.
You can also raise the inner ridge again to make it look deeper.
You can go to object mode to get a more shaded view.

Arrowslit
An arrowslit (often also referred to as an arrow loop, loophole or loop hole, and sometimes a balistraria) is a thin vertical aperture in a fortification through which an archer can launch arrows.
The interior walls behind an arrow loop are often cut away at an oblique angle so that the archer has a wide field of view and field of fire. Arrow slits come in a remarkable variety. A common and recognizable form is the cross. The thin vertical aperture permits the archer large degrees of freedom to vary the elevation and direction of his bowshot but makes it difficult for attackers to harm the archer since there is only a small target to aim at.
Balistraria can often be found in the curtain walls of medieval battlements beneath the crenellations.
History
The invention of the arrowslit is attributed to Archimedes during the siege of Syracuse in 214–212 BC. Slits "of the height of a man and about a palm's width on the outside" allowed defenders to shoot bows and scorpions (an ancient siege engine) from within the city walls. Although used in late Greek and Roman defences, arrowslits were not present in early Norman castles. They are only reintroduced to military architecture towards the end of the 12th century, with the castles of Dover and Framlingham in England, and Richard the Lionheart's Château Gaillard in France. In these early examples, arrowslits were positioned to protect sections of the castle wall, rather than all sides of the castle. In the 13th century, it became common for arrowslits to be placed all around a castle's defences.

7 Days to Die
7 Days to Die (abbreviated as 7DTD or 7D2D) is an open world, voxel-based sandbox game created by The Fun Pimps. It is a mash up of first-person shooter, survival horror, and role-playing games combining combat, crafting, looting, mining, exploration, and character growth. It was released through Early Access on Steam for Microsoft Windows and OS X on on December 13, 2013.
Development
The Windows alpha version of the game was released on August 16, 2013, for people who pre-ordered the game on either Kickstarter or PayPal. As of August 11, 2013, development of the game is ongoing with a Kickstarter campaign ending on August 15. The estimated release date was May 2014 for Windows PC; Macintosh and Linux versions were planned for later in the year. The game has also been greenlit on Steam after 23 days getting over 75,000 yes votes, 8,340 followers, and 8,700 favorites. It was number one on Steam Greenlight, after only 16 days with over 56,000 votes. The Mac version was released on September 13, 2013 at the same time as update Alpha 1.1.

Southampton's Medieval Gateway the 'Bargate'Southampton's Medieval Gateway the 'Bargate'
The Bargate was built c. 1180, constructed of stone and flint. Alterations were made to the building around 1290, when large drum towers were added to the north side, with arrow slit windows. A two-storey extension was made to the south side towards the end of the 13th century, with four windows lighting the upstairs room. Work was also carried out to the interior of the upper room during the 13th century, when the stone fireplaces were installed. The embattled north front was added to the building around 1400. A survey of the town's guns in 1468 reported that the Bargate held two breach loader guns and a brass muzzle loader. At some point in the 16th century the Court leet of southampton started to meet in the bargate. In 1605, the city's curfew and alarm bell was added to the southwest corner of the building. In the middle of the four windows is a statue of George III in Roman dress, which in 1809 replaced a wooden statue of Queen Anne. The statue was a gift to the town from John Petty, 2nd Marquess of Lansdowne. The room above the gate itself has known several uses. It was originally used as the city's guildhall, until the 1770s. It was at this point that the city began to grow to the north of the gate. Also during the 18th century, five panels containing painted shields and the sundial were added to the building. Additional archways were added in 1764 and 1774. In 1765, a passage was cut through the eastern side of the arch for pedestrians. A further passage through the western side was added later. The bargate continued to be the site of meetings of southampton's court leet until 1856. Following the establishment of Southampton's police force in February 1836, the upper room was used as a prison but by 1899, the increase in road traffic and the introduction of trams led to proposals for its demolition. It was reprieved at a subsequent council meeting but the issue arose again in 1914 and 1923. The Bargate was however eventually separated from the adjoining town walls in the 1930s using a scheme previously suggested in 1900. Around this time Portland cement was used in works on the bargate. This was later to cause problems as it trapped water within the structure damaging the stones. The monument again served as the police headquarters for the city during the Second World War.[18] In 1951 a museum of local history was opened in the Bargate as part of celebrations to mark the Festival of Britain. The museum later closed. Between 2006 and 2012, following refurbishment funded by the South East England Development Agency, the upper room served as The Bargate Monument Gallery, during which time 42 exhibitions featuring the work of over 250 artists were staged here. In 2016 the Portland cement mortar that had been used on the structure in the 1930s was removed and replaced with lime mortar. Step 1: Write the directions Write the four directions -- east, west, north and south -- equally spaced along the outer edges of an inverted paper plate. Tip Make the project personal by decorating the plate with crayons. Step 2: Cut shapes Use scissors to cut an arrow point and an arrow tail from poster board, making each about 2 inches in length. Tip Cut the shapes from a Styrofoam plate if poster board is unavailable. Step 3: Make slits in straw Make small slits at each end of the straw using scissors. Step 4: Place the shapes Place one of the poster board shapes into a slit at each end of the straw to create an arrow. This will later point to the direction the wind is blowing. Step 5: Insert pin Insert a straight pin through the center of the straw, and then into the eraser tip of the pencil, making sure to leave ample space for spinning at the upper and lower sides of the straw. Step 6: Set pencil Set the pencil by pushing its point through the center of the paper plate, and then sticking it into a lump of modeling clay serving as a base. Tip Test the wind vane by gently blowing it. Step 7: Place on second plate Place the structure on a second paper plate, and then glue the plates together with the clay mound inside. Step 8: Move outdoors Move the wind vane outdoors after the glue dries, and then align the directions using a compass. Watch the arrow go to work! By learning what type of weather is associated with wind directions in your area, it's a breeze to forecast conditions. Did You Know? Creating a simple vagina. Disclaimer. These tutorials are for educational purposes. I am not responsible for what is done with the information. Begin Video Transcript. Click on a vertice on the crotch and click "View", then "View Selected" to zoom in. We have to choose where the slit will be. When decided, click "Knife" on the left tool bar. Just below the 3D view area, there are options for this tool that appear. The option we are most concerned with is Ctrl: midpoint snap. This automatically cuts an edge in the middle. Choose where the cut will begin. Bring the green square down to the first edge and press "ctrl". You will notice that the green square goes to the middle of that line. Press the left mouse button and the first part of the cut is made. Go down, and upward like I have. Press the space bar, then the first cut is made. Make another similar cut in the middle of the cut you just made. Then another similar cut between the outer and inner cut. Then another in the centre. I will show you. You can zoom in with the mouse scroll wheel if you need a closer view. Move to a view inside the model. Press "A" if you want to deselect the orange lines. Select the inner vertices along the middle line of the cuts you just made. Shift+clicking will allow you to select or deselect multiple vertices. Click the blue arrow and pull it upward. Drag the green arrow to make it more symetrical. Make a cut along both sides of this new raised ridge. Remember to hold Ctrl along each line to cut it in half. Next, select the initial middle vertices. Press Ctrl with the (+) key. This is used to select the next group of vertices around your selection. Shift click the two end vertices to deselect them. Then press CTRL and + again. Deselect both end vertices again. Now we have to shape the slit to be rounded. Drag the blue arrow up. Drag the green arrow a bit to make the lines more straight. Continue on in this fashion till the outer edge is reached. When the final edge is adjusted then you may go back and smooth some more. When finished, you may keep as is or you can click on the "Smooth Vertex" tool on the left toolbar to see if it makes the shape better. You can also raise the inner ridge again to make it look deeper. You can go to object mode to get a more shaded view. End Video Transcript. -

The Bargate was built c. 1180, constructed of stone and flint. Alterations were made to the building around 1290, when large drum towers were added to the north side, with arrow slit windows. A two-storey extension was made to the south side towards the end of the 13th century, with four windows lighting the upstairs room. Work was also carried out to the interior of the upper room during the 13th century, when the stone fireplaces were installed. The embattled north front was added to the building around 1400. A survey of the town's guns in 1468 reported that the Bargate held two breach loader guns and a brass muzzle loader. At some point in the 16th century the Court leet of southampton started to meet in the bargate. In 1605, the city's curfew and alarm bell was added to the southwest corner of the building. In the middle of the four windows is a statue of George III in Roman dress, which in 1809 replaced a wooden statue of Queen Anne. The statue was a gift to the town from John Petty, 2nd Marquess of Lansdowne.
The room above the gate itself has known several uses. It was originally used as the city's guildhall, until the 1770s. It was at this point that the city began to grow to the north of the gate. Also during the 18th century, five panels containing painted shields and the sundial were added to the building.
Additional archways were added in 1764 and 1774. In 1765, a passage was cut through the eastern side of the arch for pedestrians. A further passage through the western side was added later.
The bargate continued to be the site of meetings of southampton's court leet until 1856. Following the establishment of Southampton's police force in February 1836, the upper room was used as a prison but by 1899, the increase in road traffic and the introduction of trams led to proposals for its demolition. It was reprieved at a subsequent council meeting but the issue arose again in 1914 and 1923. The Bargate was however eventually separated from the adjoining town walls in the 1930s using a scheme previously suggested in 1900. Around this time Portland cement was used in works on the bargate. This was later to cause problems as it trapped water within the structure damaging the stones. The monument again served as the police headquarters for the city during the Second World War.[18] In 1951 a museum of local history was opened in the Bargate as part of celebrations to mark the Festival of Britain. The museum later closed.
Between 2006 and 2012, following refurbishment funded by the South East England Development Agency, the upper room served as The Bargate Monument Gallery, during which time 42 exhibitions featuring the work of over 250 artists were staged here.
In 2016 the Portland cement mortar that had been used on the structure in the 1930s was removed and replaced with lime mortar. At the same time the parapet was waterproofed to prevent further water entering the structure.

Make a simple wind vane, and you'll soon be able to amaze others with your ability to forecast weather.
Step 1: Write the directions
Write the four directions -- east, west, north and south -- equally spaced along the outer edges of an inverted paper plate.
Tip
Make the project personal by decorating the plate with crayons.
Step 2: Cut shapes
Use scissors to cut an arrow point and an arrow tail from poster board, making each about 2 inches in length.
Tip
Cut the shapes from a Styrofoam plate if poster board is unavailable.
Step 3: Make slits in straw
Make small slits at each end of the straw using scissors.
Step 4: Place the shapes
Place one of the poster board shapes into a slit at each end of the straw to create an arrow. This will later point to the direction the wind is blowing.
Step 5: Insert pin
Insert a straight pin through the center of the straw, and then into the eraser tip of the pencil, making sure to leave ample space for spinning at the upper and lower sides of the straw.
Step 6: Set pencil
Set the pencil by pushing its point through the center of the paper plate, and then sticking it into a lump of modeling clay serving as a base.
Tip
Test the wind vane by gently blowing it.
Step 7: Place on second plate
Place the structure on a second paper plate, and then glue the plates together with the clay mound inside.
Step 8: Move outdoors
Move the wind vane outdoors after the glue dries, and then align the directions using a compass. Watch the arrow go to work! By learning what type of weather is associated with wind directions in your area, it's a breeze to forecast conditions.

Set the pencil by pushing its point through the center of the paper plate, and then sticking it into a lump of modeling clay serving as a base.
Tip
Test the wind vane by gently blowing it.
Step 7: Place on second plate
Place the structure on a second paper plate, and then glue the plates together with the clay mound inside.
Step 8: Move outdoors
Move the wind vane outdoors after the glue dries, and then align the directions using a compass. Watch the arrow go to work! By learning what type of weather is associated with wind directions in your area, it's a breeze to forecast conditions.

Creating a simple vagina.

Click on a vertice on the crotch and click "View", then "View Selected" to zoom in.
We have to choose where the slit will be.
When decided, click "Knife" on the left tool bar. Just below the 3D view area, there are options for this tool that appear. The option we are most concerned with is Ctrl: midpoint snap. This automatically cuts an edge in the middle.
Choose where the cut will begin. Bring the green square down to the first edge and press "ctrl". You will notice that the green square goes to the middle of that line. Press the left mouse button and the first part of the cut is made.
Go down, and upward like I have. Press the space bar, then the first cut is made.
Make another similar cut in the middle of the cut you just made. Then another similar cut between the outer and inner cut. Then another in the centre. I will show you.
You can zoom in with the mouse scroll wheel if you need a closer view.
Move to a view inside the model. Press "A" if you want to deselect the orange lines.
Select the inner vertices along the middle line of the cuts you just made.
Shift+clicking will allow you to select or deselect multiple vertices.
Click the blue arrow and pull it upward.
Drag the green arrow to make it more symetrical.
Make a cut along both sides of this new raised ridge. Remember to hold Ctrl along each line to cut it in half.
Next, select the initial middle vertices.
Press Ctrl with the (+) key. This is used to select the next group of vertices around your selection.
Shift click the two end vertices to deselect them. Then press CTRL and + again.
Deselect both end vertices again.
Now we have to shape the slit to be rounded. Drag the blue arrow up. Drag the green arrow a bit to make the lines more straight.
Continue on in this fashion till the outer edge is reached.
When the final edge is adjusted then you may go back and smooth some more.
When finished, you may keep as is or you can click on the "Smooth Vertex" tool on the left toolbar to see if it makes the shape better.
You can also raise the inner ridge again to make it look deeper.
You can go to object mode to get a more shaded view.

Are you 40 even? 40 even; I'm even 40. So, lots to catch up on. Last week we had our guest and we really didn't have a chance to catch up on all the news that we had for all the fine things.
We were supposed to have a young lady by the name of Adrianne who is from Yale University on this week, but things just didn't work out, she's going to come on next week so we have to put her off I thought this would be a good time for you and I to catch up on some news, all sorts of news and gossip.
Awesome. As well as, you know how we keep sneaking Mark Zuckerberg, he comes on whenever whenever we're not actually recording he shows up, he's like "hey put me on the air" you know we're going to [xx] time have the sponsors of tomorrow coming up on a show. So I won't say who but I'm sure you smart, marketing savvy people can figure out sponsors of tomorrow.
What do you think about that Hoop? I think it's awesome. I love big name guests. Yes, and they love us apparently. They do. Of course. We're leaving innovation here in the ITSM space. Yes. And it's not because we're awesome, it's just because the bar's so stinking low. Yeah. If service management were limbo, you would have to be a parapalegic.
Im one of those creepers. Weve got a lot to catch up You don't even know what a creeper is do you? No. I just assume it's some type of hooperism. No. A creeper is something that they have in mechanic shops. you know in garages. Oh. So that you can lay down and you can slide under the car. You know in Grease right before the scene for grease lightning they all come out on the sleepers - creepers - creepers or sleepers?
- creepers - Is there ever a reason you would be on your stomach on a creeper? Yeah you'd have to always face up. - Yeah cause you are working on the The underbody of the car. If you put a hole where your face would be on a creeper and you lay it on your stomach, it could also act as a massager and you could flip the car upside-down below ground.

Remember those old rafts where they use to have the whole all cut off your face so your kids get actually book in the wire no it happens the stuff no so that i cannot swim so that yeah.... isn't it? We tried our luck at being balloon busters. In Balloon Buster you have to align the arrow to fit perfectly into the slit to pop a balloon. If the player is able to get the arrow to pop a balloon, they win the prize attached to that balloon. Southampton's Medieval Gateway the 'Bargate'
The Bargate was built c. 1180, constructed of stone and flint. Alterations were made to the building around 1290, when large drum towers were added to the north side, with arrow slit windows. A two-storey extension was made to the south side towards the end of the 13th century, with four windows lighting the upstairs room. Work was also carried out to the interior of the upper room during the 13th century, when the stone fireplaces were installed. The embattled north front was added to the building around 1400. A survey of the town's guns in 1468 reported that the Bargate held two breach loader guns and a brass muzzle loader. Work was also carried out to the interior of the upper room during the 13th century, when the stone fireplaces were installed. The embattled north front was added to the building around 1400. A survey of the town's guns in 1468 reported that the Bargate held two breach loader guns and a brass muzzle loader. At some point in the 16th century the Court leet of southampton started to meet in the bargate. In 1605, the city's curfew and alarm bell was added to the southwest corner of the building. In the middle of the four windows is a statue of George III in Roman dress, which in 1809 replaced a wooden statue of Queen Anne. The statue was a gift to the town from John Petty, 2nd Marquess of Lansdowne.
The room above the gate itself has known several uses. It was originally used as the city's guildhall, until the 1770s. It was at this point that the city began to grow to the north of the gate. Also during the 18th century, five panels containing painted shields and the sundial were added to the building.
Additional archways were added in 1764 and 1774. In 1765, a passage was cut through the eastern side of the arch for pedestrians. A further passage through the western side was added later.
The bargate continued to be the site of meetings of southampton's court leet until 1856. Following the establishment of Southampton's police force in February 1836, the upper room was used as a prison but by 1899, the increase in road traffic and the introduction of trams led to proposals for its demolition. It was reprieved at a subsequent council meeting but the issue arose again in 1914 and 1923. The Bargate was built c. 1180, constructed of stone and flint. Alterations were made to the building around 1290, when large drum towers were added to the north side, with arrow slit windows. A two-storey extension was made to the south side towards the end of the 13th century, with four windows lighting the upstairs room. Work was also carried out to the interior of the upper room during the 13th century, when the stone fireplaces were installed. The embattled north front was added to the building around 1400. A survey of the town's guns in 1468 reported that the Bargate held two breach loader guns and a brass muzzle loader. At some point in the 16th century the Court leet of southampton started to meet in the bargate. In 1605, the city's curfew and alarm bell was added to the southwest corner of the building. In the middle of the four windows is a statue of George III in Roman dress, which in 1809 replaced a wooden statue of Queen Anne. The statue was a gift to the town from John Petty, 2nd Marquess of Lansdowne.
The room above the gate itself has known several uses. It was originally used as the city's guildhall, until the 1770s. It was at this point that the city began to grow to the north of the gate. Also during the 18th century, five panels containing painted shields and the sundial were added to the building.
Additional archways were added in 1764 and 1774. In 1765, a passage was cut through the eastern side of the arch for pedestrians. A further passage through the western side was added later.
The bargate continued to be the site of meetings of southampton's court leet until 1856. Following the establishment of Southampton's police force in February 1836, the upper room was used as a prison but by 1899, the increase in road traffic and the introduction of trams led to proposals for its demolition. It was reprieved at a subsequent council meeting but the issue arose again in 1914 and 1923. Make a simple wind vane, and you'll soon be able to amaze others with your ability to forecast weather.
Step 1: Write the directions
Write the four directions -- east, west, north and south -- equally spaced along the outer edges of an inverted paper plate.
Tip
Make the project personal by decorating the plate with crayons.
Step 2: Cut shapes
Use scissors to cut an arrow point and an arrow tail from poster board, making each about 2 inches in length.
Tip
Cut the shapes from a Styrofoam plate if poster board is unavailable.
Step 3: Make slits in straw
Make small slits at each end of the straw using scissors.
Step 4: Place the shapes
Place one of the poster board shapes into a slit at each end of the straw to create an arrow. This will later point to the direction the wind is blowing.
Step 5: Insert pin
Insert a straight pin through the center of the straw, and then into the eraser tip of the pencil, making sure to leave ample space for spinning at the upper and lower sides of the straw.
Step 6: Set pencil
Set the pencil by pushing its point through the center of the paper plate, and then sticking it into a lump of modeling clay serving as a base.
Tip
Test the wind vane by gently blowing it.
Step 7: Place on second plate
Place the structure on a second paper plate, and then glue the plates together with the clay mound inside.
Step 8: Move outdoors
Move the wind vane outdoors after the glue dries, and then align the directions using a compass. Watch the arrow go to work! By learning what type of weather is associated with wind directions in your area, it's a breeze to forecast conditions.

Click on a vertice on the crotch and click "View", then "View Selected" to zoom in.
We have to choose where the slit will be.
When decided, click "Knife" on the left tool bar. Just below the 3D view area, there are options for this tool that appear. The option we are most concerned with is Ctrl: midpoint snap. This automatically cuts an edge in the middle.
Choose where the cut will begin. Bring the green square down to the first edge and press "ctrl". You will notice that the green square goes to the middle of that line. Press the left mouse button and the first part of the cut is made.
Go down, and upward like I have. Press the space bar, then the first cut is made.
Make another similar cut in the middle of the cut you just made. Then another similar cut between the outer and inner cut. Then another in the centre. I will show you.
You can zoom in with the mouse scroll wheel if you need a closer view.
Move to a view inside the model. Press "A" if you want to deselect the orange lines.
Select the inner vertices along the middle line of the cuts you just made.
Shift+clicking will allow you to select or deselect multiple vertices.
Click the blue arrow and pull it upward.
Drag the green arrow to make it more symetrical.
Make a cut along both sides of this new raised ridge. Remember to hold Ctrl along each line to cut it in half.
Next, select the initial middle vertices.
Press Ctrl with the (+) key. This is used to select the next group of vertices around your selection.
Shift click the two end vertices to deselect them. Then press CTRL and + again.
Deselect both end vertices again.
Now we have to shape the slit to be rounded. Drag the blue arrow up. Drag the green arrow a bit to make the lines more straight.
Continue on in this fashion till the outer edge is reached.
When the final edge is adjusted then you may go back and smooth some more.
When finished, you may keep as is or you can click on the "Smooth Vertex" tool on the left toolbar to see if it makes the shape better.
You can also raise the inner ridge again to make it look deeper.
You can go to object mode to get a more shaded view.

Good. '93. '93. I feel so old. You think? Yeah. Maybe it's because I turned 40 recently. Did you? When was that, did miss your birthday? You did, yeah. Sorry about that. That's all right. Are you 40 even? 40 even; I'm even 40. So, lots to catch up on. Last week we had our guest and we really didn't have a chance to catch up on all the news that we had for all the fine things.
We were supposed to have a young lady by the name of Adrianne who is from Yale University on this week, but things just didn't work out, she's going to come on next week so we have to put her off I thought this would be a good time for you and I to catch up on some news, all sorts of news and gossip.
Awesome. As well as, you know how we keep sneaking Mark Zuckerberg, he comes on whenever whenever we're not actually recording he shows up, he's like "hey put me on the air" you know we're going to [xx] time have the sponsors of tomorrow coming up on a show. So I won't say who but I'm sure you smart, marketing savvy people can figure out sponsors of tomorrow.
What do you think about that Hoop? I think it's awesome. I love big name guests. Yes, and they love us apparently. They do. Of course. We're leaving innovation here in the ITSM space. Yes. And it's not because we're awesome, it's just because the bar's so stinking low. Yeah. If service management were limbo, you would have to be a parapalegic.
Im one of those creepers. Weve got a lot to catch up You don't even know what a creeper is do you? No. I just assume it's some type of hooperism. No. A creeper is something that they have in mechanic shops. you know in garages. Oh. So that you can lay down and you can slide under the car. You know in Grease right before the scene for grease lightning they all come out on the sleepers - creepers - creepers or sleepers?

If you put a hole where your face would be on a creeper and you lay it on your stomach, it could also act as a massager and you could flip the car upside-down below ground.

I had my eye on this bike for a few weeks, the guy had it for a decent price IF was in the listed excellent condition and 'needed nothing' as he said. Well, it turned out to be far different, but my thorough inspection got it down to a fair and very low out of pocket price. I haven't quite decided what to do with it as far as leave it stock or make it a project but I'm leaning towards a project. Not only would it be really fun and look sweet but would probably make an interesting video series for the site! Conwy Castle
Positioned the wilds of northern Wales, Conwy Castle was one of several strongholds raised by King Edward I to rule over the Welsh. Its mighty towers, elongated arrow slits and majestic water gate were built to intimidate. In 1294, a rebel force arrives to put the king’s castles, and English domination, to the ultimate test. Would the welsh force headed by Madog ap Llewelyn, the last recognised native Prince of Wales succeed in taking the castle?

Shifting the viewpoint to third-person and the emphasis to trap combos, Kagero: Deception II formed the foundation of current Deception titles and would be built upon in future titles, coming out two years after its predecessor. In it, players assume the role of Millennia, a young girl being used as a puppet and guard for a race known as Timenoids (or TMD, as the game abbreviates their race's name), who are like humans except immortal, and whose power is desired by the humans whose lives they govern. Millennia finds herself in the middle of the war between her own race and her captors, with her chosen side dictated by the player. One of the endings to the game heavily implies that Kagero is a prequel to Tecmo's Deception, and that Millennia will grow up to become Astarte from the first game; this interpretation is supported by the fact that naming the main character in Kagero "Astarte" lets you start with a hefty sum of extra Ark (the game's currency). However, Tecmo has not made it clear if that ending is canon.
The change in how traps functioned gave this game a much more strategic edge than the first game, with traps able to interact with one another in long strings that could be likened to Rube Goldberg set-ups, just much more lethal and involving other people. Instead of using items such as medicinal herbs, healing was accomplished via glowing blue crystals called "loons" which could only be touched once before breaking, never to be used again in a given chapter. Trap improvement was conducted by using the points earned after successfully killing each invader, called Ark, and by following a somewhat logical "tree"—improving an Arrow Slit after a Lightning Rod was created could make a Laser Arrow, for instance. Six secret traps (one of which depicted Suezo, a popular monster from Tecmo's own Monster Rancher titles) could be unlocked in future replays by completing the game and achieving all four endings in the game, as well. Traps, when constructed, could be used as often as the player liked, but required a recharge time between uses in any given level. Game saves are one block in size.
and now my IMO : well now it had more context and more flesh out story line with proper cutscenes ... but the missing Satanic theme kinda was a big let down ... but yeah its a prequel to the first part (the story points to that) ... was more fun then the previous one but still it missed that something ...

I had my eye on this bike for a few weeks, the guy had it for a decent price IF was in the listed excellent condition and 'needed nothing' as he said. Well, it turned out to be far different, but my thorough inspection got it down to a fair and very low out of pocket price. I haven't quite decided what to do with it as far as leave it stock or make it a project but I'm leaning towards a project. Not only would it be really fun and look sweet but would probably make an interesting video series for the site! The checklist I used is below, I put it together from a few others I found around the net. It worked out very well to systematically go through and make sure nothing was left unchecked as far as evaluating the bike for either walk-away points or things to use to bargain down with.
Basic Used Motorcycle Inspection Checklist
Original owner?
Has bike been dropped?
Pipe condition?
Maintenance records/logs?
Walk-around and visual check
Make sure VIN on engine and frame match
Frame dents, scratches weld joints
check odometer's retaining bolts/screws for turning marks
Mirror condition
Kickstand spring
Cable condition
Transmission feel running and not
Clutch feel and adjustment
Throttle cables
Footpegs damage
Passenger pegs
Seat condition
Passenger holds
Slider or crashbar condition
Turn signals
Hazards
Low beam
High beams
Brake lights - both levers
Check kill switches - key off, bar switch, kickstand
Gas tank interior clean
Engine oil - clean and no drips
Check oil filter for condition and drips
Oil drain plug drips
Coolant fluid at a good level
Make sure the the proper cap is on the coolant reservoir
Air filter - clogged or in good shape
Radiator - no damage to fins, no spot leaks
Engine - look for pry marks and marks on flats of bolts indicating parts have been removed
If motor has been worked on - ask for receipts
Throttle springs back from being fully open to fully closed without help
Push on the shifter and make sure all the linkages feel good
Spark plugs - check if at all possible
Front forks - don't leak, spring back up when you push down
Front brakes (pads should not be less than 1/8th inch)
No deep grooves in rotor
No leaking brake fluid in caliper, hoses, or reservoir
Rear brake if shoes, little arrow should not line up with other linkage piece when footbrake is pressed
Wheels - no bumps, bulges, cuts, slits, cracks, uneven wear, dry rot, valve-stem caps, spokes, rim's dents
Wiggle back and front tire to see if wheel-bearings are good
Drive chain - should move up about an inch when pushed on to take out the slack, look for kinks, all the o-rings are there
Drive sprocket - none broken or unevenly worn
Chain stretching indicator
Exhaust - rust on pipes - if it's blowing blue smoke, burning oil, crank it and put hands behind both pipes to be sure equal pressure is coming out of both pipes.
