Most of us reach for either chicken or beef when doing the groceries. But why limit ourselves. There are so many great ways to cook with pork. You can infuse it with Asian flavours, let it caramelise and serve it with a burst of lime. Or cook it slow and stuff it into a pizza pocket with some onions and ajvar.
