Hear Eminem & Kendrick Lamar Rap Prodigy Verses on Hot 97

Eminem and Kendrick Lamar honored Mobb Deep’s Prodigy on NYC’s Hot 97 over the weekend. The two rappers guested on Peter Rosenberg’s Real Late show, where they recorded two of Prodigy’s verses.
Spin points out that the show paid special tribute to the late rapper, who died last week at the age of 42, by playing clips of some of his past Hot 97 guest spots. Eminem recorded a verse from “Survival of the Fittest” and Kendrick did “Genesis,” off of Prodigy’s solo debut H.N.I.C.
