"The same tone" is not the same at all. We usually think of a tone as the frequency of one sound: the fundamental frequency common to all instruments exemplified here, but every tone is in fact a complex entity - a chord if you will - consisting of many other simple tones.
These simple tones are reiterations of the same energy, on different levels. They are harmonically related to each other (do not confuse true harmony with the simultaneous playing of equal tempered tones). The simple mathematical law governing the harmonic series is depicted here: the fundamental frequency at 128 Hz is harmonic 1, or simply the fundamental. The next harmonic oscillates exactly 2 times faster at 256 Hz; harmonic 3 precisely 3 times giving 384 Hz, and so on.
This progression 1 2 3 4 5 ... generating aurally unequal tones continues to infinity. Physically, a harmonically rich timbre like that of the sitar or accordion goes beyond the 120th harmonic - visible on the graphic. Musically, the Harmonic Series is nature's perfect tuning system, generating three-dimensional spiraling vortexes having perfectly consonant harmonies and evolving fractal beatings (as opposed to the stiff two-dimensional sound waves of equal temperament, spinning in closed circles with their constant and annoying beatings and phaser-like dissonances).
Many tunings based on rational numbers like Just Intonation and the tuning systems of different ethnic and indigenous cultures are in true harmonic alignment with the nature of sounds. True harmonic music is the miniature of energy laws throughout the Universe.
[Note that "tone" means "sound with regular structure" and has no connection to the definition given to it by Western music theory. Also, none of the "Harmonic" Series in the video is perfectly harmonic, that is, bearing exactly whole number relationships with the lowest frequency, because of the physicality of the instruments. The stiffness of strings together with the exciting action performed upon them (like striking, plucking and bowing) to name just a few parameters, are responsible for the stretching or compressing the series into numbers that are not 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 but for example 1 - 2,001 - 3,002 - 4,003 - 5,004 - 6,005 and so on. This is called "inharmonicity". The only instrument displaying perfectly harmonic overtones is the human voice.]

overtone singing is a voice technique where it seems like one person sings two notes at the same time. You can sing the overtone scale on one fundamental. Another fundamental has its own overtone scale, so in order to have more overtones to sing nice melodies, you can use different fundamentals and change them while singing.

How we say "yes" can tell our listeners a lot in English. English is a tonal language, meaning that tone is used in many ways to construct our message, to show how different parts of our message related to each other, to indicate our emotions, and to clarify our intentions and our message.
This video is explains how native speakers use tone to change the strength of the meaning of a single word: Yes. Using just tone, a speaker can answer a question and be enthusiastic, be luke-warm (not enthusiastic at all), be matter-of-fact, or be reticent, or indicate that the speaker is going to qualify the 'yes' with some additional information.

Hi everybody, Peggy here. I was thinking about how many different ways you can say and yes in English. And I thought I'd share with you for five different tones that we use on just the word yes.
Here we go. We're going to use the same question and answer it for five different ways with a different tone on the word yes and they mean something slightly different so for example: did you like the movie? That's going to be my question did you like the movie? Yes! If I say yes, yes, and my voice goes up, it means that I really did like the movie and I'm enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes!
Or I might have a few reservations. Perhaps we didn't get to see the whole movie because the line was so long. I'm still enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes… Yes… That first part means enthusiasm and the little tale at the end means but: "yes, but...", "yes, but we didn't get to see it all; we missed the beginning."
The third tone is very matter-of-fact. It's my normal speaking tone. Did you like the movie? Yes. Yes, very matter of fact. Where my normal speaking tone right now. Very matter-of-fact.
Now we're going to drop down below that. If I say yes in such a way that it almost means no. Did you like the movie? Yeah…Yes.…It's down here below my normal tone and has a little hook on the end, meaning "but..." And I know that is a really unenthusiastic yes that you're giving me. So so you liked it a little but there were a lot of problems. Or you liked it but there was a big problem. I guess we say that it's 'half-hearted', meaning "perhaps not". Maybe yes maybe no. Yeah....
And the last one is matter-of-fact, but down low in my bottom pitch. Did you like the movie? Yes. I'm down here. It's the same thing, it's a flat level tone and it just means very matter-of-fact. Super matter-of-fact. Yes without a doubt, yes.
So…those are four tones and the five places you can put them in saying English in such a way that you can give some added information into the word yes.

Les Paul
Lester William Polsfuss (June 9, 1915 – August 12, 2009), known as Les Paul, was an American jazz, country, and blues guitarist, songwriter, luthier, and inventor. He was one of the pioneers of the solid-body electric guitar, which made the sound of rock and roll possible. Paul taught himself how to play guitar and while he is mainly known for rock music, he had an early career in country music. He is credited with many recording innovations. Although he was not the first to use the technique, his early experiments with overdubbing (also known as sound on sound),delay effects such as tape delay, phasing effects and multitrack recording were among the first to attract widespread attention.
His innovative talents extended into his playing style, including licks, trills, chording sequences, fretting techniques and timing, which set him apart from his contemporaries and inspired many guitarists of the present day. He recorded with his wife Mary Ford in the 1950s, and they sold millions of records.

Gibson Les Paul
The Gibson Les Paul is a solid body electric guitar that was first sold by the Gibson Guitar Corporation in 1952. The Les Paul was designed by Gibson president Ted McCarty, factory manager John Huis and their team with minimal input from guitarist/inventor Les Paul.
The Les Paul was originally offered with a gold finish and two P-90 pickups. In 1957, humbucking pickups were added, along with sunburst finishes in 1958. The sunburst 1958–1960 Les Paul – today one of the best-known electric guitar types in the world – was considered a failure, with low production and sales. For 1961, the Les Paul was redesigned into what is now known as the Gibson SG. This design continued until 1963 but continued as a separate guitar, when the traditional single cutaway, carved top bodystyle was reintroduced. The Les Paul has been continually produced in countless versions and editions since. Along with Fender's Telecaster and Stratocaster, it was one of the first mass-produced electric solid-body guitars. Les Pauls have been used in many genres, including rock, Country, pop, soul, rhythm and blues, blues, jazz, reggae, punk, and heavy metal.

"The same tone" is not the same at all. We usually think of a tone as the frequency of one sound: the fundamental frequency common to all instruments exemplified here, but every tone is in fact a complex entity - a chord if you will - consisting of many other simple tones.
These simple tones are reiterations of the same energy, on different levels. They are harmonically related to each other (do not confuse true harmony with the simultaneous playing of equal tempered tones). The simple mathematical law governing the harmonic series is depicted here: the fundamental frequency at 128 Hz is harmonic 1, or simply the fundamental. The next harmonic oscillates exactly 2 times faster at 256 Hz; harmonic 3 precisely 3 times giving 384 Hz, and so on.
This progression 1 2 3 4 5 ... generating aurally unequal tones continues to infinity. Physically, a harmonically rich timbre like that of the sitar or accordion goes beyond the 120th harmonic - visible on the graphic. Musically, the Harmonic Series is nature's perfect tuning system, generating three-dimensional spiraling vortexes having perfectly consonant harmonies and evolving fractal beatings (as opposed to the stiff two-dimensional sound waves of equal temperament, spinning in closed circles with their constant and annoying beatings and phaser-like dissonances).
Many tunings based on rational numbers like Just Intonation and the tuning systems of different ethnic and indigenous cultures are in true harmonic alignment with the nature of sounds. True harmonic music is the miniature of energy laws throughout the Universe.
[Note that "tone" means "sound with regular structure" and has no connection to the definition given to it by Western music theory. Also, none of the "Harmonic" Series in the video is perfectly harmonic, that is, bearing exactly whole number relationships with the lowest frequency, because of the physicality of the instruments. The stiffness of strings together with the exciting action performed upon them (like striking, plucking and bowing) to name just a few parameters, are responsible for the stretching or compressing the series into numbers that are not 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 but for example 1 - 2,001 - 3,002 - 4,003 - 5,004 - 6,005 and so on. This is called "inharmonicity". The only instrument displaying perfectly harmonic overtones is the human voice.]

overtone singing is a voice technique where it seems like one person sings two notes at the same time. You can sing the overtone scale on one fundamental. Another fundamental has its own overtone scale, so in order to have more overtones to sing nice melodies, you can use different fundamentals and change them while singing.

Hi everybody, Peggy here. I was thinking about how many different ways you can say and yes in English. And I thought I'd share with you for five different tones that we use on just the word yes.
Here we go. We're going to use the same question and answer it for five different ways with a different tone on the word yes and they mean something slightly different so for example: did you like the movie? That's going to be my question did you like the movie? Yes! If I say yes, yes, and my voice goes up, it means that I really did like the movie and I'm enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes!
Or I might have a few reservations. Perhaps we didn't get to see the whole movie because the line was so long. I'm still enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes… Yes… That first part means enthusiasm and the little tale at the end means but: "yes, but...", "yes, but we didn't get to see it all; we missed the beginning."
The third tone is very matter-of-fact. It's my normal speaking tone. Did you like the movie? Yes. Yes, very matter of fact. Where my normal speaking tone right now. Very matter-of-fact.
Now we're going to drop down below that. If I say yes in such a way that it almost means no. Did you like the movie? Yeah…Yes.…It's down here below my normal tone and has a little hook on the end, meaning "but..." And I know that is a really unenthusiastic yes that you're giving me. So so you liked it a little but there were a lot of problems. Or you liked it but there was a big problem. I guess we say that it's 'half-hearted', meaning "perhaps not". Maybe yes maybe no. Yeah....
And the last one is matter-of-fact, but down low in my bottom pitch. Did you like the movie? Yes. I'm down here. It's the same thing, it's a flat level tone and it just means very matter-of-fact. Super matter-of-fact. Yes without a doubt, yes.
So…those are four tones and the five places you can put them in saying English in such a way that you can give some added information into the word yes.

That's going to be my question did you like the movie? Yes! If I say yes, yes, and my voice goes up, it means that I really did like the movie and I'm enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes!
Or I might have a few reservations. Perhaps we didn't get to see the whole movie because the line was so long. I'm still enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes… Yes… That first part means enthusiasm and the little tale at the end means but: "yes, but...", "yes, but we didn't get to see it all; we missed the beginning."
The third tone is very matter-of-fact. It's my normal speaking tone. Did you like the movie? Yes. Yes, very matter of fact. Where my normal speaking tone right now. Very matter-of-fact.
Now we're going to drop down below that. If I say yes in such a way that it almost means no. Did you like the movie? Yeah…Yes.…It's down here below my normal tone and has a little hook on the end, meaning "but..." And I know that is a really unenthusiastic yes that you're giving me. So so you liked it a little but there were a lot of problems. Or you liked it but there was a big problem. I guess we say that it's 'half-hearted', meaning "perhaps not". Maybe yes maybe no. Yeah....
And the last one is matter-of-fact, but down low in my bottom pitch. Did you like the movie? Yes. I'm down here. It's the same thing, it's a flat level tone and it just means very matter-of-fact. Super matter-of-fact. Yes without a doubt, yes.
So…those are four tones and the five places you can put them in saying English in such a way that you can give some added information into the word yes.

We usually think of a tone as the frequency of one sound: the fundamental frequency common to all instruments exemplified here, but every tone is in fact a complex entity - a chord if you will - consisting of many other simple tones. These simple tones are reiterations of the same energy, on different levels. They are harmonically related to each other (do not confuse true harmony with the simultaneous playing of equal tempered tones). "The same tone" is not the same at all. We usually think of a tone as the frequency of one sound: the fundamental frequency common to all instruments exemplified here, but every tone is in fact a complex entity - a chord if you will - consisting of many other simple tones.
These simple tones are reiterations of the same energy, on different levels. They are harmonically related to each other (do not confuse true harmony with the simultaneous playing of equal tempered tones). The simple mathematical law governing the harmonic series is depicted here: the fundamental frequency at 128 Hz is harmonic 1, or simply the fundamental. The next harmonic oscillates exactly 2 times faster at 256 Hz; harmonic 3 precisely 3 times giving 384 Hz, and so on.
This progression 1 2 3 4 5 ... generating aurally unequal tones continues to infinity. Physically, a harmonically rich timbre like that of the sitar or accordion goes beyond the 120th harmonic - visible on the graphic. Musically, the Harmonic Series is nature's perfect tuning system, generating three-dimensional spiraling vortexes having perfectly consonant harmonies and evolving fractal beatings (as opposed to the stiff two-dimensional sound waves of equal temperament, spinning in closed circles with their constant and annoying beatings and phaser-like dissonances).
Many tunings based on rational numbers like Just Intonation and the tuning systems of different ethnic and indigenous cultures are in true harmonic alignment with the nature of sounds. True harmonic music is the miniature of energy laws throughout the Universe.
[Note that "tone" means "sound with regular structure" and has no connection to the definition given to it by Western music theory. Also, none of the "Harmonic" Series in the video is perfectly harmonic, that is, bearing exactly whole number relationships with the lowest frequency, because of the physicality of the instruments. The stiffness of strings together with the exciting action performed upon them (like striking, plucking and bowing) to name just a few parameters, are responsible for the stretching or compressing the series into numbers that are not 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 but for example 1 - 2,001 - 3,002 - 4,003 - 5,004 - 6,005 and so on. This is called "inharmonicity". The only instrument displaying perfectly harmonic overtones is the human voice.]

Hi everybody, Peggy here. I was thinking about how many different ways you can say and yes in English. And I thought I'd share with you for five different tones that we use on just the word yes.
Here we go. We're going to use the same question and answer it for five different ways with a different tone on the word yes and they mean something slightly different so for example: did you like the movie? How we say "yes" can tell our listeners a lot in English. English is a tonal language, meaning that tone is used in many ways to construct our message, to show how different parts of our message related to each other, to indicate our emotions, and to clarify our intentions and our message.
This video is explains how native speakers use tone to change the strength of the meaning of a single word: Yes. Using just tone, a speaker can answer a question and be enthusiastic, be luke-warm (not enthusiastic at all), be matter-of-fact, or be reticent, or indicate that the speaker is going to qualify the 'yes' with some additional information.

Hi everybody, Peggy here. I was thinking about how many different ways you can say and yes in English. And I thought I'd share with you for five different tones that we use on just the word yes.
Here we go. We're going to use the same question and answer it for five different ways with a different tone on the word yes and they mean something slightly different so for example: did you like the movie? That's going to be my question did you like the movie? Yes! If I say yes, yes, and my voice goes up, it means that I really did like the movie and I'm enthusiastic about it. Did you like the movie? Yes!

◢ Using a complex pattern of binaural beat and isochronic tone frequencies dedicated to help you achieve good sleep and have lucid dreams, this 8-hour music track is divided into four unique sections. In the first 2 hours we've used frequencies that range from 3-13Hz (Alpha-Theta range) to help calm your mind and feel deeply relaxed. There is a pleasurable feeling of floating and it will give effects such as stress reduction, relaxed awareness, release of serotonin, and an induction to sleep spindles as your mind and body allows itself into sleep. It also contains triggers for creativity and imagery and access to subconscious images as you doze off.
The second and third sections contain more of the Theta waves, which are also present in dreaming, sleep, deep meditation and creative inspiration. As you have already fallen asleep, the binaural beats tap into your subconsciousness as your mind prepares itself into a lucid dream state. The music is more steady so as not to interrupt your sleep.
The fourth and last section returns itself to the Alpha range with a mix of Theta and Delta. This is where deep sleep occurs and more often than not, the dream state. There is a decreased awareness of the physical world. This section also contains the Earth Resonance or Schumann Resonance, which will leave you feeling revitalized upon waking up.
In order to achieve Lucid Dreaming, please research on different tips found on the web. Lucid Dreaming doesn't happen all at once, so patience is an important factor.

Binaural Beats are really very simple. You take tone audio track of a certain hertz level and play it through the left headphone while playing a tone of a different frequency through the right headphone. I do this using WAV files because they seem to retain most of the information I put into the audio in my editor and give better quality than the MP3s. Your brain hears the difference in the two tones and since the frequencies are usually well out of your normal hearing range, it has various effects on the brain. For example, if I run 60 hertz through your left headphone and 63.5, your mind would pick up a tone of 3.5 hertz, and, as reported online and experienced by me, you get a peaceful feeling.
Binaural beats are very effective for:
ESP, meditation, relaxation, astral projection, sleeping, pain relief, stress relief, etc
Isochronic Tones are tones that are modulated both in frequency and amplitude, and have many of the same effects of binaural tones but are useful if headphones are not an option or if you can't hear out of one of your ears.
White Noise, Brown Noise, and Pink Noise have various effects that vary depending on how I filter them but they range from a simple study aid to phosphene induction and ESP induction.
I will never put a video out that I haven't personally tried myself, within reason. If I find a frequency that claims a women's health issue, I can't try it, for example. But it should be said that these frequencies can affect everyone differently, and that I am not a medical doctor, so if you find that one affects you in a negative way, stop using it.
