Raquel Roxanne "Rocsi" Diaz, also known as just Rocsi, is an Honduran-born, American television personality and model. She is best known as the co-host on the BET program 106 & Park from 2006-2012. She was a correspondent on Entertainment Tonight during 2012-2014, where she was billed as "Rocsi Diaz".
Diaz was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras but moved with her family to New Orleans, Louisiana. She is Honduran and Chilean descent. Rocsi announced on 106 & Park on July 30, 2009, that she suffered from anorexia during her years in middle school and high school due to her love for cheerleading. She graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana. She graduated from Nicholls State University.
After growing up in New Orleans, she launched her career in Dallas, Texas, as a host on the city’s premier urban radio station, 97.9 The Beat. Here, Rocsi cultivated a unique, street-smart style that caught the attention of Boston’s Hot 97.7, where she later became a DJ. In 2004, she moved to Chicago where she was hired as midday-hour DJ at radio station Power 92 WPWX-FM, and was known as "The Midday Mami".
What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception is an auto-biographical bestseller by Scott McClellan, who served as White House Press Secretary from 2003 until 2006 under President George W. Bush. The book was scheduled to be released on June 2, 2008; however, excerpts were released to the press a week before publication. The book quickly became a media sensation for its candid, insider's critique of the Bush administration and ran as a leading story on most top news outlets days after the content became public. It was listed as a number-one bestseller by the New York Times and on Amazon.com when it first went on sale.
McClellan harshly criticizes the Bush administration over its Iraq war-making campaign, though he writes in detail about his personal admiration for President Bush. He accuses Bush of "self-deception" and of maintaining a "permanent campaign approach" to governing, rather than making the best choices. McClellan stops short of saying Bush purposely lied about his reasons for invading Iraq (in fact, stating flatly that he did not believe that Bush would intentionally lie), writing that the administration was not "employing out-and-out deception" to make the case for war in 2002, though he does assert the administration relied on an aggressive "political propaganda campaign" instead of the truth to sell the Iraq war. The book is also critical of the press corps for being too accepting of the administration's perspective on the Iraq War, and of Condoleezza Rice for being "too accommodating" and overly careful about protecting her own reputation.
Dating Naked is an American reality series shown on VH1, which debuted on July 17, 2014. The show matches up several heterosexual couples who are routinely switched with other partners while nude most of the time with the genitals of both sexes along with the female breasts, and occasionally the buttocks, blurred out. Amy Paffrath is host and refrains from nudity. Filming for the first season occurred on an island in Panama.
The second season, which was filmed in the Philippines, and was re-titled as Dating Naked: Playing for Keeps premiered on July 22, 2015, and concluded on September 16, 2015. The series has been renewed for a third season.
Allison Davis wrote that the show "push[es] the boundaries of courtship and creatively expand[s] the list of activities you can do in the nude," but also criticized the show's pool scenes for being too revealing. Emily Hewett described it as "the most awkward show on television." A more negative review from Time described the show as a typical reality dating show "once you (and the contestants) get used to the nudity gimmick".

Check out my latest interview with 106&Parks;' own Rocsi. I had to stop by BET real quick and chop it up with her. It amazing to be able to sit down and talk to these people that I look up to and admire. From a small town in New Orleans to the set of BET's top rated show; and people say dreams aren't possible. I'm walking unknown territory, where the sun's not shining
There's nothing golden about Golden Lane
The smoke is heavy in my lungs and the adverts are working
I just can't sell for who or what I am
I don't wanna miss out on anything
At the same time I feel the need to retreat
Everything is temporary these days
Might as well go out for a third night in a row
Should I give my money to a good cause or save for a holiday?
In a couple of months I could be in paradise
But the girl at the bar is well nice and she's looking over
It's only right that I get the next round in
I don't wanna miss out on anything
At the same time I feel the need to retreat
Everything is temporary these days
Might as well go out for a fifth night in a row
Walk home, come down, retreat to sleep
Wake up, go out again, repeat
Walk home, come down, retreat to sleep
Hook up, again this time, next week
