In everyday speech, a phrase may be any group of words, often carrying a special idiomatic meaning; in this sense it is roughly synonymous with expression. In linguistic analysis, a phrase is a group of words (or possibly a single word) that functions as a constituent in the syntax of a sentence—a single unit within a grammatical hierarchy. A phrase appears within a clause, although it is also possible for a phrase to be a clause or to contain a clause within it.
There is a difference between the common use of the term phrase and its technical use in linguistics. In common usage, a phrase is usually a group of words with some special idiomatic meaning or other significance, such as "all rights reserved", "economical with the truth", "kick the bucket", and the like. It may be a euphemism, a saying or proverb, a fixed expression, a figure of speech, etc.
In grammatical analysis, particularly in theories of syntax, a phrase is any group of words, or sometimes a single word, which plays a particular role within the grammatical structure of a sentence. It does not have to have any special meaning or significance, or even exist anywhere outside of the sentence being analyzed, but it must function there as a complete grammatical unit. For example, in the sentence Yesterday I saw an orange bird with a white neck, the words an orange bird with a white neck form what is called a noun phrase, or a determiner phrase in some theories, which functions as the object of the sentence.

The Philippines (i/ˈfɪlᵻpiːnz/; Filipino: Pilipinas [ˌpɪlɪˈpinɐs]), officially known as the Republic of the Philippines (Filipino: Republika ng Pilipinas), is a sovereign island country in Southeast Asia situated in the western Pacific Ocean. It consists of about 7,500 islands that are categorized broadly under three main geographical divisions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The capital city of the Philippines is Manila and the most populous city is Quezon City; both are part of Metro Manila.
To the north of the Philippines across the Luzon Strait lies Taiwan; Vietnam sits west across the South China Sea; southwest lies Malaysia in the island of Borneo across the Sulu Sea, and to the south the Celebes Sea separates it from other islands of Indonesia; while to the east it is bounded by the Philippine Sea and the island-nation of Palau. Its location on the Pacific Ring of Fire and close to the equator makes the Philippines prone to earthquakes and typhoons, but also endows it with abundant natural resources and some of the world's greatest biodiversity. At approximately 300,000 square kilometers (115,831 sq mi), the Philippines is the 72nd-largest country in the world.
Angeles (Kapampangan: Lakanbalen ning Angeles; Tagalog: Lungsod ng Angeles) is a highly urbanized city located geographically within the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. It is bordered by Mabalacat to the north; Mexico to the east; San Fernando to the southeast; Bacolor to the south; and Porac to the southwest and west. The city administers itself autonomously from Pampanga and, as of the 2010 census, it has a population of 326,336.
Angeles is served by the Clark International Airport in the Clark Freeport Zone. As the former home of Clark Air Base (then the largest United States military facility outside of the continental United States), it was significantly affected by the pullout brought about by the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991. The economy of Angeles was heavily dependent on the American base at that time. The city is also infamous for its red-light district centered on Fields Avenue.
In 1993, a full cleanup and removal of volcanic ash deposits began and the former U.S. base re-emerged as Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ). The creation of CSEZ has helped to offset the loss of income and jobs previously generated by the presence of the U.S. base in the city. Today, Angeles and Clark form the hub for business, industry, aviation, and tourism in the Philippines as well as a leisure, fitness, entertainment and gaming center of Central Luzon.
A city (Tagalog: "lungsod or siyudad"; Kapampangan: "lakanbalen"; Cebuano: dakbayan; Hiligaynon: dakbanwa) is one of the local governments in the Philippines. All Philippine cities are chartered cities, whose existence as corporate and administrative entities is governed by their own specific municipal charters in addition to the Local Government Code of 1991, which specifies their administrative structure and powers. As of December 12, 2015, there are 145 cities.
Cities are entitled to at least one representative in the Philippine House of Representatives if its population reaches 250,000. They are allowed to use a common seal. As corporate entities, cities have the power to take, purchase, receive, hold, lease, convey, and dispose of real and personal property for its general interests, condemn private property for public use (eminent domain), contract and be contracted with, sue and exercise all the powers conferred to it by Congress. Only an Act of Congress can create or amend a city charter, and with this city charter Congress confers on a city certain powers that regular municipalities or even other cities may not have.
Fields Avenue is the name of a major street running through Balibago area of Angeles in the Philippines. It is the center of the red light district of the biggest entertainment district of the Philippines. The name derives from the common military practice to name the roads around airfields "Field" Street or similar. Originally the name referred to the Clark Air Base and was "Clark Field Avenue". The name evolved to become Fields Avenue.

The island has been under martial law since Tuesday and thousands of the residents in a besieged city have been evacuated. Ro Aram reports. The fighting started Tuesday when the Philippine army tried to raid the house of Isnilon Hapilon, leader of the extremist group Abu Sayyaf. However, the troops' failed attempt to capture Hapilon, who is on the FBI’s most wanted list, set off a violent backlash as a militant group known as the Maute started firing back. The chaos prompted President Rodrigo Duterte to declare martial law in the country's second-largest island, and he is now considering expa...

Armored Cadillac Gage V-150 Philippines, which circulated on Twitter, indicating that the vehicle was sealed with wood of an ammunition trunk. The wooden shield is expected to protect it from man-made anti-tank weapons. RPG and other anti-tank weapons use high explosive anti-tank technology (HEAT) also known as shaped charges. This technology was first shown by Charles Munroe, a professor at the American Naval Academy in 1888. The conical cavity is placed on a metal plate, or a protective tank, and an explosive loaded behind it. The cavity channeled the force of the explosion through the cone to the end. This allows the warhead to penetrate the armor up to seven times the charge diameter. The result is a rocket launcher like RPG-2 can penetrate more than 180 millimeters of steel. This i...

Nearly all of the 200,000 residents of the Philippine city Marawi have fled since hundreds of Islamist militants went on a rampage on May 23, triggering a conflict that has destroyed entire districts and left the others vulnerable to looting.
Fighting has been continuing in the Philippine city of Marawi on Thursday, with Philippine Air Force planes dropping ordnance on areas where militants were reportedly gathered. The 24-day siege of the southern city has left 202 gunmen, 58 soldiers and policemen and 26 civilians dead. The most serious attack in Southeast Asia so far by Islamic State–linked militants has displaced more than 200,000 residents of the city. There was a Pegasus with jet-black fur
And the paths it passed by were destroyed,
rotten and burned
It says: I see the world is covered with white
I am jet-black spot
No matter how much I cry,
I get white wings just in my dreams
Eating nice ones, I lurk in a hollow
A man came
His hand was so warm
His shadow whispered:
blac kspot can be an art on the white canvas
Chorus:
The kngiht in dusky blood coloured armour is
on my back
I unfolded my black wings
Scattering wind that makes lands decay
I will fly away for destruction
Is this my will?
Did God want me to die peacefully,
obeying providence and morality?
I see the world is covered with white
With full gallop above I ate men at random
My master turned his head and
looked at scribbled black line
Feeling my heart was closing, I look back too
Without hesistation
The shadows whispered again
Oh, happy I am, let's give a toast to us with wine
Hack the heads rolling over there
I'll cut my arm myself
Chorus:
The shadows whispered for the last that
God will decide where's
the end of line for us
I'm gonna look up at drawings from hell,
will you be above or bottom?
Chorus:
Before my knows I was crying held by fire
And I shook the load off which is
turned to dust
Again and again I flapped to go back to black night sky
Put fire on, run up to above
