I consider Akira to be the greatest animated film of all time. Going into this project I knew I wanted to leave the viewer with the same reaction as I had when I initially saw the film. I wanted it to be beautiful, surreal, brutal, unnerving, and disgusting. I also wanted to avoid modernizing the trailer too much. Akira has a very distinct feel, and I wanted to adhere to that. I'll leave it up to you guys to decide if I did or not.

Manga artist Katsuhiro Otomo started writing and drawing Akira in 1982 in WEEKLY YOUNG MAGAZINE. By 1988, he was directing the feature film adaptation - - two years before he'd actually finished the series itself! As such, Akira the anime and Akira the manga exist as unique companion pieces; not only because they're both products of the same creator, but also because the movie is effectively an incomplete preview for the much larger saga Otomo eventually got to finish telling in print.
Akira is now regarded as a landmark film that went on to be cited as an important influence many by illustrators in the manga industry. The film is also considered a forerunner of the second wave of anime fandom that began in the early 1990s and has gained a massive cult following since then. It has been cited as a major influence on live-action films ranging from The Matrix to Chronicle

Sonakshi Sinha
Sonakshi Sinha (pronounced [soːnaːkʂiː sɪnɦaː]; born June 2, 1987) is an Indian rapper, singer and actress. She is daughter of actors Shatrughan and Poonam. After working as a costume designer in her early career, Sonakshi made her debut in action-drama film Dabangg (2010) which led her to won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
Sinha has played the romantic interest of the male protagonists in several top-grossing action-dramas, including Rowdy Rathore (2012), Son of Sardaar (2012), Dabangg 2 (2012) and Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty (2014), though she was criticised for taking up roles that offered her limited scope. She received critical praise for her portrayal of a woman suffering from tuberculosis in the romantic drama Lootera (2013), for which she was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress in 2013.
Early life
Sinha was born in 1987, to actors Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha in Mumbai. Her father Shatrughan Sinha is now a Member of Parliament from BJP. She is the youngest of three children with twin brothers, Luv Sinha and Kush Sinha. Sonakshi completed her schooling from Arya Vidya Mandir in Mumbai and graduated in Fashion Designing from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Akira Trailer
I consider Akira to be the greatest animated film of all time. Going into this project I knew I wanted to leave the viewer with the same reaction as I had when I initially saw the film. I wanted it to be beautiful, surreal, brutal, unnerving, and disgusting. I also wanted to avoid modernizing the trailer too much. Akira has a very distinct feel, and I wanted to adhere to that. I'll leave it up to you guys to decide if I did or not. Enjoy! I do not claim to own any of the material in this video. All content is copyright of its respective owners.

I wanted it to be beautiful, surreal, brutal, unnerving, and disgusting. I also wanted to avoid modernizing the trailer too much. Akira has a very distinct feel, and I wanted to adhere to that. I'll leave it up to you guys to decide if I did or not.

A Chihuahua-mix puppy was found in a Las Vegas airport bathroom with a handwritten note detailing that the dog's owner was fleeing from domestic violence and had run out of options, according to CBS News. The dog was found last weekend in the airport bathroom with an anonymous note that read,"My owner was in an abusive relationship and couldn't afford me to get on the flight." ... He probably needs a vet ... Abusers — they have no limits."....
