CANCELLATION Severe Weather Warning
for Damaging Winds
for Lord Howe Island.
Issued at 4:58 pm EST on Wednesday 21 June 2017.
Weather Situation
A complex low pressure system over the northern Tasman Sea is slowly moving
away to the east, and winds are now below warning thresholds. A further easing
of conditions is expected overnight as the low pressure system loses influence
in the region.
Damaging wind gusts are no longer expected, although fresh to strong southerly
winds will linger into Thursday.
The NSW State Emergency Service advise you to:
* Stay indoors away from windows and keep children away from windows.
