मौन ध्यान की ऊर्जा और सत्य का द्वार है। मौन से जहाँ मन की मौत हो जाती है वहीं मौन से मन की शक्ति भी बढ़ती है। जिसे मोक्ष के मार्ग पर जाना है वह मन की मौत में विश्वास रखता है और जिसे मन का भरपूर व सही उपयोग करना है वह मन की शक्ति पर विश्वास करेगा। जब तक मन है तब तक सांसारिक उपद्रव है और मन गया कि संसार खत्म और संन्यास शुरू। मौन से कुछ भी घटित हो सकता है। योग में किसी भी क्रिया को करते वक्त मौन का महत्व माना जाता रहा है।
क्यों रहें मौन- हो सकता है कि पिछले 15-20 वर्षों से तुम व्यर्थ की बहस करते रहे हों। वही बातें बार-बार सोचते और दोहराता रहते हो जो कई वर्षों के क्रम में सोचते और दोहराते रहे। क्या मिला उन बहसों से और सोच के अंतहिन दोहराव से? मानसिक ताप, चिंता और ब्लड प्रेशर की शिकायत या डॉयबिटीज का डाँवाडोल होना। योगीजन कहते हैं कि जरा सोचे आपने अपने जीवन में कितना मौन अर्जित किया और कितनी व्यर्थ की बातें।
मौन रहने का तरीका- ऑफिस में काम कर रहे हैं या सड़क पर चल रहे हैं। कहीं भी एक कप चाय पी रहे हैं या अकेले बैठे हैं। किसी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं या किसी के लिए कहीं जा रहे हैं। सभी स्थितियों में व्यक्ति के मन में विचारों की अनवरत श्रृंखला चलती रहती है और विचार भी कोई नए नहीं होते। रोज वहीं विचार और वही बातें जो पिछले कई वर्षों से चलती रही है।
आप चुपचाप रहने का अभ्यास करें और व्यर्थ की बातों से स्वयं को अलग कर लें। सिर्फ श्वासों के आवागमन पर ही अपना ध्यान लगाए रखें और सामने जो भी दिखाई या सुनाई दे रहा है उसे उसी तरह देंखे जैसे कोई शेर सिंहावलोकन करता है। सोचे बिल्कुल नहीं और कहें कुछ भी नहीं, बल्कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा चुप रहने का अभ्यास करें। साक्षी भाव में रहें अर्था किसी भी रूप में इन्वॉल्व ना हों।
यदि आप ध्यान कर रहे हैं तो आप अपनी श्वासों की आवाज सुनते रहें और उचित होगा कि आसपास का वातावण भी ऐसा हो कि जो आपकी श्वासों की आवाज को सुनने दें। पूर्णत: शांत स्थान पर मौन का मजा लेने वाले जानते हैं कि उस दौरान वे कुछ भी सोचते या समझते नहीं हैं बल्कि सिर्फ हरीभरी प्रकृति को निहारते हैं और स्वयं के अस्तित्व को टटोलते हैं।
अवधि- वैसे तो मौन रहने का समय नियुक्ति नहीं किया जा सकता कहीं भी कभी भी और कितनी भी देर तक मौन रहकर मौन का लाभ पाया जा सकता है। किंतु फिर भी किसी भी नियुक्त समय और स्थान पर रहकर हर दिन ध्यान या मौन 20 मिनट से लेकर 1 घंटे तक किया जा सकता है।
क्या करें मौन में- मौन में सबसे पहले जुबान चुप होती है, लेकिन आप धीरे-धीरे मन को भी चुप करने का प्रयास करें। मन में चुप्पी जब गहराएगी तो आँखें, चेहरा और पूरा शरीर चुप और शांत होने लगेगा। तब इस संसार को नए सिरे से देखना शुरू करें। जैसे एक 2 साल का बच्चा देखता है। जरूरी है कि मौन रहने के दौरान सिर्फ श्वासों के आवागमन को ही महसूस करते हुए उसका आनंद लें।
मौन के लाभ- मौन से मन की शक्ति बढ़ती है। शक्तिशाली मन में किसी भी प्रकार का भय, क्रोध, चिंता और व्यग्रता नहीं रहती। मौन का अभ्यास करने से सभी प्रकार के मानसिक विकार समाप्त हो जाते हैं। रात में नींद अच्छी आती है।
यदि मौन के साथ ध्यान का भी प्रयोग किया जा रहा है तो व्यक्ति निर्मनी दशा अर्थात बगैर मन के जीने वाला बन सकता है इसे ही 'मन की मौत' कहा जाता है जो आध्यात्मिक लाभ के लिए जरूरी है। मन को शांत करने के लिए मौन से अच्छा और कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं। मन से जागरूकता (होश) का विकास होता है।
मौन से सकारात्मक सोच का विकास होता है। सकारात्मक सोच हमारे अंदर की शक्ति को और मजबूत करती है। ध्यान योग और मौन का निरंतर अभ्यास करने से शरीर की बीमारियों से लड़ने की क्षमता बढ़ती है।

OSHO (11 Dec 1931 – 19 Jan 1990) was an Indian mystic, guru and spiritual teacher. His international following has continued after his death.
A professor of philosophy, he travelled throughout India in the 1960s as a public speaker. His was a critic of socialism, Mahatma Gandhi and institutionalised religions. He advocated a more open attitude towards sexuality, earning him the sobriquet "sex guru" in the Indian and later international press. In 1970, Osho settled for a time in Bombay, initiating disciples, known as neo-sannyasins, and expanded his spiritual teaching and work. In his discourses, he gave his original understanding and views on the writings of many religious traditions, mystics, and philosophers from around the world. His intelligent discourse and charisma attracted a growing number of Westerners. He moved to Pune in 1974, where his disciples established an ashram for his presence and work, where a variety of transformational tools could be offered to the visitors. Among those transformational tools, the ashram offered various original meditations that Osho developed for the modern man, many with an original musical score specifically designed to accompany each meditation. In addition, therapies derived from ancient and modern Western traditions including the Human Potential Movement were offered in the ashram to function as a cleansing tool before the subject began meditation.

मौन रहने का तरीका- ऑफिस में काम कर रहे हैं या सड़क पर चल रहे हैं। कहीं भी एक कप चाय पी रहे हैं या अकेले बैठे हैं। किसी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं या किसी के लिए कहीं जा रहे हैं। सभी स्थितियों में व्यक्ति के मन में विचारों की अनवरत श्रृंखला चलती रहती है और विचार भी कोई नए नहीं होते। रोज वहीं विचार और वही बातें जो पिछले कई वर्षों से चलती रही है।
आप चुपचाप रहने का अभ्यास करें और व्यर्थ की बातों से स्वयं को अलग कर लें। सिर्फ श्वासों के आवागमन पर ही अपना ध्यान लगाए रखें और सामने जो भी दिखाई या सुनाई दे रहा है उसे उसी तरह देंखे जैसे कोई शेर सिंहावलोकन करता है। सोचे बिल्कुल नहीं और कहें कुछ भी नहीं, बल्कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा चुप रहने का अभ्यास करें। साक्षी भाव में रहें अर्था किसी भी रूप में इन्वॉल्व ना हों।
यदि आप ध्यान कर रहे हैं तो आप अपनी श्वासों की आवाज सुनते रहें और उचित होगा कि आसपास का वातावण भी ऐसा हो कि जो आपकी श्वासों की आवाज को सुनने दें। पूर्णत: शांत स्थान पर मौन का मजा लेने वाले जानते हैं कि उस दौरान वे कुछ भी सोचते या समझते नहीं हैं बल्कि सिर्फ हरीभरी प्रकृति को निहारते हैं और स्वयं के अस्तित्व को टटोलते हैं।
अवधि- वैसे तो मौन रहने का समय नियुक्ति नहीं किया जा सकता कहीं भी कभी भी और कितनी भी देर तक मौन रहकर मौन का लाभ पाया जा सकता है। किंतु फिर भी किसी भी नियुक्त समय और स्थान पर रहकर हर दिन ध्यान या मौन 20 मिनट से लेकर 1 घंटे तक किया जा सकता है।
क्या करें मौन में- मौन में सबसे पहले जुबान चुप होती है, लेकिन आप धीरे-धीरे मन को भी चुप करने का प्रयास करें। मन में चुप्पी जब गहराएगी तो आँखें, चेहरा और पूरा शरीर चुप और शांत होने लगेगा। तब इस संसार को नए सिरे से देखना शुरू करें। जैसे एक 2 साल का बच्चा देखता है। जरूरी है कि मौन रहने के दौरान सिर्फ श्वासों के आवागमन को ही महसूस करते हुए उसका आनंद लें।
मौन के लाभ- मौन से मन की शक्ति बढ़ती है। शक्तिशाली मन में किसी भी प्रकार का भय, क्रोध, चिंता और व्यग्रता नहीं रहती। मौन का अभ्यास करने से सभी प्रकार के मानसिक विकार समाप्त हो जाते हैं। रात में नींद अच्छी आती है।
यदि मौन के साथ ध्यान का भी प्रयोग किया जा रहा है तो व्यक्ति निर्मनी दशा अर्थात बगैर मन के जीने वाला बन सकता है इसे ही 'मन की मौत' कहा जाता है जो आध्यात्मिक लाभ के लिए जरूरी है। मन को शांत करने के लिए मौन से अच्छा और कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं। मन से जागरूकता (होश) का विकास होता है।
मौन से सकारात्मक सोच का विकास होता है। सकारात्मक सोच हमारे अंदर की शक्ति को और मजबूत करती है। ध्यान योग और मौन का निरंतर अभ्यास करने से शरीर की बीमारियों से लड़ने की क्षमता बढ़ती है।

मौन के लाभ- मौन से मन की शक्ति बढ़ती है। शक्तिशाली मन में किसी भी प्रकार का भय, क्रोध, चिंता और व्यग्रता नहीं रहती। मौन का अभ्यास करने से सभी प्रकार के मानसिक विकार समाप्त हो जाते हैं। रात में नींद अच्छी आती है।
यदि मौन के साथ ध्यान का भी प्रयोग किया जा रहा है तो व्यक्ति निर्मनी दशा अर्थात बगैर मन के जीने वाला बन सकता है इसे ही 'मन की मौत' कहा जाता है जो आध्यात्मिक लाभ के लिए जरूरी है। मन को शांत करने के लिए मौन से अच्छा और कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं। मन से जागरूकता (होश) का विकास होता है।
मौन से सकारात्मक सोच का विकास होता है। सकारात्मक सोच हमारे अंदर की शक्ति को और मजबूत करती है। ध्यान योग और मौन का निरंतर अभ्यास करने से शरीर की बीमारियों से लड़ने की क्षमता बढ़ती है।
