The chairman or chairwoman, or simply the chair, sometimes known as chairperson, is the highest officer of an organized group such as a board, a committee, or a deliberative assembly. The person holding the office is typically elected or appointed by the members of the group. The chair presides over meetings of the assembled group and conducts its business in an orderly fashion. When the group is not in session, the officer's duties often include acting as its head, its representative to the outside world and its spokesperson. In some organizations, this position is also called president (or other title), in others, where a board appoints a president (or other title), the two different terms are used for distinctly different positions.
Other terms sometimes used for the office and its holder include chair, chairperson, chairwoman, presiding officer, president, moderator, facilitator, and convenor. The chairman of a parliamentary chamber is often called the speaker.
The term chair is sometimes used in lieu of chairman, in response to criticisms that using chairman is sexist. It is commonly used today, and has been used as a substitute for chairman since the middle of the 17th century, with its earliest citation in the Oxford English Dictionary dated 1658-9, only four years after the first citation for chairman.
Chairmen of the Board is an American, Detroit, Michigan-based soul music group, mainly active in the 1970s and 1980s.
General Johnson (1943 - 2010) had a hit as the lead singer of The Showmen in the early 1960s, with the New Orleans rock and roll anthem "It Will Stand" and Carolina Beach classic "39-21-40 Shape".
When Holland/Dozier/Holland left Motown in 1967 to establish their own Invictus/Hot Wax group of record labels, they teamed Johnson up with Eddie Custis, Danny Woods and Canadian born Harrison Kennedy as the new company's flagship act, under the appropriate name "Chairmen of the Board". Custis left the group after their second album.
Although they all had a turn at lead vocals, it was Johnson's quirky hiccup-laden style and his songwriting that became increasingly showcased, with the group selling a million plus copies of their single, "Give Me Just a Little More Time". The disc was released in December 1969, reached number three on the US Billboard Hot 100, with one million sales confirmed in May 1970, when the group were presented with a gold record by the R.I.A.A. Chairmen of the Board also charted with "(You've Got Me) Dangling on a String", "Everything's Tuesday", "Pay to the Piper", "Finders Keepers" and (in the UK) "Working on a Building of Love" and "Elmo James". They also recorded the original version of "Patches", co-written by Johnson, which became a 1970 hit for Clarence Carter. The song received a Grammy Award in 1971.
"A Little More" is a song by American hip hop recording artist Machine Gun Kelly. The song was released on March 6, 2015 as the second single from his second studio album General Admission. The single features vocals from Victoria Monet and was produced by Tommy Brown.
The official music video was released on May 19, 2015 on Vevo.
The song appeared on the 2015 video game WWE 2K16.
Royalty is the seventh studio album by American recording artist Chris Brown. It was released on December 18, 2015, by RCA Records. The album serves as the follow-up to his sixth studio album X (2014). Preceding the album's release by four singles, including "Liquor", "Zero", "Back to Sleep" and "Fine by Me".
Royalty received mixed reviews from music critics. The album debuted at number 3 on the US Billboard 200, selling 184,000 copies (162,000 in pure album sales) in its first week. It also became his seventh solo album consecutive top ten debut in the United States.
The album's lead single, "Liquor" was released on June 26, 2015. The song was produced by ToneStith. On September 22, 2015, the music video premiered, sharing along with the music video for "Zero".
The album's second single, "Zero" was released on September 18, 2015. The song was produced by Riley Bell, Matthew Burnett and Tushar Apte. On September 22, 2015, the music video was released for "Zero", while sharing along with the music video for "Liquor".
"Just a Little" is a song recorded by English-Irish pop group Liberty X. Written by singer Michelle Escoffery and produced by The BigPockets, it was released on 13 May 2002 as the third single from the group's debut studio album, Thinking It Over (2002).
The song debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart when released, selling over 100,000 copies in its first week. It only stayed at number one for a week, being replaced by Eminem's "Without Me". Despite this the record remained in the chart all summer, and ended up as the seventh best selling single of the year. It also reached number four in Australia and number ten in France. The song has sold 510,000 copies in the UK as stated by the Official UK Charts Company and won the Best British Single at the 2003 BRIT Awards. The song was the 86th best-selling single of the 2000s in the UK.
The song proved to be Liberty X's breakthrough to mainstream and critical success, in the process overtaking rivals Hear'Say in terms of success. To date it is the group's only number one; after the success of Thinking It Over, the band had a gradual fall from success and follow-up singles failed to reach the top.

Plot: In this tale of role-reversal, Elmer Fudd (the president of an unnamed company) somehow believes he's a rabbit running scared from hunters' gunfire. This fact is not lost on the corporate board, who agree to place the delusonal Fudd in an asylum, where he dons a rabbit's costume and eats carrots. Elmer sees arch-rival Bugs Bunny walking by and tricks him into switching places. After Elmer leaves, the psychiatrist assigned to Fudd's case enters the room and (after having the bunny down a pill) gets the clueless Bugs to endlessly repeat the phrase: "I am Elmer J. Fudd, miwwonaire. I own a mansion and a yacht!" Later, Bugs (now convinced he's Elmer Fudd) leaves the mansion and goes hunting. After a series of hunting gags with Bugs getting the worst end of things this time the authorities come to take Bugs (still thinking he's Elmer) away for income tax evasion. Seems as though Fudd owed thousands in back taxes and he cleverly planned the entire scheme.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Don't, ask
They been keeping secrets, we been sleeping fast
Don't, show
The glimmer in your eye,
unless you got someone to blow.
Working overtime,
by your own design.
You cheat, you steal, you climb.
Hey, you don't wanna be see-sawed
Got their attention now you're
chairman of the board.
Hey, but you're losing friends
Coz you lost their patience,
nobody wants to know.
Don't, smile.
They've been keeping tabs
Your dance moves are on file.
So right or wrong
You're self made and you're proud
You keep the reputation strong.
Working overtime,
by your own design.
You cheat, you steal, you climb.
Hey, you don't wanna be see-sawed
Got their attention now you're
chairman of the board.
Hey, but you're losing friends
Coz you lost their patience,
nobody wants to know.
Hey, you don't wanna be see-sawed
Got their attention now you're

You're out of time, out of time.
