Frequently asked questions

Can I choose where my notice is published?

When making your booking simply select the publications and the respective dates you would like your ad or notice to be published in and we'll take care of the rest. Please note, your booking must comply with the Terms and Conditions to be successfully published.

Do I need to register to place an ad?

Registration is free and takes only a few seconds. You will be asked to Register when you select one of the offers above.

Can I edit my ad once it is booked?

Once you have booked you ad you are able to edit it until the deadline of the ad. If the deadline has passed, you will not be able to edit your ad. To edit your ad, click on your username on the right hand side of the page, click on the ‘My orders’ link and select the ad you would like to edit.

Can I cancel my ad?

You may cancel your ad before it reaches deadline and receive a full refund. You cannot cancel your ad if the deadline for your ad has passed. To cancel your ad contact the NewsAdds Support team on 1300 058 002.
