A man and woman who allegedly stole items from a boat in Cairns on Sunday morning are filmed "doing something more in the front of the boat".
The 25-year-old had left his boat at the warehouse on Friday and when he came in on Monday morning, realised the battery charge on his boat was missing.
He checked through CCTV footage and found two people "lurking around" the boat about 1am on Sunday morning.

"As far I could first tell, I thought they had just sort of looked through the boat and taken the charger and a few other things," he said.
"After I called the cops on them and looked at the footage a bit closer, I realised they were doing something more in the front of the boat, which was quite shocking."

The video of the pair, which runs for just over an hour, shows them looking in the boat before they go into the cabin area.
"I skimmed through it really quick at first and I thought they are looking inside for a really long time and then I looked closer and thought no, they can't be," Mr Coe said.

"It took me a while to realise what they were doing and then I kind of went from shock to a bit disgusted."
Mr Coe said the couple had a number of things, including sheets, tools and the battery charger and was surprised they managed to get in past the barbed wire fence at the industrial property.
"I called the cops during the day on the Monday...at that point hadn't realised they were at the front of the boat and having sex," he said.
Police confirmed they were investigating a robbery at the Earlville property.
