2012년, 우리들의 청춘 연가
버스커버스커 1집은 전곡의 작사/작곡(일부 공동 작사/작곡)을 담당한 장범준의 자전적 경험을 바탕으로 누구나 한번쯤 느껴본 적 있는 사랑의 다양한 감정을 버스커버스커 특유의 색깔로 담아냈다. 길을 걷다 발걸음을 저절로 멈추게 하는 쉽고 친숙한 멜로디에, 솔직하면서도 넘치지 않게 또래의 감성을 진솔하게 담아낸 노랫말은 자연스레 청춘이라는 단어를 연상시킨다. 이들 세 사람이 연주하는 버스커버스커의 음악은 이미 청춘을 지난 사람에게도, 그 한복판을 지나고 있는 사람에게도, 심지어 아직 청춘이 오지 않은 사람에게도 '청춘이란 이런 것'이라는 보편적 공감대를 형성하기에 충분하다.
또한 이번 앨범은 데뷔 앨범인만큼 밴드로서 버스커버스커 성격을 고스란히 드러낸 앨범이기도 하다. 길거리 공연 시절부터 초보자도 따라 연주하기 쉬운 코드로 곡을 만들고 공연을 해온 이들은 앨범을 듣는 사람들이 '밴드하고 싶다'는 마음이 들었으면 하는 생각을 염두에 두고 만들었다. 특히 기타, 베이스, 드럼이라는 가장 기본적인 악기셋으로 구성된 밴드인만큼 소리의 질감을 살린 프로듀싱을 통해 악기 각각의 소리와 그 조합을 고스란히 느낄 수 있게 하는데 초점을 맞췄다. 진성과 가성을 넘나들며 특유의 떨림을 전하는 장범준의 보컬과 곡을 리드하는 기타, 리듬감이 돋보이는 김형태의 베이스, 국적을 넘어 모두를 흥분시키는 브래드의 드럼이 합쳐져 완성된 사운드를 통해 이들의 진정한 탄생을 알리고 있다.

2011년 벚꽃이 만개한 봄 천안 북일고에서 찍은 사진 한 장에서 시작된 노래,
애니메이션 '초속5cm'처럼 눈 앞에 서정적인 벚꽃 풍경이 절로 그려지는 이 노래는
그대여 그대여 그대여 라고 속삭이듯 말하며 듣는 사람을 단번에 집중시키는 도입부가 인상적이다. 벚꽃길을 함께 걷고 싶은 남자가 설레는 마음으로 낭만적인 벚꽃놀이의 정경을 묘사하는 노랫말과 자연스럽게 어우러진 어쿠스틱한 멜로디가 돋보이는 이 노래는 특히 벚꽃잎이 봄바람에 휘날리듯 장범준의 달콤한 가성이 백미라고 할 수 있다.
사랑의 시작처럼 느껴지는 이 노래의 제목이 엉뚱하게 '엔딩'인 것은 해피엔딩도 새드엔딩도 아닌, 벚꽃잎이 흩날리며 저 멀리 사라지는 그런 엔딩장면을 담고 싶었기 때문이라고.

Even before its release, HIGH4 with IU's 'Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms' was a big issue for HIGH4's collaboration with IU. The song is finally released at noon on April 8th.
IU participated in not only writing HIGH4's debut song, 'Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms', but in its music video. She gave her full support to HIGH4 for them to enter the music industry.

2010 The cherry blossoms in Osaka.
大阪城公園へ満開の桜を見に行ってきました。たくさんの花見客で賑わい、とても楽しそうでした。西の丸庭園へは初めて入ったのですが、素晴らしい場所だったので驚きました。造幣局の桜の通り抜けへも初めて行ったのですが、こちらも大阪城では見ることのできない様々な種類の桜が咲き乱れ、本当に美しく、素晴らしい場所でした。
前半は大阪城公園を中心としたムービー、後半は造幣局のフォトムービーとなっています。(^o^)
In Osaka Castle Park, Many people can be seen were enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom again this year. It was really great week.
Osaka castle park is a beautiful spot filled with full bloomed cherry blossoms. Over 4000 cherry trees are plantent on the spacious ground of Osaka Castle. A particularly nice place for a picnic is Nishinomaru Garden in the castle's western citadel with wide lawns, views of the castle tower and light up in the evening.
And, The cherry blossoms in Osaka Mint Bureau is a must-see for everyone. Cherry blossom viewing in Osaka Mint Bureau is an amazing experience. The spot offers a beautiful sight of a variety of cherries. More than 300 trees of over 100 varieties, mostly later blooming yae-zakura trees can be viewed on the premises of the Osaka Mint Bureau during one week in mid April, about one week after the end of the regular cherry blossom season.

Cherry blossom
A cherry blossom is the flower of any of several trees of genus Prunus, particularly the Japanese cherry, Prunus serrulata, which is called sakura after the Japanese (桜 or 櫻; さくら).
Cherry blossom is speculated to be native to the Himalayas. Currently it is widely distributed, especially in the temperate zone of the Northern Hemisphere including Europe, West Siberia, India, China, Japan, Korea, Canada, and the United States. The cherry blossom is considered the national flower of Japan.
Many of the varieties that have been cultivated for ornamental use do not produce fruit. Edible cherries generally come from cultivars of the related species Prunus avium and Prunus cerasus. Cherry blossom are also closely related to other Prunus trees such as the almond, peach, plum and apricot and more distantly to apples, pears and roses.
Flower viewing
"Hanami" is the centuries-old practice of picnicking under a blooming sakura or ume tree. The custom is said to have started during the Nara Period (710–794) when it was ume blossoms that people admired in the beginning. But by the Heian Period (794–1185), cherry blossoms came to attract more attention and hanami was synonymous with sakura. From then on, in both waka and haiku, "flowers" (花, hana) meant "cherry blossoms". The custom was originally limited to the elite of the Imperial Court, but soon spread to samurai society and, by the Edo period, to the common people as well. Tokugawa Yoshimune planted areas of cherry blossom trees to encourage this. Under the sakura trees, people had lunch and drank sake in cheerful feasts.

Japanese rock garden
The Japanese rock garden (枯山水, karesansui) or "dry landscape" garden, often called a zen garden, creates a miniature stylized landscape through carefully composed arrangements of rocks, water features, moss, pruned trees and bushes, and uses gravel or sand that is raked to represent ripples in water. A zen garden is usually relatively small, surrounded by a wall, and is usually meant to be seen while seated from a single viewpoint outside the garden, such as the porch of the hojo, the residence of the chief monk of the temple or monastery. Classical zen gardens were created at temples of Zen Buddhism in Kyoto, Japan during the Muromachi Period. They were intended to imitate the intimate essence of nature, not its actual appearance, and to serve as an aid to meditation about the true meaning of life.

Cherry
A cherry is the fruit of many plants of the genus Prunus, and is a fleshy drupe (stone fruit).
The cherry fruits of commerce usually are obtained from a limited number of species such as cultivars of the sweet cherry, Prunus avium. The name 'cherry' also refers to the cherry tree, and is sometimes applied to almonds and visually similar flowering trees in the genus Prunus, as in "ornamental cherry", "cherry blossom", etc. Wild Cherry may refer to any of the cherry species growing outside of cultivation, although Prunus avium is often referred to specifically by the name "wild cherry" in the British Isles.
Botany
Many cherries are members of the subgenus Cerasus, which is distinguished by having the flowers in small corymbs of several together (not singly, nor in racemes), and by having smooth fruit with only a weak groove along one side, or no groove. The subgenus is native to the temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere, with two species in America, three in Europe, and the remainder in Asia. Other cherry fruits are members of subgenus Padus. Cherry trees with low exposure to light tend to have a bigger leaf size so they can intercept all light possible. Cherry trees with high exposure to light tend to have thicker leaves to concentrate light and have a higher photosynthetic capacity.

2010 The cherry blossoms in Osaka. 大阪城公園へ満開の桜を見に行ってきました。たくさんの花見客で賑わい、とても楽しそうでした。西の丸庭園へは初めて入ったのですが、素晴らしい場所だったので驚きました。造幣局の桜の通り抜けへも初めて行ったのですが、こちらも大阪城では見ることのできない様々な種類の桜が咲き乱れ、本当に美しく、素晴らしい場所でした。 前半は大阪城公園を中心としたムービー、後半は造幣局のフォトムービーとなっています。(^o^) In Osaka Castle Park, Many people can be seen were enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom again this year. It was really great week. Osaka castle park is a beautiful spot filled with full bloomed cherry blossoms. Over 4000 cherry trees are plantent on the spacious ground of Osaka Castle. A particularly nice place for a picnic is Nishinomaru Garden in the castle's western citadel with wide lawns, views of the castle tower and light up in the evening. And, The cherry blossoms in Osaka Mint Bureau is a must-see for everyone. Cherry blossom viewing in Osaka Mint Bureau is an amazing experience. The spot offers a beautiful sight of a variety of cherries. More than 300 trees of over 100 varieties, mostly later blooming yae-zakura trees can be viewed on the premises of the Osaka Mint Bureau during one week in mid April, about one week after the end of the regular cherry blossom season.

2010 The cherry blossoms in Osaka. 大阪城公園へ満開の桜を見に行ってきました。たくさんの花見客で賑わい、とても楽しそうでした。西の丸庭園へは初めて入ったのですが、素晴らしい場所だったので驚きました。造幣局の桜の通り抜けへも初めて行ったのですが、こちらも大阪城では見ることのできない様々な種類の桜が咲き乱れ、本当に美しく、素晴らしい場所でした。 前半は大阪城公園を中心としたムービー、後半は造幣局のフォトムービーとなっています。(^o^) In Osaka Castle Park, Many people can be seen were enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom again this year. It was really great week. Osaka castle park is a beautiful spot filled with full bloomed cherry blossoms. Over 4000 cherry trees are plantent on the spacious ground of Osaka Castle. A particularly nice place for a picnic is Nishinomaru Garden in the castle's western citadel with wide lawns, views of the castle tower and light up in the evening. 大阪城公園へ満開の桜を見に行ってきました。たくさんの花見客で賑わい、とても楽しそうでした。西の丸庭園へは初めて入ったのですが、素晴らしい場所だったので驚きました。造幣局の桜の通り抜けへも初めて行ったのですが、こちらも大阪城では見ることのできない様々な種類の桜が咲き乱れ、本当に美しく、素晴らしい場所でした。
前半は大阪城公園を中心としたムービー、後半は造幣局のフォトムービーとなっています。(^o^)
In Osaka Castle Park, Many people can be seen were enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom again this year. It was really great week.
Osaka castle park is a beautiful spot filled with full bloomed cherry blossoms. Over 4000 cherry trees are plantent on the spacious ground of Osaka Castle. A particularly nice place for a picnic is Nishinomaru Garden in the castle's western citadel with wide lawns, views of the castle tower and light up in the evening.
And, The cherry blossoms in Osaka Mint Bureau is a must-see for everyone. Cherry blossom viewing in Osaka Mint Bureau is an amazing experience. The spot offers a beautiful sight of a variety of cherries. More than 300 trees of over 100 varieties, mostly later blooming yae-zakura trees can be viewed on the premises of the Osaka Mint Bureau during one week in mid April, about one week after the end of the regular cherry blossom season.
