Unless you were on the Moshtix website continually hitting refresh between noon and 12.20pm on Thursday, you won't be seeing Lorde perform in Canberra this year.
Tickets to the Spilt Milk music festival have completely sold out, meaning thousands will miss out on seeing headliners Lorde, Vance Joy, Tash Sultana and Alison Wonderland perform in Commonwealth Park this November.
It's the second year in a row the music festival has sold out in less than an hour.
"To be sold out, for the second year straight, on opening day of sales is truly overwhelming," an event spokeswoman said.
"We are so inspired by the love and enthusiasm shown for Spilt Milk and can't wait to deliver another unforgettable event this summer."
If you were lucky enough to score tickets to the festival, you won't be receiving them any time soon. In a bid to stop scalpers and ticket fraud, hard copy tickets won't be sent out until early October.
"With no physical tickets yet issued, for the next few months at least, there will be no tickets for scalpers to sell at inflated prices or copy, and hopefully this will help reduce ticket fraud," the spokeswoman said.
Spilt Milk 2017 will feature Illy, Carmada, Dune Rates, Kilter, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, San Cisco, Mallrat, ​Vallis Alps, and What So Not. It plays Canberra on Saturday November 25, with food stalls Down N' Out Burger, Gelato Messina, Hoy Pinoy and Meet keeping the hungry crowd fuelled.
There is some good news though - a Moshtix waitlist is available for first access to Spilt Milk tickets that become available after October 3.
