China's youngest female billionaire selling Sydney apartment
Zetian Zhang, 24, also known as "Milk Tea Sister" became a Chinese internet sensation as a teenager and has never looked back.
Her celebrity status, and her new name, both started with a photo posted on social media showing Zhang, at high school, drinking tea in a cup.
She caught the eye of one of China's richest men, Qiangdong "Richard" Liu, the founder of Chinese e-commerce behemoth, JD.com, and the couple married. Forbes estimates Liu is worth US$10.1 billion.
Zhang loves Sydney and bought her luxurious three-storey, four-bedroom penthouse at the Stamford Residences in The Rocks, for A$16.2 million (NZ$16.9m) in April 2015. Needless to say the penthouse boasts stunning views over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour. And now, she has put it on the market, for A$18 million (NZ$18.8m).

Listing agent Michael Lowdon, the director of Ray White Residential in Sydney's business district says the apartment is "ideally placed to benefit from what I can describe as an axis of sheer opulence".
Zhang had the 598 square-metre penthouse professionally styled and is selling it with all the furniture.
Special features include two roof terraces for entertaining, an internal lift, a connoisseur's kitchen equipped with Miele appliances, and marble floors. And of course, future buyers can enjoy 5-Star amenities that included a 24-hour concierge, on-site building manager, meeting room, swimming pool and gymnasium.
Zhang was recently recognised as China's youngest female billionaire by New Fortune magazine. Zhang, who has helped to build up JD.com's fashion and luxury portfolios both domestically and internationally, made the magazine's yearly ranking of the top 500 richest people in China.
When the New Fortune list was released last month, Zhang received criticism on the Chinese website Weibo, with the online community saying she is not a self-made billionaire, but rather "just married into money".
