National Museum of the American Indian

The National Museum of the American Indian is home to one of the largest and most diverse collections of Native art and historical and cultural objects from throughout the Western Hemisphere. The museum works to support the continuance of culture, traditional values, and transitions in contemporary Native life. The public can see the collections on exhibit and enjoy educational programming at the main museum on the National Mall and at the George Gustav Heye Center in New York City.
