Charles "Lucky" Luciano (pronounced /luːtʃiˈɑːnoʊ/; born Salvatore Lucania November 24, 1897 – January 26, 1962), was an Italian mobster in the United States. Luciano is considered the father of modern organized crime in the United States for the establishment of the first Commission. He was for many years the boss of the modern Genovese crime family. He was, along with his associate Meyer Lansky, instrumental in the development of the National Crime Syndicate in the United States.
Luciano was tried and successfully convicted for compulsory prostitution in 1936 after years of investigation by District Attorney Thomas E. Dewey. Luciano was given a thirty-year prison sentence, but was allowed to live his life freely outside of the United States when he struck a deal with the government during World War II while still imprisoned.
Salvatore Lucania was born on November 24, 1897 in Lercara Friddi, Sicily. Luciano's parents, Antonio and Rosalia Lucania, had four other children: Bartolomeo (born 1890), Giuseppe (born 1898), Filippa (born 1901), and Concetta. Luciano's father worked in a sulfur mine in Sicily. In 1907, when Luciano was nine years old, the family immigrated to the United States. They settled in New York City in the borough of Manhattan on its Lower East Side, a popular destination for Italian immigrants. At age 14, Luciano dropped out of school and started a job delivering hats, earning $7 per week. However, after winning $244 in a dice game, Luciano quit his job and went to earning money on the street. That same year, Luciano's parents sent him to the Brooklyn Truant School.

Shinoda told Corey Moss of MTV News that he imposed on himself a requirement to play all the instruments and write all the lyrics to the album except for the strings, percussion, or choir parts. "Where'd You Go", its fourth single, peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, while second single, "Remember the Name", reached at No. 66. Chamillonaire stopped by the Madd Hatta Morning Show and talked about his Entrepreneur in Residence at a venture capitalist firm and why it’s important to invest in technology and yourself.
If you look beyond 106th and Park, you can actually learn a lot from businessmen who happen to be rappers.
Chamillonaire stopped by the Madd Hatta Morning Show and revealed how he almost was about to swing on Michael Jordan for being rude to him at a charity event.
In addition to winning a Grammy for "Crossroads", Krayzie Bone says he also won one in 2007 for Chamillionaire's "Ridin'" in the best rap performance by Duo or group category. The Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rap member says he was shocked that the record became a hit two years after recording it. He told DJ Vlad, "Next thing I know, they calling, 'Yo, song nominated for a Grammy.' I'm like 'What?' Then I get to the Grammys, and they're like 'We won a Grammy'" He said, "I was like, this is crazy for a song I didn't even think would ever come out." Watch the full interview above.
Chamillionaire, DJ SKEE, D.A. Wallach and Nick Adler discuss the intersection of technology, music and entertainment - moderated by Bob Moczydlowsky, Head of Music at Twitter.
Check out this video interview I did with Chamillionaire The Ceo at TechCrunch Disrupt 2011 on ways to increase diversity in the tech space. I pulled in Nnena ukuku and Chris Bennett of BlackFounders to discuss the obstacles and opportunities of holding regular networking and educational events that bring together both new and experienced entrepreneurs in the technology vertical. On a Ustream interview for his fans, Chamillionaire finally tells his fans about what happened between him and the GOAT. Like most people say, I'm a huge fan of MJ, but I kept hearing about these stories of him cursing at people and being rude. Then I saw his speech for the Hall of Fame, and it finally started hitting me. Then Chamillionaire 's story was told and well, what more can I say? Michael is hands down the greatest, but nobody's perfect. Just sucks to find out that's the way he acts. Shout out to Cham for keeping it humble and finally telling the story.

[Verse 1]
Would it be a mistake if I put it down on you?
I'm not into games, I've been feeling lonely, so are you
We should do the damn thing
Let me hit the shower, are you comin' through?
Give me about an hour
And I'll be ready pop the pill, got super powers
**** you talkin' 'bout? We don't even speak, we just do the nasty
Thought we would make a family
Used to love to see my ****a happy, even though you brought baggage
[Pre-Chorus 1]
Did everything you asked me but you was gettin' ratchet
Now we got damage, you let these other ****es have it
[Chorus] (x2)
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
[Verse 2]
But what can I say? I just put it down on you
Don't want you to stay, I was feeling lonely, so are you
And we just did the thing
I'mma hit the shower, what you 'bout to do?
Now you looking sour
No we ain't getting back together, stop the flowers
This ain't like before, we don't even speak
Send a text message, but only about sexing
It could be messy, don't hand-cuff and don't harass me
[Pre-Chorus 2]
I used to want a family but you was gettin' ratchet
Now we got damage, you let these other ****es have it
[Chorus]
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
[Bridge]
You let these other ****es, you let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es, you let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es, you let these other ****es have it
[Chorus]
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
You let these other ****es have it
