Harley and Dylan arrive at Lewis Oil to tell Billy, Josh, and Mindy that the spot where Harley's store was on Fifth Street is for sale, and it's the perfect spot for the shelter. They've brought the owner, Mr. McCabe, along too. At Springfield U, Sam hurries off to meet Dylan, while Alan-Michael and his friend admire a girl across the room, who turns out to be Blake. At Spaulding, Alexandra, Vanessa, and Henry discuss how happy their shareholders must be these days, which makes Henry uncomfortable and he leaves. Phillip shows up and he tells Alexandra that he wants to take control of the Towers project. At the site, Neil broods over his fight with Phillip the night before just as Beth arrives. Alexandra tries to dissuade Phillip from taking the lead on the waterfront project, but he says it's too important for him not to. Vanessa catches Gary eavesdropping on them outside the board room, and they join Phillip and Alexandra. Gary thinks Phillip should be in charge of the Towers project. Beth wants to talk about the mural, but Neil brings up his conversation with Phillip. Vanessa asks Henry if he's all right, but he says that he's just looking for Roger. She asks about the issue with their stock, and he assures her that he's taking care of it. In his office, Roger is on the phone with Elliot Hayes, who tells him that Ross is in Chicago. Henry enters and asks for his stocks back -- he's willing to pay top dollar. A-M explains to his friend that the girl is his sister-in-law. Alone, Blake tells A-M that she needs to talk to him. When A-M's friend asks what she's doing on campus, Blake lies that she's auditing a class, but she names the class that they're headed to so she's forced to tag along. Billy and Josh discuss buying the land from Mr. McCabe, but Josh thinks they may be jumping the gun. Neil apologizes for spilling coffee on Beth's sketches. She wonders if they can really work together, but he insists they can. Mindy shows up just as Neil is called to Spaulding. Beth tells a delighted Mindy that she and Phillip are back together. Roger tells Henry that all of his assets aren't enough to meet his debts just before Alexandra calls them into the board meeting. Henry realizes that Roger set him up to get his stock. Billy and Josh discuss the shelter, and Josh wonders if Billy's doing all of this to get back at Vanessa. Harley has a daydream about she and Dylan doing charity work and getting married. Nadine calls to tell her that there's a court date for her divorce from A-M. At the Spaulding board meeting, they discuss the WSPR telethon. Vanessa tells the group about the Lewis' plan for a shelter, so Phillip suggests that they build a shelter in another part of town. Alexandra informs Neil that Phillip will be in charge of the Towers project. Mindy and Beth discuss Blake and her relationship with Phillip. When Mindy laments her lack of a love life, Beth tries to set her up with Neil. Neil asks for clarification of Phillip's role on the project. After he leaves, Alexandra tells Phillip he shouldn't antagonize Neil. Vanessa is concerned about Henry because he didn't say a word at the meeting. Gary tells Phillip that there are inconsistencies in Neil's story about the building collapse in Pittsburgh that he wants to investigate. After class, Blake tells A-M again that they can't see each other anymore. She leaves when Harley interrupts to tell A-M about their court date. He reminds her that it's their anniversary. She suspects again that he's up to something. Billy tells Sam and Dylan to keep quiet about the shelter. Alone, Billy and Josh discuss Dylan's role at Lewis Oil. Alexandra and Vanessa discuss Henry and whether Roger may know what's going on with him. Vanessa tells Alexandra that she shouldn't trust Roger. Roger arrives to tell them that Vanessa is needed in Saudi Arabia. Phillip shows up at the Towers site to find Beth and Mindy together. After Beth and Phillip leave for lunch, Mindy chats with Neil, who invites her to a lecture he's giving at the university. Blake returns to the penthouse to find Gary waiting for her wit the news that he's been causing trouble on her behalf.
