Reps is a small town in the Lezhë County, northwestern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Mirditë. It was the seat of the former municipality Orosh. The Vandrushen chromium mines are 4 km outside the village centre.

Okay so I want you guys to give this a shot on the bench press. For a sure way to help increase your bench press strength, as well as making serious chest gains. I worked up to a 495lb / 500lb bench press for some static holds then dropped back down to body weight for max reps. This routine had my chest feeling a stupid pump. Leg day isn't just about heavy squatting and deadlifting all the time...wait yes it is.
