What is an IPO?
An IPO is the first offer of a company’s stock on the public market. “Going public” is the sought-after destination of many emerging companies. Traditionally, the IPO has been used as a financing vehicle. Today, it’s a little more complex than that. An IPO can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars — and there’s no guarantee it’ll even become a reality.
Why Do Companies Go Public?
Going public exposes all kinds of vulnerabilities. Not only does it subject a company to new rules and regulations by various governing bodies, it also opens it up to the risk of takeover. A public company’s shares can be snapped up by anyone — even its competitors. The IPO’s primary reason for existing is to provide liquidity to investors and employees. An IPO also furnishes a company with some collateral that can later be traded upon for future purchases or mergers.
The heart of the matter is knowing when. Undertaking an IPO too early can have catastrophic effects on the future health of a business; waiting too long might allow a competitor to steal the thunder. Before deciding whether or not to issue an IPO, companies need to spend some time evaluating the big picture.

IPOcle is an installation simulating the way we perceive the reality that exist in
our physical world and the various layers, variables, cycles that are present in this
process of perceiving. With the senses that we have, we can perceive only a limited
portion of the physical reality that surrounds us. This perceived physicality keeps
altering as it goes through many layers and processes (biological and psychological)
in our brains. These perceptions draw our perceptual schemas and these schemas in
turn shape the reality we perceive. Our perceptions and what we perceive, therefore,
constantly reshape call each other into being, as in a vicious cycle. At this point, how
can we define what reality really is, what constant can we refer to, and aren’t we
supposed to look at this issue in a more holistic and intertwined manner?
The IPOCle is made of a strong light source, lenses, a convex mirror, a fog machine
and a sound system; installed inside a dark container. The light source is located
so that the goes through the lenses, hung one after another. The refracted light
reaches the mirror. The convex mirror transforms the light and reflects it back. The
fog machine keeps running to make the dispersed light visible for us; while a base
frequency keeps running in the background.

Initial public offering
Initial public offering (IPO) or stock market launch is a type of public offering in which shares of a company usually are sold to institutional investors that in turn, sell to the general public, on a securities exchange, for the first time. Through this process, a private company transforms into a public company. Initial public offerings are mostly used by companies to raise the expansion of capital, possibly to monetize the investments of early private investors, and to become publicly traded enterprises. A company selling shares is never required to repay the capital to its public investors. After the IPO, when shares trade freely in the open market, money passes between public investors. Although IPO offers many advantages, there are also significant disadvantages, chief among these are the costs associated with the process and the requirement to disclose certain information that could prove helpful to competitors. The IPO process is colloquially known as going public.

An IPO is the first offer of a company’s stock on the public market. “Going public” is the sought-after destination of many emerging companies. Traditionally, the IPO has been used as a financing vehicle. Today, it’s a little more complex than that. An IPO can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars — and there’s no guarantee it’ll even become a reality.
Why Do Companies Go Public?
Going public exposes all kinds of vulnerabilities. Not only does it subject a company to new rules and regulations by various governing bodies, it also opens it up to the risk of takeover. A public company’s shares can be snapped up by anyone — even its competitors. The IPO’s primary reason for existing is to provide liquidity to investors and employees. An IPO also furnishes a company with some collateral that can later be traded upon for future purchases or mergers.
The heart of the matter is knowing when. Undertaking an IPO too early can have catastrophic effects on the future health of a business; waiting too long might allow a competitor to steal the thunder. Before deciding whether or not to issue an IPO, companies need to spend some time evaluating the big picture.

IPOcle is an installation simulating the way we perceive the reality that exist in
our physical world and the various layers, variables, cycles that are present in this
process of perceiving. With the senses that we have, we can perceive only a limited
portion of the physical reality that surrounds us. This perceived physicality keeps
altering as it goes through many layers and processes (biological and psychological)
in our brains. These perceptions draw our perceptual schemas and these schemas in
turn shape the reality we perceive. Our perceptions and what we perceive, therefore,
constantly reshape call each other into being, as in a vicious cycle. At this point, how
can we define what reality really is, what constant can we refer to, and aren’t we
supposed to look at this issue in a more holistic and intertwined manner?
The IPOCle is made of a strong light source, lenses, a convex mirror, a fog machine
and a sound system; installed inside a dark container. The light source is located
so that the goes through the lenses, hung one after another. The refracted light
reaches the mirror. The convex mirror transforms the light and reflects it back. The
fog machine keeps running to make the dispersed light visible for us; while a base
frequency keeps running in the background.

Here is a quick"long!" video tutorial, demonstrating what IPO Drivers are. What they do, and how to use them to rig a face and a squidgy wheel!
I made a few mistakes but corrected them so I hope you can follow the steps. If you have any problems following then just say and I will help if I can or upload a replacement video!
Anyway hope this helps you create some cool rigs/animations.
