How can I sign up?

Signing up is quick and easy. Click here, fill in a few details and tell us what you’re interested in hearing about. It’s that simple.  You'll need to confirm your membership by clicking on the confirmation link in the email we send you, otherwise you might miss out on great Over60 content!

How do I update my preferences?

If you're a signed-up member and you'd like to tell us the kind of content and deals you want to see, firstly you'll need to make sure you're logged in.  Start by clicking here and entering your details.  Next, just click on your name in the top right corner of your screen then click UPDATE PROFILE.  You'll have a wealth of content to choose from, so please, go for it!

How do I reset my password?

If you're a signed-up member and you need to reset your log-in password, just follow these steps: Start by clicking here to go to the member log in screen.  Then, you'll need to click on the "Forgot your Password?" link in the bottom right of your screen.  Type in your email address and click 'Recover Password' and a password recovery email should arrive in your inbox shortly after.  When the email arrives, click on the link in the email to change your password (you need to change it for security reasons). If you're having trouble clicking on the link in the email, try accessing the email from a different device to the one you're on (e.g. desktop computer, tablet or smart phone).

What do the Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ circles next to the articles do?

Enables you to like, share and recommend articles to your Facebook page, Twitter feed or Google+ account. It will then show your friends the article you like and you can even add in a link to the article and comment on what it is you like about the article.

Who underwrites Over60 Insurance?

Over60 Motor and Home & Contents Insurance is issued by Auto & General Insurance Company Limited ABN 42 111 5 86 353. It is administered by Auto & General Services Pty Ltd (Australian Financial Services Licensee 241411) and is marketed by Over60 Insurance Pty Ltd as an Authorised Representative of Auto & General Services Pty Ltd.

Does Roadside Assistance have a card to put in my wallet?

Over60 Roadside does not have a member card for your wallet.

For Roadside Assistance, does your breakdown cover just cover the State/Territory I reside in, or is it Australia wide?

Roadside Assistance cover is offered Australia wide. For Greater Metropolitan Cities including metro satellite cities, also major regional cities and major towns, service is up to 15 kilometres from the point of breakdown to the nearest Accredited Service Provider.

For Country and Remote Regions including any non-built-up regions: up to 50 kilometre round trip from the Roadside Contractor’s base; this includes where the Roadside Contractor is able to mobilize the vehicle by assistance provided at the roadside or where the vehicle is required to be towed to the nearest Accredited Service Provider. Does roadside cover motorcycles?

Roadside Assistance is only available for motor vehicles that are primarily used for private purposes, it does not cover motorcycles. For further information please see terms & conditions.

Does Roadside Assistance cover caravans?

Roadside Assistance is only available for motor vehicles that are primarily used for private purposes, it does not cover caravans. For further information please see terms & conditions.

Does Over60 Insurance require that both parties be retired from full-time work?

Our Motor and Home & Contents Insurance is available whether you are working full time/part time or are fully retired.

What suburbs is Over60 Insurance not available to?

Over60 Home & Contents Insurance is not offered to residents above the tropic of Capricorn, which includes the Northern Territory, Northern WA and North QLD. Over60 Motor Insurance is not offered to residents in the NT.
