Corinne Olympios has reportedly called in her lawyers after she ended up in a swimming pool with fellow contestant DeMario Jackson. The 24-year-old business owner was heavily intoxicated and therefore couldn't consent to the sexual contact that then occurred, according to TMZ.

Olympios blacked out and cannot remember the incident. However, other cast members alerted her to what transpired on set.

Jackson, meanwhile, was also intoxicated but did not black out. Some of the crew were reportedly uncomfortable with what was being filmed, but that didn't stop the cameras from rolling.

Warner Bros said it was aware of the allegations and has suspended season four of Bachelor in Paradise until further notice.

"We are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations," the company said in a statement. "Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action."

Several cast members have taken to social media to say they are "heartbroken" by the show's suspension.

Contestant Jasmine Goode - who is a former NFL cheerleader - even went as far as to describe some of the coverage of the incident as "fake news".
