Solidarity with imprisoned eco-struggle farmers in Java, Indonesia

Once again we have to face another obstacle in stopping the corporation from destroying our environment, cultural and economy. Together with the plan to built the cement factory in Pati, Central Java that caused lots of conflicts and problems among local people because the factory will be built on the North Kendeng mountain where are most rivers and lakes are located, the authorities has arrested nine farmers and activists that join the protest. Defeating Complaints, Creating Rage by John Bowden (UK)

The liberal argument that internal prison justice and the equitable resolution of prisoners’ grievances is a critically important factor in maintaining the equilibrium and legitimacy of prison regimes, while also preventing the widespread embitterment of a group of people already significantly in conflict with the system, is obviously true in a particular sense. In the closed and hidden world of prison where the guards and system they enforce wield an omnipotent degree of power over prisoners the manner in which prisoners’ complaints and grievances are dealt with will inevitably determine whether that power is frequently abused or mediated with at least some semblance of fairness and lawfulness. State terrorism – Not even afraid! (France)

Parisian region: Six people from Paris and its close suburbs are put under investigation for “criminal association in relation to a terrorist undertaking” (which the State names Mouvance Anarcho-Autonome Francillienne”, MAAF) Three amongst them are incarcerated for a first specific act; the attempted arson of a police car on the 2nd of may 2007, in the 18th district of Paris; “attempted destruction on goods or people with a view to commit an attack on goods or people, in relation to a terrorist undertaking”. Legal process against Nazi-skin eco-camp attack (Russia)

The case of the nazi-skinheads’ attack of the environmental protest camp
in Angarsk was passed to the juvenal court

Special juvenal court will consider the criminal case about attack by
Nazi-skinheads of the environmental protest camp near Angarsk town (in
Eastern Siberia) which happened summer 2007. The anti-fascist from
Nachodka (Far East) Ilya Borodaenko perished after being seriously
injured. The court will consider 45 volumes of the criminal case on a
charge of 20 young men, 11 of which were not 18 years old at the moment

Why we want the destruction of retention centers

Here is a leaflet from the anarchist aperiodical publication Non Fides, translated from French. It was distibuted in French cities and in front of the Vincennes retention center which burned after the revolt of its prisoners.

Italian anarchists arrested for police station attacks

Bombs against the communal police of Parma: four comrades arrested.

In the night of 19 to 20 of October, two bombs exploded in front of the headquarters of the communal police of Parma (Italy). The damage is limited, no one of the cops who were inside got hurt. This section of the communal police was denounced lately by a student from Ghana, Emmanuel Bonsu, who made public how he was beaten and tortured. Lately, more and more denounces of migrants who are being tortured in the police stations are made public.
