Singer Katy Perry is currently in the throes of one of the most bizarre publicity stunts of all time.
With her latest album, Witness, dropping a few days ago, Perry has embarked on a lengthy live stream of her life with her makeup artists, assistants, pets, chefs and a revolving door of celebrity guests.
In a unique publicity stunt, the singer is live-streaming her life in an apartment with 41 cameras featuring yoga sessions, A-list dinner parties and even therapy sessions.

Perry has moved her and her team into an apartment with a 41-camera set-up allows fans to tune in and watch her every move in the lead up to a live concert on Monday night US time.
She calls the apartment her Witness Worldwide Headquarters, and has had a myriad of guests, including a dinner that included the likes of Dita Von Teese, Anna Kendrick, Sia, and Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins.
Perry has also done a variety of other bizarre activities on the livestream, including yoga with Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, transcendental meditation with Bob Roth, and analysing her own music videos alongside some of her friends. James Corden, who visited the star in her temporary accommodations, even got her to rank her past lovers abilities in bed.
The singer ranked Diplo first (they briefly dated in 2014), followed by Orlando Bloom, with John Mayer rounding out the three. However, Perry did state that "They're all amazing lovers and I would have sex with all of them when I get out of this place!"

In a more serious part of the livestream, Perry sat down with celebrity psychologist Dr. Siri Sat Nam Singh and discussed her rocky relationship with her parents, alcoholism, and depression. She even stated that she recently cut her hair because she "didn't want to look like Katy Perry anymore."
The stunt is sponsored by Covergirl, who teamed up with Perry for their new campaign, #projectPDA. The campaign, which stands for Project Public Displays of Application, intends to challenge the stigma of applying makeup in public.
