Michael Parks (born Harry Samuel Parks; April 24, 1940 - May 9, 2017) was an American singer and actor. He appeared in many films and made frequent television appearances, but was probably best known as the star of the series Then Came Bronson from 1969 to 1970. In his later years Parks worked with filmmakers such as Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith. Parks died on May 9, 2017 in his Los Angeles home at the age of 77. A cause of death has not yet been revealed.

Michael Parks
Michael Parks (born Michael Harry Samuel Parks; April 24, 1940) is an American singer and actor. He has appeared in many films and made frequent television appearances, but is probably best known for his work in recent years with filmmakers such as Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith.
Early life
Parks was born in Corona, California, the son of a baseball player. He drifted from job to job during his teenage years, including picking fruit, digging ditches, driving trucks, and fighting forest fires. He was married at the age of 16. He is father to actor James Parks, to whom he is single father to.
Career
In 1961, Parks portrayed the nephew of the character George MacMichael on the ABC sitcom The Real McCoys. He appeared as Cal Leonard in the 1963 Perry Mason episode "The Case of Constant Doyle", and gained recognition in the role of Adam in John Huston's The Bible: In the Beginning (1966). His other early roles included an appearance in two NBC series: the legal drama Sam Benedict, as Larry Wilcox in the 1962 episode "Too Many Strangers", and the medical drama The Eleventh Hour, as Mark Reynolds in the 1963 segment "Pressure Breakdown". He also appeared in The China Lake Murders and Stranger by Night, having portrayed a police officer in both.

Michael /ˈmaɪkəl/ is a male given name that comes from the Hebrew: מִיכָאֵל / מיכאל (Mīkhāʼēl, pronounced [miχaˈʔel]), derived from the question מי כאל mī kāʼēl, meaning "Who is like God?" (literally, "Who is like El?). In English, it is sometimes shortened to Mike, Mikey, Mickey, or Mick.

Kill Bill
Kill Bill is an American two-part martial arts film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. It was originally scheduled for a single theatrical release, but with a running time of over four hours, it was separated into two films: Kill Bill: Volume 1, released in late 2003, and Kill Bill: Volume 2, released in early 2004. The original four-hour cut, retitled Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, was screened at select cinemas in 2011. Tarantino has discussed the possibility of a third Kill Bill film.

Ben Schwartz
Ben Schwartz (born September 15, 1981) is an American actor, comedian, and writer. He is known for portraying Jean-Ralphio Saperstein on the sitcom Parks and Recreation. In 2012, he joined Showtime's comedy House of Lies as the ambitious, brash, and insecure management consultant Clyde Oberholt.
His feature film credits include Peep World,Everybody's Fine, The Other Guys, The Walk and This Is Where I Leave You.
Career
On television, Schwartz guest-starred as Jean-Ralphio Saperstein on NBC's Parks and Recreation and is a lead in the Showtime show House of Lies with Don Cheadle, Kristen Bell and Josh Lawson. In 2010, Schwartz played series regular Bill Hoyt on J. J. Abrams' one-hour spy drama Undercovers for NBC.
Schwartz has been writing, directing and acting in his own short films for some time. He had his own segment on HBO’s Funny or Die Presents called Terrible Decisions with Ben Schwartz and has appeared in multiple CollegeHumor sketches including the popular web series Jake and Amir. Schwartz has been nominated for two Emmys and won the 2009 Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety, Music or Comedy Special for coauthoring Hugh Jackman's opening number for the 81st Academy Awards.

Actor Michael Parks 1940-2017 Memorial Video
Michael Parks (born Harry Samuel Parks; April 24, 1940 - May 9, 2017) was an American singer and actor. He appeared in many films and made frequent television appearances, but was probably best known as the star of the series Then Came Bronson from 1969 to 1970. In his later years Parks worked with filmmakers such as Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith. Parks died on May 9, 2017 in his Los Angeles home at the age of 77. A cause of death has not yet been revealed.

Actor Michael Parks 1940-2017 Memorial Video
Michael Parks (born Harry Samuel Parks; April 24, 1940 - May 9, 2017) was an American singer and actor. He appeared in many films and made frequent television appearances, but was probably best known as the star of the series Then Came Bronson from 1969 to 1970. In his later years Parks worked with filmmakers such as Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith. Parks died on May 9, 2017 in his Los Angeles home at the age of 77. A cause of death has not yet been revealed.

He appeared in many films and made frequent television appearances, but was probably best known as the star of the series Then Came Bronson from 1969 to 1970. In his later years Parks worked with filmmakers such as Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith. Parks died on May 9, 2017 in his Los Angeles home at the age of 77. A cause of death has not yet been revealed.
