Phir Bhi

Phir Bhi is a 1971 Bollywood drama film directed by Shivendra Sinha. The film stars Partap Sharma and Urmila Bhatt. Partap Sharma won the 1971 National Award for the lead role in this feature film which also won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi.

Arijit Singh is an Indian playback singer and a music programmer. Born in Jiaganj, Murshidabad, West Bengal, his career began upon participating in the reality show Fame Gurukul (2005), in which he lost at the finals. After winning another reality show called 10 Ke 10 Le Gaye Dil, Singh built a recording setup of his own, beginning his journey with music programming. Subsequently, he went to become as an assistant music programmer to Pritam Chakraborty, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Vishal-Shekhar and Mithoon.

Singh rose to widespread prominence and became a household name with the release of "Tum Hi Ho" from Aashiqui 2 (2013). He was given the Best Male Playback Singer award for the song, in 59th Filmfare Awards. In 2014, he collaborated with Jeet Gannguli—for whom he performed the rest of his tracks in Aashiqui 2 —for CityLights, where he rendered the romantic version of the song "Muskurane", which fetched him most nominations in the year. Gannguli composed Suno Na Sangemarmar and Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy's Sufi song, Mast Magan garnered him another two nominations in 60th Filmfare Awards.

Phhir

Phhir (English: Again) is an Indian romance and thriller film starring Rajneesh Duggal, Adah Sharma, and Roshni Chopra. The film was produced by ASA Productions and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and was released on 12 August 2011.

Plot

The film opens with a person (presumed to be the protagonist) who goes to a guru in Manchester, who tells him that he has to pay for his crimes in this life and the next one too. That person then goes to the cellar of a Mansion called Dia Mansion, writes all that he has done on a letter, places it in a huge coffin-like box, and then shoots himself.

The next part of the film opens in modern day UK, where the protagonist Dr. Kabir Malhotra (Rajneesh Duggal) is shown living happily with his wife Sia (Roshni Chopra). One day she goes missing without even a word. The worried doctor searches for her everywhere and questions everyone including her best friend Monica (Monica Agarwal) but does not find anything, until he comes across Disha, a musician and sooth sayer with special powers of premonition on touching objects who does that job for free. Initially Kabir insults her and rejects her, but later on being convinced by inspector Asif Sheikh (Parag Tyagi)about her authentic powers, he agrees to take her help.

India's Raw Star

India's Raw Star was an Indian singing competition series created by Gajendra Singh of Saibaba Telefilms which began airing on Star Plus from 24 August 2014. It was hosted by model-actress Gauahar Khan and mentored by singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh.Rituraj Mohanty won the first season on 30 November 2014 with Darshan Raval and Mohit Gaur finishing second and third respectively. Arjun Kapoor and Himesh Reshammiya made guest appearances in the show. India's Raw Star' witnessed singers like Kailash Kher, Mohit Chauhan and Shaan perform in the final episode with finalists Rituraj, Mohit and Darshan. The finalists sang the final face off song composed by Sachin and Jigar on the occaion, while Arjun Kapoor, promoted his film Tevar.

Phir Kabhi is a 2009 Hindi-language Indian feature film directed by V. K. Prakash for producers Ronnie Screwvala and Pradeep Guha under their banners UTV Motion Pictures and Culture Company Pvt.Ltd. respectively starring Mithun Chakraborty, Dimple Kapadia and Rati Agnihotri in lead roles. The film is a matured love story and yet to have a theatrical release even though it had a successful DTH premiere.

Phir Kabhi tells the story of two high school sweethearts who rekindle their romance at a school reunion decades later at their old age.

Synopsis

Hari Singh has been married to Lakshmi for about 40–50 years and his son is employed in America. His son's wife Divya and daughter Sonia live with them in a very harmonious relationship. Tragedy strikes as Lakshmi suddenly passes away leaving Hari vulnerable and of course, alone. Now he gets close to his granddaughter and starts visiting his school-mates. It is then Divya concludes that Hari may not be a good influence over her daughter after she finds out that he has not only fallen in love, but also visiting on the sly, as well as exchanging love letters with a woman named Ganga.
