Damian Howard Green (born 17 January 1956) is a British politician who has been the Conservative Member of Parliament for Ashford since 1997. He came to national prominence in November 2008 after being arrested and having his parliamentary office raided by police. Before standing for Parliament, Green was Channel 4's business editor. He was the Minister of State for Police and Criminal Justice until 14 July 2014.
Damian Green was born in Barry, Wales. He grew up in Reading, Berkshire and was educated at Reading School and then at Balliol College, Oxford where he was awarded a BA degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics in 1977, followed by a MA degree. He was President of the Oxford Union in 1977 and was the vice-chairman of the Federation of Conservative Students (now known as Conservative Future) from 1980 until 1982.
During his time at Oxford, Green broke a wrist after a group of fellow students ambushed him and threw him into the River Cherwell. Reportedly the group included fellow Dominic Grieve, who was later to serve alongside Green as a Cabinet Minister
Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born Piers Stefan O'Meara; 30 March 1965), known professionally as Piers Morgan, is a British journalist and television personality currently working as the US editor-at-large for Mail Online.
Morgan is the editorial director of First News, a national newspaper for children published in the UK. He began hosting Piers Morgan Live on CNN on 17 January 2011. The show replaced Larry King Live in the 9:00 pm timeslot following King's retirement.Piers Morgan Live was cancelled by CNN in February 2014 and aired its final broadcast on March 28, 2014. Morgan is a former judge on America's Got Talent and Britain's Got Talent. In 2008 he won Celebrity Apprentice. In the UK, he presents Piers Morgan's Life Stories (2009–present) and Good Morning Britain (2015–present).
Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several British tabloids, including The Sun, News of the World and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a national UK newspaper in more than half a century. In November 2012, he was heavily criticised in the official findings of the Leveson Inquiry, when Lord Leveson stated that comments made in Morgan's testimony about phone hacking were "utterly unpersuasive" and "clearly prove ... that he was aware that it was taking place in the press as a whole and that he was sufficiently unembarrassed by what was criminal behaviour that he was prepared to joke about it". Morgan has written eight books, including four volumes of memoirs.
Andrew William Stevenson Marr (born 31 July 1959) is a British broadcaster and journalist. Beginning his career as a political commentator, he subsequently edited The Independent (1996–98), and was political editor of BBC News (2000–05). He began hosting a political programme—Sunday AM, now called The Andrew Marr Show—on Sunday mornings on BBC One from September 2005. In 2002, Marr took over as host of BBC Radio 4's long-running Start the Week Monday morning discussion programme .
In 2007 he presented a political history of post-war Britain on BBC Two, Andrew Marr's History of Modern Britain, followed by a prequel in 2009, Andrew Marr's The Making of Modern Britain, focusing on the period between 1901 and 1945. In 2010, he presented a series, Andrew Marr's Megacities (the title distinguishes it from another Megacities series), examining the life, development and challenges of some of the largest cities in the world. In early 2012 he presented The Diamond Queen, a three-part series about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. In late September 2012, Marr began presenting Andrew Marr's History of the World, a new series examining the history of human civilisation.
Green is the color between blue and yellow on the spectrum of visible light. It is evoked by light with a predominant wavelength of roughly 495–570 nm. In the subtractive color system, used in painting and color printing, it is created by a combination of yellow and blue, or yellow and cyan; in the RGB color model, used on television and computer screens, it is one of the additive primary colors, along with red and blue, which are mixed in different combinations to create all other colors.
The modern English word green comes from the Middle English and Anglo-Saxon word grene, from the same Germanic root as the words "grass" and "grow". It is the color of living grass and leaves and as a result is the color most associated with springtime, growth and nature. By far the largest contributor to green in nature is chlorophyll, the chemical by which plants photosynthesize and convert sunlight into chemical energy. Many creatures have adapted to their green environments by taking on a green hue themselves as camouflage. Several minerals have a green color, including the emerald, which is colored green by its chromium content.

Work and Pensions Secretary Damian Green has conceded that some welfare assessments produce incorrect results. Asked by Andrew Marr about a man whose assessment had led to a £30-a-week reduction in welfare payments, Mr Green said: "I am permanently looking at all these systems. And, of course, there are tens of thousands of assessments going on all the time. There will, I dare say, be individual cases that are wrong. And as they're brought to the attention of ministers we look at them." He added that he did not agree with those who argue "you should just pay out the benefits and not test people". Asked about the possibility of further cuts to welfare, Mr Green said the Prime Minister had committed to meeting the government's previous commitments but added "there will be no new search for c...

Trentadue Winery is a gorgeous venue for any event, but was particularly gorgeous on this wonderful day in April when we were lucky enough to shoot Carly and Richards wedding film. The property is expensive, so we got out our aerial drone to show some of the vistas. Covering roaming hills, green vineyards, and the beautiful event site complete with fountains and event center, we had our work cut out for us. The entire day was a lot of fun, and the lighthearted nature of the entire bridal party clearly shines through in the film. From a impromptu freestyle session before the main event to the bridesmaids giggling as they avoided the groomsmen, we tried to capture the moments that reflect the personality of the bride and groom. Enjoying a final sunset stroll we took Carly and Richard out...
